Abstract

Computer system for autonomous reconfiguration of material requirements planning triggered by a digital twin for real-time stable manufacturing computing environments, comprising a manufacturing state acquisition unit, a digital twin layer, a planning state object creation unit, a trigger unit, an autonomous reconfiguration unit, and an output interface for transferring planning control data, characterized in that the planning state object creation unit generates a dynamic planning state object for each of several manufacturing elements, wherein each planning state object contains at least one quantity deviation, one time validity information, one consumption rate, one replenishment delay, one machine availability information, one production priority, one buffer sufficiency, one supplier reliability, one dependency status, and one stability value.and wherein the trigger unit only releases an autonomous reconfiguration of the material requirements planning if a deviation between a real production state and a digital twin state exceeds a predefined stability limit.
