Abstract
Extraction duct (1) for extracting process dusts, comprising: - a main housing (3) elongated in the direction of a housing axis (2) and delimiting an interior space (4); - a main connection nozzle (5) arranged on the main housing (3) for connecting a suction blower; - at least one extraction slide (6) attached to the main housing (3) and movable parallel to the housing axis (2) along the main housing (3); - a flexible sealing element (7) elongated parallel to the housing axis (2), which rests at least partially on a longitudinal wall (8) of the main housing (3) extending parallel to the housing axis (2) and is connected to the main housing (3) in a force-transmitting manner, wherein the main connection nozzle (5) is fluidically connected to the interior space (4) of the main housing (3) so that a negative pressure can be generated in the interior space (4) by means of the suction blower connected to the main connection nozzle (5).wherein the longitudinal wall (8) of the main housing (3), on which the sealing element (7) rests, is provided with openings (9), wherein the sealing element (7) is configured to cover the openings (9) in a sealing manner, wherein the extraction slide (6) has a slide housing (10) mounted on the longitudinal wall (8) provided with the openings (9) and open towards the longitudinal wall (8), and a slide connection nozzle (11) for connecting a machine generating the process dusts, wherein the slide connection nozzle (11) is fluidically connected to an interior space (12) of the slide housing (10), so that, by means of a negative pressure acting in the interior space (12) of the slide housing (10), the process dusts can be drawn through the slide connection nozzle (11) into the interior space (12) of the slide housing (10), wherein the extraction slide (6) has a sealing element guide (13),by means of which the sealing element (7) is guided in a lifting zone (14) of the suction slide (6) in a manner lifting it away from the longitudinal wall (8) of the main housing (3) provided with the openings (9), such that the sealing element (7) is lifted away from the longitudinal wall (8) in the area of the lifting zone (14), thereby releasing the openings (9) in this area and consequently allowing an airflow from the interior (12) of the slide housing (10) through the openings (9) into the interior (4) of the main housing (3), characterized in that the longitudinal wall (8) provided with the openings (9) has at least one parking section (15) extending in a direction parallel to the housing axis (2), in which the longitudinal wall (8) is free of openings (9), wherein a length of the parking section (15) measured parallel to the housing axis (2) is equal to or greater than a similarly measured length of the Lifting zone (14) of the suction carriage (6),so that none of the openings (9) of the longitudinal wall (8) are released as a result of the action of the sealing element guide (13) lifting the sealing element (7) when the suction carriage (6) is in a parked position in the parking section (15).
