Abstract

Automated device for removing and mounting safety goggles, characterized in that it comprises: a base plate (1) made of an aluminum alloy, on which receiving elements (2) for guiding the visor of the goggles and vacuum suction cups (3) for gripping the visor of the goggles are mounted, wherein bearing components (4) are attached to the base plate (1) in which a right shaft (9) and a left shaft (10) are mounted, wherein a spacer base (5) and an interface plate (6) for connection to a robot manipulator are mounted on the rear side of the base plate (1), wherein the right shaft (9) is driven directly by a crank-connecting rod drive mechanism (11) rigidly mounted on the base plate (1), and the left shaft (10) is synchronized with the right shaft (9) by means of an antiparallelogram linkage consisting of a rotary arm (14), a parallel arm (19) and a synchronization arm (12),wherein the right shaft (9) comprises a hollow shaft (13), a rotary arm (14), an adapter plate (15), a stop (16) and an axle (17), and the left shaft (10) comprises a hollow shaft (18), a parallel arm (19), an adapter plate (20), a stop (21) and an axle (22), wherein the two shafts are connected via the adapter plate (15) of the right shaft (9) and the adapter plate (20) of the left shaft (10) to a common linear sliding mechanism (23) mounted on a side plate (24) on which temple-receiving elements (26) with formed guide channels for guiding movable plates (28) are arranged, wherein finger elements (27) for grasping the temples of the spectacles are attached to the movable plates (28), wherein the movable plates (28) are connected via adapters (29) passing through openings in the side plate (24) to a pneumatic drive mechanism which is actuated by means of angle plates (30) is fixed to the base plate (1),wherein stop plates for the removal end (25) are mounted on the base plate (1), stop plates for the assembly end (33) are mounted on the side plate (24), and the stroke of the movable plates (28) is limited by stop supports (31) with adjustable stop bolts (32).
