Abstract

Battery cell, characterized in that it comprises: a cell (10) from which several terminal tabs are brought out, wherein the several terminal tabs are joined together to form a terminal tab group (101), wherein the terminal tab group (101) is cut and shaped on a side facing away from the cell (10) along a predetermined cutting line (102); an adapter plate (20) which is welded to the cut terminal tab group (101) and forms an end welding area (103), wherein the distance between a side of the end welding area (103) facing the cutting line (102) and the cutting line (102) is L1, and wherein 0.5 mm ≤ L1 mm ≤ 5 mm applies.
