Sports shoe that includes features to support the wearer's foot

Abstract

Sports shoe (10) comprising: - a midsole (12) extending from a front part (14) suitable for receiving the toes of the wearer's foot to a rear part (16) suitable for receiving the heel of the wearer's foot; - a sole (18) directly connected to the midsole (12); and - an upper (20) comprising an upper section (29) extending from a front area (22) in which the forefoot is accommodated to a rear area (24) in which the heel is accommodated, and a lower section (28) attached to the upper section (29), comprising an upper surface (28a) suitable for interacting with the wearer's foot and a lower surface (28b) suitable for contacting the midsole (12);wherein the sports shoe (10) further comprises at least one retaining device (30) suitable for fixing the foot of a wearer in the shoe (10); wherein the at least one retaining device (30) completely encloses at least one section (32) of the upper material (20).
