Abstract

A system (100) for a unified, AI-driven control center for business operations with an explainable decision engine and human-in-the-loop workflow orchestration, configured to monitor, analyze, decide on, and coordinate business operations across multiple business functions, wherein the system (100) comprises: a module (1) for collecting business data from multiple sources, configured to receive real-time and historical business data from a variety of business systems, including enterprise resource planning systems, customer relationship management systems, supply chain systems, financial systems, human resource management systems, cybersecurity systems, IoT devices, cloud infrastructure protocols, communication platforms, and external market data sources;a module for a unified operational data structure (2) that is functionally linked to the module for capturing enterprise data from various sources (1), wherein the module for a unified operational data structure (2) is configured to normalize, classify, deduplicate, correlate, and store the received enterprise data in a common operational data model; an AI-based situational intelligence module (3) that is configured to analyze the common operational data model to identify operational anomalies, process deviations, resource bottlenecks, service-level risks, financial risks, cybersecurity alerts, compliance deviations, and failures of cross-functional dependencies;an explainable decision engine (4) operationally linked to the AI-based situational intelligence module (3), wherein the explainable decision engine (4) is configured to generate recommended decisions along with explanatory parameters that include: causal factors, confidence score, risk score, business impact score, dependency map, and justification codes; a human-in-the-loop workflow orchestration module (5) configured to forward the decision recommendations generated by the explainable decision engine (4) to an authorized human user for review, approval, rejection, modification, or escalation, based on role, authorization level, department, risk category, and business criticality;a unified interface for the enterprise operations control center (6) configured to display a real-time enterprise control dashboard that includes operational status indicators, AI-generated recommendations, pending human approvals, active incidents, escalation status, performance metrics, and explainability results; and an autonomous action execution and audit module (7) configured to execute approved operational actions across connected enterprise systems and generate immutable audit logs that include input data references, AI recommendations, human decisions, actions performed, execution time, the identity of the responsible user, and feedback on the outcome;wherein the system (100) is configured to combine AI-generated operational intelligence with human-supervised decision approval to provide explainable, traceable and coordinated management of business operations through a single control center.
