Abstract

A food oven comprising a cooking chamber accessible via an opening in the cooking chamber, the oven extending in a vertical direction between an upper pointed end and a lower end for contacting a support surface, the oven comprising a centering system for the centered positioning of a trolley relative to the oven, the trolley being equipped with at least one support frame for baking trays for receiving the food to be cooked, the frame being slidable within the cooking chamber guided by the trolley to introduce the food to be cooked into the oven and vice versa, and from the cooking chamber to the trolley to remove the food after cooking, the centering system comprising a first centering device active between the oven and the trolley, and at least a second centering device active between the oven and the trolley.wherein the first and second centering devices are arranged between the upper end and the lower end and spaced apart from each other along the vertical direction to jointly effect mutual centering positioning between the carriage and the furnace, wherein each of the first and second centering devices comprises a respective insertion receptacle for a corresponding insertion element, wherein the respective receptacle of each of the first and second centering devices is provided on the furnace and the corresponding insertion element is provided on the carriage.
