Protein-peptide carrier particle structure in natural whole food form, which can be used to maintain blood flow to the thymus gland, comprising a multilayer structure (01) comprising an inner core layer (10) and an outer sheath layer (20), wherein the outer sheath layer (20) encases the inner core layer (10); wherein the components of the inner core layer (10) include β-carotene, pantothenic acid, vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin E, vitamin D, inositol, magnesium, selenium and zinc; wherein the outer sheath layer (20) has a network-like structure consisting primarily of food-based protein peptides in natural whole food form.
