A peptide particle structure based on natural foods for maintaining and moisturizing the physiological mucosal environment, wherein the peptide particle structure (100) comprises: a nutrient core (10) consisting of a composite structure in whole-food form from natural plant sources and containing glutamic acid; a peptide coating layer (20) encasing the nutrient core (10); and an acid-resistant surface layer (30) encasing the peptide coating layer (20) to prevent the external environment from affecting the activity of the nutrient core (10), thereby improving the storage stability of the peptide particle structure (100) and its absorption rate by the human body.
