Abstract

Battery comprising: a housing (1) having a mounting cavity (11) and an inwardly drawn section (12), the inwardly drawn section (12) projecting into the interior of the mounting cavity (11); a winding core (2) arranged in the mounting cavity (11), the winding core (2) being located between the inwardly drawn section (12) and an inner bottom wall of the housing (1); and a connecting element (3), a portion of the connecting element (3) being arranged between the inwardly drawn section (12) and the winding core (2), and the connecting element (3) bearing against a side of the winding core (2) facing away from the inner bottom wall of the housing (1); wherein a connecting surface between the connecting element (3) and the winding core (2) projects at least partially beyond the inwardly drawn section (12) along a radial direction of the housing (1).
