Protein-peptide carrier particle structure in natural whole food form for promoting normal cell development, stabilizing physiological regulation and improving immune response regulation, comprising a carrier (01) with a layered structure, wherein the carrier (01) comprises an inner core (10) and a protective layer (20), wherein the inner core (10) is arranged within the protective layer (20) to prevent the influence of the external environment on the activity of the inner core (10), thereby improving the storage stability of the carrier (01) and its absorption rate by the human body; wherein the components of the inner core (10) include β-carotene, vitamin B1, vitamin B3, vitamin B6, vitamin D, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K, calcium, magnesium, selenium, boron, iodine, molybdenum, glutamic acid, zinc, coenzyme Q10 and glutathione;wherein the protective layer (20) has a net-like structure consisting primarily of food-based protein peptides in natural whole-food form.
