Abstract

A peptide particle structure based on natural foods for alleviating pro-inflammatory factors and inflammatory responses, comprising a carrier (01) that includes an inner core (10) and a peptide coating layer (20), wherein the peptide coating layer (20) is formed on the outside of the inner core (10) and protects the inner core (10), thereby improving the storage stability of the inner core (10) and its absorption rate by the human body; wherein the components of the inner core (10) include vitamin C, vitamin D, magnesium, copper, selenium and zinc; wherein the peptide coating layer (20) has a network-like structure consisting primarily of food-based protein peptides in natural whole-food form.
