Description

[0001] The invention relates to an arrangement with a support device for the construction area, comprising a fixing element designed to abut a side wall, in particular a concrete side wall, and to be fixed at a fixing point, in particular an anchor point, of the side wall, and a boom connected to the fixing element. The invention further relates to an arrangement of at least two such support devices arranged side by side in a displacement direction of a load element, a sliding device with at least one such support device or at least an arrangement of two such support devices, and a method for supporting the load element in the construction area by such a support device.

[0002] In the incremental launching method, used, for example, in bridge construction, a slab formwork is moved or shifted from one concreting stage to the next. For this purpose, an existing slab formwork is stripped of its formwork, i.e., lowered from the required concreting level, moved or shifted horizontally to the next concreting stage, and then pushed or lifted and positioned at the required concreting level. The movement of the slab formwork is accomplished, as is well known, using support devices designed as deck slab brackets, mounted on a concrete side wall.

[0003] The deck slab support is mounted at an anchor point in the concrete side wall and has a triangular design with rotatably connected support elements. When the slab formwork rests on the deck slab support during movement, friction between the slab formwork and the deck slab support creates a shear force component on the deck slab support in the direction of movement of the slab formwork. This torque can cause the deck slab support to rotate relative to the side wall, potentially leading to the deck slab support folding away or pivoting around the anchor point. This can result in total failure of the folded or pivoted deck slab support and must be avoided at all costs.

[0004] In the prior art, the folding or pivoting of the deck slab support during the movement of the formwork is prevented by connecting adjacent deck slab supports with longitudinal struts that are arranged parallel to each other and provided with a transverse strut for further stiffening. However, the labor required to assemble and disassemble the struts, which form a frame of tubular supports, is considerable. Especially in incremental launching, assembling or disassembling the frame of tubular supports when moving the supports to the next concreting cycle is time-consuming and ties up a significant amount of working time and costs. Such a support device or deck slab support is known from US 5755981A.

[0005] In contrast, the object of the present invention is to provide a support device for the construction sector that, while avoiding the described disadvantage of the prior art, reduces or eliminates the effort required to assemble and disassemble a scaffold tube assembly, thereby simplifying and accelerating the construction process. Furthermore, the support device should be cost-neutral compared to a conventional support device including a scaffold tube assembly and offer the same effectiveness in preventing the support device from folding away or pivoting around the anchor point under load.

[0006] This problem is solved according to the invention by an arrangement with a support device for the construction area according to claim 1, an arrangement of at least two such support devices arranged side by side in a displacement direction of a load element according to claim 16, a sliding device according to claim 17 - and a method for supporting the load element in the construction area by such a support device according to claim 19.

[0007] The sub-requirements reflect preferred further training opportunities.

[0008] The problem according to the invention is thus solved by an arrangement with a support device for the construction area, comprising a fixing element which rests against a side wall and is fixed at a fixing point, in particular an anchor point, of the side wall, and a cantilever which is connected to the fixing element and, in the fixed state of the fixing element, projects from the side wall in such a way that a load element rests on a support point of a support element of the cantilever, wherein the load element is displaceable in a displacement direction essentially horizontally and parallel to the side wall relative to the cantilever, and which, when the load element rests on the support element of the cantilever, is coupled to the load element in such a way that, due to a displacement of the load element, a displacement force component acts on the cantilever in the displacement direction, which leads to a torque on the cantilever with a lever arm that extends from the fixing point to the support point.and with at least one rotation reduction element, which is connected at one end to the boom and is designed to bear against the side wall at the other end when the load element resting on the boom is displaced, in order to counteract the torque on the boom. Thus, at least one rotation reduction element projects from the boom towards the side wall in such a way that, when the load element is displaced, the end of the rotation reduction element facing the side wall is pressed against the side wall, thereby reducing the effective torque acting on the boom.

[0009] The support device can be designed as a console, in particular a deck slab console, which can be used as a load element on a side wall of a bridge trough in incremental launching to support a formwork for the deck. If the rotation-reducing element has a flange at one end for connecting to the boom, which can be flanged to a known boom, it is possible to convert a previously known support device, e.g., a deck slab console as a triangular steel structure, into the support device according to the invention by attaching the rotation-reducing element. One end and / or the other end of the rotation-reducing element can each be designed as an end section or end area with spatial extension. If the support device is designed as a console, instead of scaffold tubes on opposite sides of the console boom, e.g.,With the fixing element in place on the side wall to the left and right of the cantilever arm, two tubular profiles are fixed as rotation-reducing elements, one in the direction of movement and the other against the direction of movement. These profiles press directly against the side wall, which is made of concrete, for example. The arm can be oriented in a plane essentially perpendicular to the direction of movement, so that the rotation-reducing element ensures that the arm does not lose its orientation and thus its support function when the load element is moved.

[0010] Specifically in the incremental launching method, the rotation-reducing element encompassed by the support device designed as a console eliminates the need for the complex assembly and disassembly of a scaffold tube assembly when moving the consoles to the next concreting stage. This results in an accelerated construction process with simplified placement of the consoles according to the invention without the additional assembly effort of disassembling and assembling the scaffold tube assembly. The invention also allows for a cost-neutral solution compared to a conventional support device including scaffold tube assemblies, while maintaining the same effectiveness in preventing the support device from folding away or pivoting around the fixing or anchor point under load. This is because the rotation-reducing element, when designed as a tubular profile, is no more expensive to manufacture and may even be more cost-effective than a scaffold tube assemblies consisting of two longitudinal struts and one transverse strut, including clamps for connecting to the known support devices / brackets. This remains true even when two rotation-reducing elements in the form of support wings are mounted on each of two support devices, one in the direction of displacement and the other against it.

