A system for automated GDPR compliance with real-time violation detection, comprising: a central compliance engine (101) for coordinating compliance operations; a data monitoring module (102) connected to the central compliance engine (101) to capture real-time data streams; an AI analytics module (103) connected to the central compliance engine (101) and the data monitoring module (102) to apply machine learning for pattern recognition; a notification interface (104) connected to the central compliance engine (101) to report violations; a data collection module coupled to the data monitoring module (102) for data stream capture; a violation detection module connected to the AI analytics module (103) and the data collection module to verify GDPR compliance; and a response generator connected to the violation detection module to automate countermeasures.a consent database connected to the violation detection module to store consent records; and a real-time auditor that connects said consent database back to said central compliance engine (101) for continuous validation; wherein said components are interconnected to enable edge-based AI processing for immediate anomaly detection and federated learning for data protection compliance.
