Abstract

Parcel box comprising a lid (100) and a container body (200), wherein a top of the container body (200) is open and a rear side edge of the lid (100) is pivotally hinged to a rear upper side edge of the container body (200); wherein an anti-theft device (300) is arranged in the container body (200); wherein a dispensing door (210) is arranged at a lower position of the container body (200), characterized in that a release opening (220) is formed on a front upper side edge of the container body (200); a locking hook (400) is rotatably connected in the container body (200) below the release opening (220), wherein a rotary shaft of the locking hook (400) is arranged horizontally and passes through a front wall of the container body (200), and wherein the rotary shaft is fixedly connected to an operating handle (500) at an outer end of the container body (200);A locking bar (600) adapted to the locking hook (400) is attached to the underside of the lid (100); when the lid (100) is closed and placed on the top of the container body (200), the locking bar (600) extends below the release opening (220) and, by turning the operating handle (500), the locking hook (400) can be pivoted upwards and engage in the locking bar (600), thereby locking the lid (100), while turning the operating handle (500) back unlocks the lid (100).
