Abstract

Cleaning robot comprising: a body (10) having a dirty water chamber (11), a docking channel (12) and a dirt discharge opening (13), wherein the docking channel (12) has an inlet and outlet on the outer surface of the body (10), wherein the inlet and outlet are configured such that a docking water nozzle (211) at the base station extends into and out of the docking channel (12), wherein the dirt discharge opening (13) connects the dirty water chamber (11) to the docking channel (12), and wherein the dirt discharge opening (13) is configured to dock onto and thereby connect with the dirt suction opening (211a) of the docking water nozzle (211); wherein the body (10) further comprises a water collection trough (14) having a water inlet opening (141) below the docking channel (12), wherein the water inlet opening (141) is connected to the docking channel (12).
