Abstract
Automatic sandblasting surface treatment device for dental implants, characterized in that it comprises a sandblasting unit, a storage unit, a control unit and a test unit, wherein the storage unit is used for storing a sandblasting control program, wherein the control unit is used to control a sandblasting process on a dental implant by the sandblasting unit, wherein the test unit is used to test a surface roughness and uniformity of the dental implant, wherein the sandblasting unit comprises a rotary disk (12), a clamping mechanism, a sandblasting chamber (13) and a sandblasting container (3); wherein the rotary disk (12) is arranged in an upper cavity of the sandblasting device and is used to receive a workpiece; wherein the clamping mechanism is installed at an installation position (11) of the upper cavity and is used to clamp the workpiece out of the rotary disk (12);wherein the sandblasting chamber (13) is located in a lower cavity of the sandblasting device, wherein a sandblasting through-hole (130) is arranged above the sandblasting chamber (13), wherein a first inclined nozzle (131), a second inclined nozzle (132) and a horizontal nozzle (133) are slidably installed in a sliding groove in the sandblasting chamber (13), and wherein an adjustment of a sandblasting angle and a sandblasting distance is realized via an adjustment mechanism, wherein the first inclined nozzle (131) and the second inclined nozzle (132) are located on the same side of the workpiece, and wherein extension lines of the nozzle sections do not intersect, while the horizontal nozzle (133) is located on a different side of the workpiece; wherein a bottom of the sandblasting container (3) is connected via pipes to the first inclined nozzle (131), the second inclined nozzle (132) and the horizontal nozzle (133), respectively.
