Protein-peptide carrier particle structure in natural whole food form for increasing blood oxygen saturation and supporting the physiological regulation and defense of the respiratory tract, comprising a carrier (01) which includes an inner core layer (10) and a peptide coating layer (20), wherein the peptide coating layer (20) coats the outer surface of the inner core layer (10), the carrier (01) is formed with a multilayered structure; wherein the components of the inner core layer (10) include vitamin C, vitamin E, β-carotene, selenium, zinc, germanium, taurine and glutathione; wherein the peptide coating layer (20) has a network-like structure consisting primarily of food-based protein peptides in natural whole food form.