[0011] The support device can be pre-tensioned relative to the side wall even without a load, so that the rotation-reducing element is always in contact with the side wall, or it can be pressed against the side wall only under load during a movement of the load element, for example, a formwork panel. In the latter case, when the fixing element is in its fixed position and the load element is not moving relative to the support device, the other end of the rotation-reducing element protrudes from the side wall by a distance that can be, for example, approximately 1 cm, a few millimeters, approximately one millimeter, or less. The other end of the rotation-reducing element can, but does not have to, be arranged in a horizontal plane of the support element. The rotation-reducing element can also have the shape of an elongated wing, although an arc shape or other curved shape, such as a J or S shape, is also possible.

[0012] According to the invention, the rotation reduction element is connected to the boom and not to the fixing element resting against the side wall in the fixed state. In this way, the connection between the fixing element and the boom, which may be rotatable, cannot lead to a reduction in the effect of the rotation reduction element against the torque on the boom. Instead, the rotation reduction element engages precisely on the boom of the support device into which the torque is introduced via the lever arm from the fixing point to the support point.

[0013] The rotation-reducing element advantageously has a length from one end to the other that is at least sufficient to reduce the rotation of the boom due to the torque acting on it to such an extent that the boom cannot fold away or pivot about the fixing point. Rotation of the boom due to the torque acting on it is therefore not completely prevented. When the rotation-reducing element is in contact with the side wall, it only needs to stop or prevent rotation to the extent that the folding away or pivoting of the boom about the fixing point could impair the support function of the support device, i.e., the load and load position being supported. For example, the length can be approximately the distance from the end of the boom furthest from the side wall to the side wall. The length of the rotation-reducing element can also be approximately half the length of the fixing element.Other dimensions are possible.

[0014] In an advantageous embodiment, the rotation-reducing element has a length from one end to the other sufficient to reduce the rotation of the boom due to the torque acting on it, such that folding or pivoting of the boom about a first pivot axis perpendicular to the side wall and encompassing the fixing point, and / or about a second pivot axis lying in a plane of the side wall and encompassing the fixing point, is prevented. The first and second pivot axes are the most common axes about which the boom folds or pivots away, thereby reducing the support function of the support device.

[0015] If the rotation-reducing element is designed as a support wing with an elongated shape, either as a solid or hollow body, particularly with a tubular profile, its manufacture is especially simple and cost-effective. Furthermore, when designed as a hollow body, especially a tubular profile, the weight of the rotation-reducing element is lower compared to a solid body design.

[0016] Advantageously, when the fixing element is in its fixed position, the rotation reduction element extends essentially in the direction of displacement away from the boom, and / or a further rotation reduction element extends in essentially the opposite direction to the direction of displacement away from the boom. In this case, the counter-torque, with a lever arm acting at the contact point of the other end of the rotation reduction element and extending from one end to the other, can be achieved with a compact and simply constructed rotation reduction element. The rotation reduction element can counteract the torque with the displacement force component of the load element in the direction of displacement particularly well if a three-point support of the support device is constructed with two other ends of the rotation reduction element and the further rotation reduction element, and the fixing point on the side wall.Furthermore, when connecting both the rotation reduction element and the additional rotation reduction element to the boom, a modification of the support connection by attaching the additional rotation reduction element can be dispensed with if the load element is moved against the direction of displacement.

[0017] In the fixed state of the fixing element, one end of the rotation reduction element / further rotation reduction element is advantageously connected to an end section of the boom facing the side wall, in particular the support element of the boom, in order to maintain accessibility to a lowering device connected to the boom in the fixed state of the fixing element.

[0018] Advantageously, in the fixed state of the fixing element, the rotation-reducing element / additional rotation-reducing element has a recess on one side of the rotation-reducing element / additional rotation-reducing element facing the side wall, such that a wedge, in particular a wooden wedge, can be positioned between the rotation-reducing element / additional rotation-reducing element and the side wall, at least partially guided by the recess, so that in the fixed state of the fixing element the wedge is pressed against the side wall to clamp the support device and increase its rigidity. The fixing element, also called a wall shoe, rests, for example, with its contact surface completely against the concrete side wall.If the rotation reduction elements, in the form of support wings oriented in and against the direction of displacement, are not in contact with the concrete and are prestressed with a flat side wall, the wedges can be placed in the recesses of each support wing and driven between the side wall and the support wing to achieve the desired prestressing of the support device.

[0019] The other end of the rotation reduction element / additional rotation reduction element protrudes in a plane perpendicular to the direction of displacement relative to a side of the fixing element facing the side wall, such that when the fixing element is fixed, the protrusion is pressed against the side wall and the support device is prestressed to increase its stiffness. This increases the stiffness of the support device when the load element is displaced, compared to a support device without prestressing. For example, the fixing element rests completely against the concrete side wall with its contact surface, and the rotation reduction elements, in the form of support wings oriented in and against the direction of displacement, are in contact with the concrete and prestressed when the side wall is flat.

