Abstract

An adaptive cognitive orchestration architecture for the autonomous optimization of multi-layered cloud infrastructures in enterprise environments, characterized by the following: a telemetry collection layer for collecting infrastructure telemetry data from multiple components of the enterprise cloud infrastructure; a resource normalization module for normalizing, validating, synchronizing, and correlating the collected infrastructure telemetry data; a knowledge graph of the enterprise infrastructure for storing relationships between compute, storage, network, application, security, policy, and cost entities; a cognitive state modeling engine for determining an adaptive operational state of the enterprise cloud infrastructure; and an engine for predicting the future resource requirements of one or more workloads.an adaptive optimization engine to determine one or more orchestration actions to optimize the enterprise cloud infrastructure; a policy governance engine to validate the orchestration actions against enterprise policies and service-level constraints; an autonomous orchestration execution layer to execute at least one validated orchestration action; and an administrator interface to display the infrastructure status, recommendations, executed actions, and optimization results.
