Abstract

A peptide carrier structure based on natural foods for promoting physiological bone development through nutrient supplementation, wherein the peptide carrier structure (100) comprises: a complex nutrient core unit (10) consisting of a composite structure in whole-food form from natural plant sources and containing β-carotene, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, nicotinamide, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, folic acid, inositol, choline, calcium, phosphorus, copper, GTF chromium (glucose tolerance factor), iodine, iron, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, potassium, zinc, and selenium; a peptide coating layer (20) encasing the complex nutrient core unit (10);and an acid-resistant shell (30) that encapsulates the peptide coating layer (20) to prevent the external environment from affecting the activity of the complex nutrient core unit (10), and thus to improve the storage stability of the peptide carrier structure (100) and its absorption rate by the human body.