[0020] The support element of the boom is advantageously rotatably connected to the fixing element about a first axis of rotation that is essentially horizontal and runs essentially parallel to the side wall when the fixing element is fixed in its position. With different positive or negative angles of inclination of the side wall to the vertical, i.e., side walls without overhang (positive angle of inclination), side walls oriented perpendicular to the ground (angle of inclination to the vertical essentially zero degrees), or side walls with an overhang (negative angle of inclination), the support element can then always be aligned essentially horizontally, for example, within an angle range of + / - 10° around the horizontal, in order to, for example, attach a roller to the support element, which reduces frictional force between the support element and the load element when the load element is moved.Lower friction results in a lower torque, including the displacement force component, acting on the boom. This lower torque allows the rotation-reducing element to be designed smaller and / or less rigid, thus reducing manufacturing costs.

[0021] Particularly advantageous is the other end of the rotation reduction element / further rotation reduction element formed by a contact element with a contact surface facing the side wall in the fixed state of the fixing element, wherein the contact surface is curved in a plane perpendicular to the direction of displacement in the direction of the side wall in such a way as to the first axis of rotation of the support element of the boom, such that when the support element of the boom is horizontally oriented and the side wall has different positive or negative angles of inclination to the vertical, the side wall forms a tangent to the contact surface facing the side wall in a plane perpendicular to the direction of displacement. The curved contact surface of the rotation-reducing elements, designed, for example, as support wings, is concentric to the axis of rotation of the bracket arm relative to the fixing element and enables secure contact with the side wall regardless of the set inclination angle of the support element relative to the fixing element, with respect to the essentially horizontal orientation of the support element, i.e., for example, within an angular range of + / - 10° around the horizontal. If several support devices are arranged side by side in a assembly in the direction of movement and connected to one another, an assembly effect independent of the inclination of the side wall can be achieved by the curvature of the contact surface or support contour of the rotation-reducing elements, designed, for example, as support wings, according to the invention, whereby individual brackets can be readjusted despite effective support by means of the connection to an adjacent individual bracket. The brackets can therefore be adjusted despite being connected, for example, to a scaffold tube. However, the adjustment is limited because a clamp for securing the scaffold tube, for example, to create the connection between adjacent individual brackets, is permanently welded to each bracket.

[0022] The adhesive effect of the anti-rotation element relative to the side wall is improved if the contact surface is serrated, in particular with serrations running along the direction of displacement and oriented towards the side wall when the load element resting on the cantilever is displaced. The serrations are specifically designed to act like spikes when in contact with the side wall. If the serrations create a protrusion, i.e., if the serrated surface of the contact area is excessively shaped, the anti-rotation elements, designed as support wings, are reliably clamped to the concrete wall during the installation of the support device.

[0023] The support element is advantageously connected to the boom in a horizontally displaceable plane perpendicular to the direction of movement when the fixing element is in its fixed position. Such a connection allows for adjustment of the distance of the support element to the side wall or the degree of tension of the support device when the support element is in contact with the side wall and there is no displaced load in the fixed position of the fixing element, i.e., even during ongoing use of the support device.

[0024] The boom can include a first support element in addition to the support element. The support element is rotatably connected at one end to the fixing element about the first axis of rotation, and at the other end, when the fixing element is fixed, it is rotatably connected to the first support element about a substantially horizontal axis of rotation running substantially parallel to the side wall. The end of the first support element facing the side wall is rotatably connected to the fixing element about a substantially horizontal axis of rotation running substantially parallel to the side wall when the fixing element is fixed. In this way, the weight force of the load acting on the boom can be transferred not only to the fixing point, but also to a second force application point on the side wall via the first support element. Such a support device can be triangular in a side view and made of steel.

[0025] In another form of support device, the support element can be rotatably connected at its other end, in the fixed state of the fixing element, to a second support element about the essentially horizontal second axis of rotation, which runs essentially parallel to the side wall. The end of this second support element, facing away from the support element, is connected to the first support element via a further axis of rotation, which also runs essentially horizontally and essentially parallel to the side wall. In particular, a third support element is connected at one end to the end of the second support element facing away from the support element and at the other end to the first axis of rotation. In the fixed state of the fixing element, the third support element, which, for example, has the form of a strut, prevents rotation of the first support element and / or the second support element about the further axis of rotation. The support element, the second support element, and the third support element thus form a rigid arrangement, whereby the essentially horizontal orientation of the support element can then be adjusted along the length of the first support element. This support device, which can be rectangular in a side view and made of steel, is used particularly for a side wall with a negative angle of inclination to the vertical, i.e., an overhanging side wall.

[0026] If the first support element is designed as a telescope, in particular in the form of a spindle or a lifting device, such that a substantially horizontal alignment of the support element of the boom is ensured at different positive or negative angles of inclination of the side wall, for example in an angle range of + / - 10° around the horizontal, the support device can be used flexibly at different angles of inclination of the side wall to the vertical.

[0027] The invention also includes an arrangement of at least two arrangements according to the invention with support devices arranged side by side in the direction of displacement, at least two support devices arranged side by side in the direction of displacement, each comprising the second and third support elements when the fixing element is fixed at the fixing point of the side wall having a negative angle of inclination to the vertical, wherein the support devices are each designed as track plate brackets, one support device having a rotation reduction element extending substantially away from the boom in the direction of displacement when the fixing element is fixed, the other support device having a further rotation reduction element extending substantially away from the boom in the direction opposite to the direction of displacement when the fixing element is fixed.and the support devices are connected to each other by at least one longitudinal strut. This arrangement allows the torque with the displacement force component to be transferred from the boom of one support device to the other support device, so that the rotation reduction element of one support device, extending away from the boom in the displacement direction, and the rotation reduction element of the other support device, extending away from the boom in the opposite direction to the displacement direction, interact for both support devices. A conventional support device without a rotation reduction element can also be connected to the support device according to the invention, e.g., by a longitudinal strut, wherein the rotation reduction element also counteracts a torque acting on the boom of the conventional support device under load.

