Abstract
Adjustable earmuff frame structure comprising two ear cups (1) each having a first connecting section (10) at their rear inner end, wherein a countersunk hole (100) is formed at the front of the first connecting section (10) in which an upper inner fastening element (104) is embedded, and wherein the upper inner fastening element (104) is provided with a through hole (105) in its center; two receiving seats (2) connected to the first connecting sections (10) of the ear cups (1) and each extending outwards from the central axis of the ear cup (1), wherein the receiving seat (2) is arcuate, wherein an inclined second connecting section (20) is provided at the front of the outer end of the receiving seat (2) corresponding to the first connecting section (10), the second connecting section having a lower inner fastening element (204) in the center of its front.which is provided in the middle with a threaded hole (205), wherein a hollow inner guide (200) is formed inside the receiving seat (2), wherein the receiving seat (2) has a plug-in opening (21) connected to the inner guide (200), wherein a fastening element (106) is provided between the upper inner fastening element (104) of the first connecting section (10) and the lower inner fastening element (204) of the second connecting section (20), which is provided with at least one annular washer (107); and a headband (3) which is inserted into the receiving seats (2) arranged on both sides, wherein a telescopic rod (31) extends from each of the two ends of the headband (3) and is inserted into the inner guide (200) of the receiving seat (2), wherein the headband (3) with the telescopic rods (31) is elastically and arcuately formed, wherein the end of the telescopic rod (31) has an elastic bending section (32),an L-shaped elastic groove (321) is formed on which it is connected to the interior of the telescopic rod (31), wherein a locking projection (322) is provided on the inside of the elastic bending section (32), wherein the elastic bending section (32) is clamped in the inner guide (200) of the receiving seat (2) with the locking projection (322) and is slidable therein, and wherein a chamfer (3221) is formed on the outside of the locking projection (322); wherein the folding of the ear cups (1) is achieved by means of the relative rotation of the first connecting section (10) and the second connecting section (20) by means of the fastening element (106), and the length is adjusted by means of the telescopic rods (31) at the two ends of the headband (3), which are slidable inside the receiving seats (2).
