Abstract

A star-profile bit structure comprising: - a bit (screwdriver insert) (30) having a drive end (31) which is hexagonal, wherein the bit (30) can be connected via the drive end (31) to a hand-, pneumatically or electrically driven tool to transmit a torque to an internal hexagonal drive (32) connected to the bit (30), wherein the internal hexagonal drive (32) comprises a plurality of drive parts (33) which are spaced apart from each other at an angle of 60 degrees in the form of a closed ring and thus form a drive profile which can be inserted into a corresponding recess (41) of a screw element (40), wherein a first contact point (331) of this respective drive part (33) engages a first conical flank (332), wherein the first conical flank (332) transitions into a first arcuate part (333) such that that a second contact point (334) forms at the transition point,wherein the first arc-shaped part (333) transitions into a second arc-shaped part (335) such that a third contact point (336) is formed at the transition point, wherein the second arc-shaped part (335) transitions into a third arc-shaped part (337) such that a fourth contact point (338) is formed at the transition point, wherein the third arc-shaped part (337) transitions into a second conical flank (339) such that a fifth contact point (340) is formed at the transition point.