[0028] In one embodiment of the invention, an incremental sliding device comprises at least one arrangement according to the invention with a support device or at least with two support devices and a slab formwork with a formwork panel support element designed to form the underside of a deck slab, wherein the support device is designed as a deck slab console and includes a support head at one end facing the slab formwork, the support head being connected to the support element of the boom and having a roller for bearing against a longitudinal beam of the slab formwork. This incremental sliding device, avoiding the described disadvantage of the prior art, allows the effort required to assemble or disassemble a scaffold tube assembly to be reduced or eliminated, thus simplifying and accelerating the construction process.

[0029] The indexing device is advantageously designed such that the boom is provided with a lowering device comprising a piston, a support base, and a locking device, wherein the piston is slidably mounted in the support base and can be pushed from an inset position to an outset position and can be locked in the extended working position by means of the locking device, wherein the locking device is provided with a rotary bearing and an eccentric lever, wherein the eccentric lever is rotatably mounted in the rotary bearing, and the piston and the support base are supported against each other in the working position (so) via the eccentric lever.and the support base and / or the lifting piston form the support head at one end. Simple and reliable lifting to and lowering relative to a concreting level to achieve and maintain a formwork insertion and removal position for the support device under load is thus ensured. The invention also includes a method for supporting a load element, in particular a slab formwork in the incremental launching method, in the construction area by means of a support device with a fixing element, a boom, and at least one rotation reduction element, wherein the fixing element is placed against a side wall, in particular a concrete side wall, and the fixing element is fixed at a fixing point, in particular an anchor point, of the side wall, the boom is connected to the fixing element, the boom is arranged projecting from the side wall, and the load element is placed on a support point of a support element of the boom. The load element is displaced in a direction substantially parallel to the side wall relative to the boom. The boom is coupled to the load element in such a way that, due to the displacement of the load element, a displacement force component acts on the boom in the direction of displacement, resulting in a torque on the boom with a lever arm extending from the fixing point to the support point. One end of the rotation reduction element is connected to the boom, and another end of the rotation reduction element is applied to the side wall to counteract the torque on the boom. The advantages of this method according to the invention correspond to those already mentioned in connection with the support device according to the invention.

[0030] Since the rotation reduction element extends substantially away from the boom in the direction of displacement, and / or a further rotation reduction element extends away from the boom in a direction substantially opposite to the direction of displacement, and since the other end of each rotation reduction element and / or further rotation reduction element is formed in a plane perpendicular to the direction of displacement relative to a side of the fixing element facing the side wall, projecting towards the side wall by a bulge, the fixing element is fixed, and the bulge(s) are pressed against the side wall, the support device is tensioned to increase its stiffness. In this way, the stiffness of the support device is increased when the load element is displaced, compared to a tension-free support device.

[0031] If the rotation-reducing element / further rotation-reducing element is provided with a recess on one side of the rotation-reducing element / further rotation-reducing element facing the side wall, and a wedge, in particular a wooden wedge, is arranged between the rotation-reducing element / further rotation-reducing element and the side wall, at least partially guided by the recess, and the wedge is pressed against the side wall, the support device is tensioned to increase its rigidity. The support device can therefore be tensioned, alternatively or additionally to the recess described above, by inserting the wedge between the rotation-reducing element and the side wall and guided by the recess.

[0033] In Fig. 1a Figure 10 is part of an incremental launching device with a slab formwork 10 arranged below a roadway slab 3, a construction prop 13, and a support device 11 designed as a roadway slab console and equipped with a lowering device 20a, according to an unclaimed variant, shown in a side view. The slab formwork 10 has a first longitudinal beam, or first formwork skin beam element 6a, and a second longitudinal beam, or second formwork skin beam element 6b, which together form a bottom surface 3U of the roadway slab 3. In addition to the first formwork skin beam element 6a and the second formwork skin beam element 6b, the slab formwork 10 comprises a crossbeam 5 on which the longitudinal beams rest, and a longitudinal beam element 4 on which the crossbeam 5 is arranged. The roadway slab 3 of a bridge 1 to be erected rests on a bridge trough 2 with a side wall 2a inclined at an angle α to the vertical (in the Y direction).A support device 11 according to an unclaimed variant is connected to the side wall 2a via a fixing point FP, wherein the fixing point FP is formed by a bolt B which is embedded in the side wall 2 substantially perpendicular to the side wall 2a and whose end facing the side wall 2a protrudes from the side wall 2a, so that the support device 11 can be connected to the end of the bolt B in order to be fixed at the fixing point FP.

[0034] The support device 11 has a horizontal (in the X direction) support element to which a lowering device 20a is connected. A roller 50a is arranged at one end of the lowering device 20a facing the slab formwork 10 (in the Y direction), and the longitudinal beam 4 rests on this roller. The slab formwork 10, as a load element, is displaceable relative to the support device 20 in a displacement direction VR (out of the plane of the sheet). The reference numeral 10 is used below for both the load element and the slab formwork. After the roadway slab 3 has been concreted, the construction prop 13 below the second formwork support element 6b is removed, and the support device 20 below the first formwork support element 6a is moved from an assembly position to a stripping position such that the slab formwork is lowered in the negative Y direction from a concreting level for concreting the underside 3U of the roadway slab 3 and moved in the displacement direction VR to the next concreting cycle. The assembly and stripping positions of the support device 20 are reached and held by moving the roller 50a using the lowering device 20a.

