Abstract

A holder characterized in that it comprises a base (10), wherein the base (10) comprises: a base body (100); a suction cup (200) arranged on the underside of the base body (100); a connecting rod (400) arranged on the base body (100) and connected to the suction cup (200); wherein the connecting rod (400) is displaceable in its axial direction between a first position and a second position; wherein, when displaced in its axial direction from the second position to the first position, the connecting rod (400) raises the suction cup (200) to create a vacuum chamber, and wherein, when displaced in its axial direction from the first position to the second position, the connecting rod (400) lowers the suction cup (200) to release the vacuum in the vacuum chamber.
