Abstract

Lifting device (1) comprising: - a plurality of load strap systems, each comprising a strap suspension (5), a load strap (6) and a suspension unit (7), wherein the suspension unit (7) is connected to the strap suspension (5) by means of the load strap (6) and is configured to connect a load (8) to be lifted to the load strap (6), - a load traverse (2) for arrangement on a patient positioning unit (3), preferably a patient couch, of a medical imaging system (10), transverse to the longitudinal direction of the patient positioning unit (3), wherein the load traverse (2) comprises a plurality of fastening recesses (4) which are distributed in the longitudinal direction of the load traverse (2) over the load traverse (2) and each are configured to fasten a corresponding strap suspension (5).