[0035] In Fig. 1b are two unloaded support devices 11, 12 designed as roadway slab consoles according to the in Fig. 1a The support device 11 shown is connected to each other by longitudinal struts S1 and S2. The support device 11 has a first support element 11a attached to the side wall 2a. At an upper end of the first support element 11a below the fixing point FP, second support elements 11b1 and 11b2 are connected to the first support element 11a and aligned horizontally (in the X direction). The lowering device 20a is arranged between the second support elements 11b1 and 11b2, with the roller 50a for supporting the longitudinal beam 4 of the slab formwork 10 arranged at an upper end of the lowering device 20a in the Y direction. A third support element 11c connects a lower end of the first support element 11a to an end of each of the second support elements 11b1 and 11b2 that projects away from the side wall 2a.The support device 11 is oriented in an X / Y plane, whereby when the formwork of the ceiling is displaced, the longitudinal beam 4 rests on the roller 50a in the displacement direction VR, which corresponds to the Z direction, and introduces a displacement force component in the displacement direction VR, i.e. perpendicular to the X / Y plane, into the support device.

[0036] The second support device 12 according to an unclaimed variant, which is due to the side view in Fig. 1a The support structure, which is not visible, comprises a first support element 12a, second support elements 12b1, 12b2, and a third support element 12c, each connected to the other at its ends, corresponding to the first support device 11. A further lowering device 20b is arranged between the second support elements 12b1, 12b2, with a second roller 50b movably arranged at an upper end of the second lowering device 20b to support the longitudinal beam 4 in the direction of displacement VR. To increase the stability of both support devices 11, 12 during displacement of the formwork 10, the ends of the second support elements 11b1, 11b2 and 12b1, 12b2 projecting from the side wall 2a are connected to the other via the longitudinal strut S2. The lower ends of the first support elements 11a, 12a are connected to each other with the longitudinal strut S1, with the longitudinal struts S1 and S2 being oriented parallel to each other. To further stiffen the arrangement of both support devices 11, 12, a [further detail is needed] is also included. Fig. 1a The crossbar S3 shown is connected to both the longitudinal bar S1 and the longitudinal bar S2 in such a way that the crossbar S3 is oriented transversely relative to both the longitudinal bar S1 and the longitudinal bar S2.

[0037] In Fig. 2 An arrangement according to the invention is shown in a first embodiment in a spatial external view, comprising a support device 14 with a rotation reduction element 16 extending substantially in the displacement direction VR from a cantilever 14b1, 14b2, 14c of the support device 14 and a further rotation reduction element 17 extending in a direction substantially opposite to the displacement direction VR along the cantilever 14b1, 14b2, 14c. The support device 14 includes a fixing element 14a, which rests against the side wall 2a without overhang, i.e., at a positive angle of inclination to the vertical, and is fixed against the side wall at the fixing point FP, which is defined as the anchor point by the bolt B projecting from the side wall 2a.The support device 14 further comprises a cantilever 14b1, 14b2, 14c, which projects from the fixing element, is connected to the fixing element 14a and, in the fixed state of the fixing element 14a, projects from the side wall 2a in such a way that the formwork 10 can rest as a load element on a support point AP of a support element 14b1, 14b2 of the cantilever 14b1, 14b2, 14c. The load element 10 in the form of the ceiling formwork is displaceable in the displacement direction VR, which is essentially parallel to the side wall 2a, relative to the boom 14b1, 14b2, 14c by means of a lowering device 20c arranged between support struts 14b1, 14b2 of the support element and a roller 50c arranged at one end of the lowering device 20c in the Y direction relative to the boom 14b1, 14b2, 14c and thus relative to the support device 14.When the formwork for the slab is supported as a load element 10 on the support element in the form of the support struts 14b1 and 14b2, the cantilever 14b1, 14b2, 14c is coupled to the load element 10 in such a way that, due to a displacement of the formwork for the slab, a displacement force component acts on the cantilever 14b1, 14b2, 14c in the displacement direction VR, i.e. in the Z-direction, which leads to a torque on the cantilever 14b1, 14b2, 14c with a lever arm HA that extends from the fixing point FP to the support point AP.

[0038] A first pivot axis D1 is defined by a longitudinal axis of the bolt B such that the fixing element 14a is displaced around the fixing point FP along the side wall 2a in the direction of RD1 when the slab formwork 10 is moved on the roller 50c. It is also possible that, if the self-weight of the slab formwork 10 is such that a rotational movement in the direction of RD1 around the fixing point FP is avoided, the cantilever 14b1, 14b2, 14c is rotated around a longitudinal axis L1 of the fixing element 14a as a second pivot axis D2 in the direction of RD2 when the slab formwork 10 is moved on the roller 50c. It may also happen that, due to the torque on the boom 14b1, 14b2, 14c with the lever arm extending from the fixing point FP to the support point AP, both a rotation about the first pivot axis D1 in the direction of RD1 and a rotation about the second pivot axis D2 in the direction of RD2 takes place. The support struts 14b1 and 14b2 of the support element are connected to each other via spacer elements 14b3 and 14b4 such that a lowering device 20c is arranged between the support struts 14b1 and 14b2 between the spacer elements 14b3 and 14b4. The lowering device 20c is fixed relative to the support struts 14b1 and 14b2, which form the support element, by a guide pin that passes through bolt guide holes 14b5. The spacer elements 14b3 and 14b4 are located at the ends of the support element 14b1 and 14b2 facing away from and towards the side wall 2a, respectively. In the boom, a first support element 14c is rotatably connected to the support element 14b1 and 14b2 via a pivot axis 14L2. The ends of the support struts 14b1 and 14b2 facing the side wall 2a are connected to the fixing element 14a via a further pivot axis 14L1.One end of the first support element 14c, facing the side wall 2a, is rotatably connected to the fixing element 14a via a further axis of rotation 14L3. The first to third axes of rotation 14L1, 14L2 and 14L3 are each oriented in the direction of displacement VR, i.e., the Z-direction.

