Abstract
A peptide particle structure based on natural foods for increasing nerve cell activity, wherein the peptide particle structure (100) comprises: a multi-nutrient core unit (10) consisting of a composite structure in whole-food form from natural plant sources and containing vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin D3, β-carotene, folic acid, choline, biotin, magnesium, selenium, zinc, and boron; a peptide coating layer (20) encasing the multi-nutrient core unit (10); and an acid-resistant, protective outer layer (30) encasing the peptide coating layer (20) to prevent the external environment from affecting the activity of the multi-nutrient core unit (10), thereby improving the storage stability of the peptide particle structure (100) and its absorption rate by the human body.
