Tunnel gas ventilation system comprising a main tunnel (1) and an inclined shaft (2) connected to each other, characterized in that a circumferential blind pipe (11) and a longitudinal blind pipe (12) connected to each other are provided in the main tunnel (1); the circumferential blind pipe (11) is arranged between a primary support (16) and a secondary lining (17) of the main tunnel (1), the longitudinal blind pipe (12) is arranged longitudinally along the main tunnel (1); the longitudinal blind pipe (12) is connected to a water-gas separator (14), and an air outlet of the water-gas separator (14) is connected to the first drain pipe (13); the end of the first drain pipe (13) projects from an inlet of the main tunnel (1); a liquid outlet of the water-gas separator (14) is connected to a side trench (15) of the main tunnel;A first dam (21) is provided at a junction of the inclined shaft (2) and the main tunnel (1); a second dam (22) is provided at an opening of the inclined shaft (2); a cavity (23) is provided between the first dam (21) and the second dam (22); a second drain pipe (24) penetrates the second dam (22); and the second drain pipe (24) is connected to the cavity (23) and the outside environment.
