Uterine training model for simulating an instrumental abortion by means of vacuum aspiration, characterized in that the uterine training model comprises a uterine cavity (2) made of silicone and a cervical attachment (3), wherein the cervical attachment (3) seals the uterine cavity (2) airtight, so that a negative pressure can be built up in the uterine cavity (2) and has a slit (4) for simulating dilation, which can be widened before the insertion of a suction cannula.
