A drainage device for a road substructure in a river basin, characterized in that it comprises a cleaning assembly (1), wherein the cleaning assembly (1) comprises: a road substructure drainage box (11) on the upper side of which a cover plate (12) is arranged; a water pipe (111) arranged on the road substructure drainage box (11); passage grooves (121) formed symmetrically on the upper side of the cover plate (12); a movable plate (13) arranged on the upper side of the cover plate (12); a connecting rod (131) arranged on the underside of the movable plate (13) and extending through the passage grooves (121); a brush plate (14) arranged on the underside of the connecting rod (131); a collection frame (15) arranged on the underside of the cover plate (12); a filter plate (16) arranged on the collection frame (15).
