Abstract
A system (100) for automated data orchestration and delivery in a cross-platform quote-to-cash (Q2C) architecture, wherein the system comprises: a cross-platform orchestration engine implemented as a distributed, microservices-based software layer and configured to manage event-driven, bidirectional data flows between a variety of heterogeneous cloud platforms; a CRM connector module communicatively coupled to the cross-platform orchestration engine and configured to communicate with a CRM platform via a platform-specific API adapter layer and a webhook listener component to receive real-time event notifications;an ERP connector module that is communicatively coupled with the cross-platform orchestration engine and configured to communicate with an ERP platform via a platform-specific API adapter layer and a data change detection component that recognizes changes to objects from the areas of ordering, order processing, invoicing, and financial accounting; a schema normalization layer that is positioned between the connector modules and the cross-platform orchestration engine and is configured to transform platform-specific data objects into a canonical data model and perform bidirectional data mapping;a white-label merchant provisioning module that is communicatively coupled with the cross-platform orchestration engine and configured to automate the instantiation of client-specific accounts on both the CRM and ERP platforms upon receiving an onboarding trigger; and a data collision detection and resolution engine that is communicatively coupled with the cross-platform orchestration engine and configured to monitor concurrent transaction events across the CRM and ERP platforms;characterized in that the system (100) provides simultaneous parallel provisioning of merchant clients across heterogeneous CRM and ERP platforms via the white-label merchant provisioning module, as well as real-time detection and resolution of data collisions resulting from simultaneous cross-platform changes via the data collision detection and resolution engine, wherein the data collision detection and resolution engine uses a vector-clock-based versioning mechanism for the causal sequence of events and applies configurable conflict resolution policies, including timestamp priority, source priority, and merge-based matching strategies.
