Protein-peptide carrier particle structure in natural whole food form for sleep rhythm-supporting nutritional supplementation, wherein the peptide carrier particle structure (100) comprises: a complex nutrient core (10) consisting of a composite structure in whole food form from natural plant sources and containing vitamin B1, vitamin D3 and magnesium; a peptide inner membrane layer (20) encasing the complex nutrient core (10); and a protective shell (30) encasing the peptide inner membrane layer (20) to prevent the external environment from affecting the activity of the complex nutrient core (10) and thus to improve the storage stability of the peptide carrier particle structure (100) and its absorption rate by the human body.
