Peptide carrier structure in natural whole food form, used to improve vascular elasticity and to regulate targeted calcium deposition in bones, wherein the peptide carrier structure (100) comprises: a multi-nutrient core (10) consisting of a composite structure in whole food form from natural plant sources and containing potassium (11), magnesium (12), vitamin D3 (13) and vitamin K2 (14); a peptide coating layer (20) encasing the multi-nutrient core (10); and an acid-resistant membrane layer (30) encasing the peptide coating layer (20) to prevent the external environment from affecting the activity of the multi-nutrient core (10) and thus improving the storage stability of the peptide carrier structure (100) and its absorption rate by the human body.
