A system for cross-region endpoint discovery and routing in microservices, comprising: a plurality of local service registries (101), each located in a different geographic region and configured to manage information about services within their respective regions; a global consensus mechanism (102) configured to synchronize service information across the plurality of local service registries (101); a routing engine (103) configured to determine an optimal path for requests based on real-time metrics and historical data; and a security module (104) configured to ensure secure and compliant communication between services across different regions.wherein the local service registers (101) communicate with the global consensus mechanism (102) for synchronization and the routing engine (103) interacts with the local service registers (101) and the security module (104) for efficient and secure routing.