[0039] The support device 14 further comprises at least one rotation reduction element 16, 17, which is connected at one end to the boom 14b1, 14b2, 14c and is designed to bear against the side wall 2a at the other end when the formwork 10 resting on the boom 14b1, 14b2, 14c, more precisely on the roller 50c of the lowering device 20c of the support element 14b1, 14b2 of the support device 14, is displaced, in order to counteract the torque exerted by the displacing formwork on the boom 14b1, 14b2, 14c. The rotation reduction element 16 is shaped like a support wing and has a support strut 16a, a contact element 16b and a flange 16c. The rotation reduction element 16 is oriented in a direction essentially parallel to the displacement direction VR and extends from the support strut 14b1 in a direction essentially parallel to the displacement direction VR.One end of the rotation-reducing element 16 is formed by the flange 16c, which is connected via a connecting element 16d in the form of a screw oriented in the Y-direction to the support element 14b1, 14b2 at its end section facing the side wall 2a. The other end of the rotation-reducing element 16 is formed by the contact element 16b, which, when the load element 10 resting on the boom 14b1, 14b2, 14c is displaced, bears against the side wall 2a in order to counteract the torque transmitted to the boom 14b1, 14b2, 14c by the displacing formwork. The rotation reduction element 16 has a length 16L from one end formed by the flange 16c to the other end formed by the support element 16b, which is sufficient to reduce the rotation of the boom 14b1, 14b2, 14c due to the torque on the boom when the formwork is displaced relative to the support device 14 in the displacement direction VR, such that folding away or pivoting of the boom about the fixing point FP is excluded.

[0040] Extending from the boom 14b1, 14b2, 14c in a direction essentially opposite to the direction of displacement VR is a further rotation-reducing element 17 with a further support strut 17a in the form of a support wing, a further flange 17c and a further contact element 17b such that both rotation-reducing elements 16, 17 are oriented axially symmetrically to each other with respect to the longitudinal axis L1 of the fixing element 14a. The flange 17c is connected to the support element 14b1, 14b2 at its end section facing the side wall 2a via a further connecting element 17d in the form of a screw oriented in the Y direction. The further rotation-reducing element 17 has a recess 17e in the support strut 17a on one side facing the side wall 2a when the fixing element 14a is fixed (see the area excluded up to a dashed line in the figure). Fig. 2 ). The recess 17f, which can adjoin the further plant element 17b as in Fig. 2 The device shown is designed such that a wedge 17f, which may in particular be a wooden wedge, can be arranged between the further rotation-reducing element 17 and the side wall 2a, guided at least partially by the recess 17e, so that in the fixed state of the fixing element 14a, the wedge 17f is pressed against the side wall 2a to clamp the support device 14 and increase its stiffness. The length of the recess 17e in a direction essentially corresponding to the Z-direction can correspond at least to the width of the wedge 17f in that direction. The width of the recess 17e in the essentially negative X-direction can correspond at least to the depth of a narrow side of the wedge 17f opposite a less narrow side of the wedge 17f. Naturally, the first rotation-reducing element can also have a corresponding receptacle for a wedge.

[0041] In Fig. 3 is an excerpt from the in Fig. 2 The support device 14 shown and the attachment element 16b of the rotation-reducing element 16 are shown in a side view. The attachment element 16b rests against the side wall 2a, with the slab formwork 10, more precisely the longitudinal beam 4 of the slab formwork (not shown), resting on the roller 50c. The attachment element 16b is connected via the support strut 16a to the flange 16c, which is connected by means of the screw connection 16d to the support strut 14b1 of the support element, which consists of the support struts 14b1 and 14b2. The lever arm HA during a movement of the slab formwork as a load element 10 extends from the fixing point FP, which is defined by the bolt B projecting from the side wall 2a, to the support point AP on the roller 50c as the center of gravity of the load element when resting on the cantilever 14b1, 14b2, 14c.

[0042] The displacement force component of the slab formwork 10 acts at the support point AP. This component arises from residual friction between the roller 50c and the slab formwork 10 during displacement of the slab formwork 10, and is transferred to the cantilever as a displacement force component. This displacement force component of the displacement force acting on the slab formwork is transferred by the roller 50c and the lowering device 20c, as parts of the support device 14, to the cantilever 14b1, 14b2, 14c. In the event of a Fig. 3 By using a different bolt through-hole 14b5 for different positioning of the lowering device 20c, the lever arm HA can be shortened or lengthened.

