Abstract

Battery pack, characterized in that it comprises: a battery set; wherein the battery set comprises at least two individual batteries, the individual batteries being arranged sequentially in a first direction, each individual battery comprising a battery housing and a coated insulating layer enclosing a surface of the battery housing, the insulating layer having a first opening, the first opening exposing a part of the battery housing, the first openings of the at least two individual batteries being located on the same side of the battery set in a second direction, the first direction being perpendicular to the second direction, the first opening being arranged on a first surface of the battery housing, the first opening being spaced apart from an edge of the first surface;a first insulating element comprising a first segment and a second segment connected to each other, the first segment at least partially covering the first surface of at least one of the individual batteries, the second segment being arranged between two adjacent individual batteries; wherein a dimension of the first segment in the first direction is w mm, a dimension of the second segment in the second direction is d mm, and a minimum distance between edges of the first openings of two adjacent individual batteries in the first direction is L mm, wherein: 60 ≤ L(w+d) ≤ 1110; a base plate, the battery assembly being arranged on the base plate, the base plate supporting and securing the battery assembly; the base plate being arranged on one side of the battery assembly, the first opening being on one side of the battery assembly facing the base plate.
