Abstract

Dispensing head (2), comprising: • a hollow body (7) delimiting a milk chamber (15), comprising a suction chamber (20) with a Venturi effect, which has a steam inlet path (21) for initiating the Venturi effect, a milk inlet path (22) for milk drawn in by the Venturi effect, and an air inlet path (23) for air drawn in by the Venturi effect; • a milk suction tube (34); • a fluid connection fitting (37) for fluidically connecting the milk suction tube (34) to the milk inlet path (22) of the suction chamber (20) of the hollow body (7), wherein the fitting (37) has an internal channel (97) for supplying milk to the suction chamber (20) and fluid sealing means between the milk suction tube (34) and the milk inlet path (22); characterized in that it further comprises: a milk passage (104) which is arranged between the connecting piece (37) and the milk inlet path (22) and is connected to the through axial channel (97);and by the fact that the connecting piece (37) is movable between a first operating position for opening the passage (104) by the action of the fluid sealing means and a second operating position for closing the passage (104) by the action of the fluid sealing means.