[0043] The mounting element 16b has a curved shape in the X / Y plane in the direction of the side wall 2a as a plane perpendicular to the displacement direction VR in the form of a spherical cap, wherein the curvature has the form of a circular segment with a center point that runs concentrically to the axis of rotation 14L1, via which the support element 14b1, 14b2 is connected to the fixing element 14a. Fig. 3 The position of the axis of rotation 14L1 is shown as a point approximately in the middle of the support element 16b. Due to the curvature of the contact surface of the support element 16b against the side wall 2a when the formwork 10 is displaced relative to the support device 14 in a plane perpendicular to the displacement direction VR towards the side wall 2a, concentric to the first axis of rotation 14L1 of the support element 14b1, 14b2 of the boom, the support element 14b1, 14b2 can be horizontally oriented at different angles of inclination α (see Fig. 1a ) the side wall 2a to the vertical in a plane perpendicular to the displacement direction VR the side wall forms a tangent to the contact surface of the system element 16b facing the side wall 2a, as shown in Fig. 3 As shown. In this way, the support device 14 according to the invention can ensure a reliable and constant function of the rotation reduction element 16 in the form of a counteracting against the torque exerted on the boom 14b1, 14b2, 14c, even with different inclination angles of the side wall, provided that the support element 14b1 and 14b2 are always horizontally aligned.

[0044] To ensure high adhesion of the fixture element 16b to the side wall 2a during movement of the formwork 10 on the support device 14, the contact surface of the fixture element 16b against the side wall 2 has serrations 16b2 oriented in the direction of movement VR. These serrations 16b2 are designed to act like spikes when in contact with the side wall 2a. The serrations 16b2 are located in a curved section 16b1 of the fixture element 16b, which is shaped like a circular segment. In a plane perpendicular to the direction of movement VR, relative to the side of the fixing element 14a facing the side wall 2a, a protrusion 16b3 projects in such a way that, when the fixing element 14a is fixed, the protrusion 16b3 is pressed against the side wall 2a, thus increasing the rigidity of the support device 14.The bulge 16b3 is not to be confused with the curved section 16b1, which is provided with teeth 16b2, but rather extends as a curved line from the tips of the teeth 16b2 towards the side wall 2a to a curved line of the grooves of the teeth 16b2 parallel to this line, in a direction away from the side wall 2a. Therefore, the enlarged section of the mounting element 16b shows only the portion of the bulge that terminates in the Y-direction, extending at the height of the teeth 16b2 over the entire curved section 16b1 of the mounting surface of the mounting element 16b against the side wall 2a. The in . Fig. 3 The features of the rotation reduction element 16 shown in the invention apply accordingly to the further rotation reduction element 17, as can be seen from Fig. 2 and a horizontal reflection of the in Fig. 3 The arrangement shown is obvious to a person skilled in the art.

[0045] In Fig. 4 are three support devices designed as roadway slab consoles 14, 14', 14" according to the in Fig. 2 The support device 14 shown is arranged side-by-side in the direction of movement VR in a spatial external view. The support device 14 is shown resting against the side wall 2a at the fixing point FP with the rotation reduction element 16, comprising the support strut 16a and the contact element 16b. The second rotation reduction element 17 is obscured by the lowering device 20c with the roller 50c in the external view. With the lowering device 20e with the roller 50e removed, the further rotation reduction element 17" with the additional support strut 17"a and the additional contact element 17"b can be seen next to the support device 14" in a direction essentially parallel to the direction of movement VR, and is arranged next to the support device 14 in the direction of movement VR.

[0046] A further support device 14' with the further rotation reduction element 16', lowering device 20d and roller 50d is arranged next to the support device 14 in the opposite direction to the displacement direction VR, such that a slab formwork 10 with a substantially flat underside in the form of the longitudinal beam 4 can simultaneously rest on the rollers 50c, 50d and 50e in the displacement direction VR when the slab formwork is moved relative to the support devices 14, 14' and 14" in the displacement direction VR. Due to the counteraction of the rotation reduction elements 16, 17, 16", 17", 16' against the torques exerted on the support devices 14, 14', 14" due to the displacement force component in the displacement direction VR when the slab formwork 10 is moved onto the support devices 14 to 14", a connection of these support connections via Longitudinal / transverse struts S1 to S3 are not required.Instead, the support devices 14 to 14" can independently withstand the torque acting on them during a movement of the slab formwork 10, which is why the in . Fig. 1b The longitudinal and transverse struts S1 to S3 shown can be omitted, which simplifies and speeds up the construction process.

[0047] In Fig. 5 An arrangement of two support devices 15, 15' is shown, which are connected to each other via the longitudinal strut S2. The support device 15 has only a rotation-reducing element 17‴ extending away from the boom 15b1, 15b2 in a direction substantially opposite to the displacement direction VR, with the support strut 17‴a and the contact element 17‴b. In contrast, the support device 15' has only a rotation-reducing element 16‴ extending away from the boom 15'b1, 15'b2 of the support device 15' in the displacement direction VR, with the support strut 16‴a and the contact element 16‴b.In this embodiment, a torque acting on the support device 15 with a displacement force component in the displacement direction VR is transferred to the support device 15' by means of the longitudinal strut S2 in such a way that the rotation reduction element 16‴b counteracts this torque, which acts not only on the support device 15', but also on the support device 15.

