Abstract

Capsule structure for a dietary supplement composition, comprising a capsule shell and a dietary supplement composition arranged within the capsule shell, wherein the dietary supplement composition is combined with a liposome structure, the liposome structure comprising a core region and an outer phospholipid bilayer surrounding the core region, thereby forming a spherical support structure, the phospholipid bilayer being formed by the arrangement of phospholipid molecules and forming an aqueous phase and a fatty phase, such that water-soluble nutrient components and fat-soluble nutrient components are each arranged in different phase regions, the aqueous phase being able to accommodate water-soluble nutrient components with a stabilizing support function.