[0048] Similarly, a torque acting on the support device 15' with a displacement force component in the opposite direction to the displacement direction VR is transmitted to the support device 15 via the longitudinal strut S2, whereby the rotation reduction element 17‴ counteracts this torque acting on the support device 15'. By connecting the support element 15b1, 15b2 to the longitudinal strut S2 and the longitudinal strut S2 to the support element 15'b1, 15'b2, a torque acting on the respective support device 15 with a displacement force component in or against the displacement direction VR is transmitted to the other support device 15, 15' in such a way that such a torque can be counteracted by one or more rotation reduction elements on one or both of the support devices 15, 15'.It is therefore also possible that the support device 15 does not include a rotation reduction element and instead the support device 15' includes, in addition to the rotation reduction element 16‴, a further rotation reduction element (not shown) in a direction essentially parallel to the displacement direction VR, as is the case with each of the in . Fig. 4 This is the case with the support devices 14, 14' and 14" shown. By connecting both support devices 15, 15' through the longitudinal strut S2, a torque acting on the support device 15 with a displacement force component in or against the displacement direction VR can be counteracted by the rotation reduction element 16‴ or the rotation reduction element 17 in the opposite direction to the displacement direction, and the torque effectively acting on the support device 15 can be effectively reduced.

[0049] In Fig. 6a A support device 15‴ according to a fourth embodiment with only one rotation reduction element 16‴ extending substantially in the displacement direction VR away from the boom of the support device 15‴ and a further support device 15" according to a fifth embodiment with only one rotation reduction element 17ʺʺ extending substantially in the opposite direction to the displacement direction VR away from the boom 15"b1, 15"b2, 15"c, 15"d, 15"e are shown in a spatial external view. The support devices 15" and 15‴ are connected to each other by a longitudinal strut S2 oriented in the Z-direction. The side wall 2a of the bridge trough 2 has a negative angle of inclination to the vertical in the Y-direction, with the fixing element of the support device 15‴ and the fixing element 15"a of the support device 15" being fixed against the overhanging side wall 2a.The rotation reduction element 16‴ of the support device 15‴, oriented in the opposite direction of displacement VR, has a support strut 16ʺʺa and a contact element 16ʺʺb abutting the side wall 2a.

[0050] A support element with support struts 15"b1, 15"b2 is rotatably connected at its end facing the side wall 2a to the fixing element 15"a about a substantially horizontal axis of rotation running substantially parallel to the side wall 2a. An end of the support element 15"b1, 15"b2 facing away from the side wall 2a is rotatably connected to a second support element 15"d about a further axis of rotation running substantially horizontally and substantially parallel to the side wall 2a. An end of the second support element 15"d facing away from the support element 15"b1, 15"b2 is connected to a first support element 15"c via a further axis of rotation running substantially horizontally and substantially parallel to the side wall 2a.A third support element 15"e in the form of a strut is connected at one end to the end of the second support element 15"d facing away from the support element 15"b1, 15"b2, and at the other end to the axis of rotation for connecting the fixing element 15"a to the support element 15"b1, 15"b2. The rotation reduction element 17"ʺʺ of the support device 15" oriented against the direction of displacement VR has a support strut 17ʺʺa and a contact element 17ʺʺb abutting the side wall 2a. The fixing element 15"a rests completely against the side wall 2a with its contact surface, which is in . Fig. 6a The support device 15‴ consists of concrete, but can also be made of another material. Likewise, the fixing element of the support device 15‴ rests completely against the side wall 2a with its contact surface. The rotation reduction elements 16ʺʺ and 17ʺʺ, each designed as support wings, rest against the flat, overhanging side wall 2a, and the support devices 15" and 15‴ are connected to each other via the longitudinal strut S2 in such a way that the rotation reduction elements 16ʺʺ and 17ʺʺ are pressed against the overhanging side wall 2a, thereby prestressing the support devices 15" and 15‴. In the prestressed state, the support device 15" exerts a tensile force on the longitudinal strut S2 in the Z-direction and the support device 15‴ exerts another tensile force of the same amount on the longitudinal strut S2 in the negative Z-direction, so that the longitudinal strut S2, which can be designed as a scaffold tube, is under tension.A lowering device 20f is arranged between the support struts 15"b1 and 15"b2, on the support head of which a roller 50f is arranged with a rolling direction in the displacement direction VR.

[0051] In Fig. 6b is the in Fig. 6a The support device shown is 15" in a side view. The inclination angle α assumes negative values, as can be seen in a comparison to Fig. 1a shows where the inclination angle α is positive. The in Fig. 6b The side wall 2a shown is therefore located in the overhang. The fixing element 15"a is fixed to the side wall at the fixing point FP defined by the position of the bolt B in the side wall 2a and rests against the side wall 2a with end sections in the Y-direction and in the negative Y-direction. The rotation reduction element 17"ʺʺ is covered by the support strut 15"b1 of the support element 15"b1, 15"b2 and is therefore in Fig. 6b not visible. Due to the overhang of the side wall 2a, the lowering device 20f is guided by a bolt through-hole at the outermost point in the X-direction, so that a slab formwork resting on the roller 5f and displaced in the Z-direction does not touch the side wall 2a. The second support element 15"d serves as an extension of the bearing element 15"b1, 15"b2 such that the first support element 15"c corresponds to the one shown in Fig. 2 The support element 14c shown can correspond to the support element 14c, which is encompassed by the support device 14, which rests against a side wall 2a without overhang. The bearing element 15"b1, 15"b2, the second support element 15"d and the third support element 15"e form a rigid arrangement, wherein the substantially horizontal orientation of the bearing element 15"b1, 15"b2 is adjustable over a length of the first support element 15"c.

[0052] In Fig. 7 are the in Fig. 4 The lowering devices 20c and 20d are shown in the formwork position EIP with the support head of the lowering device 20d raised to a concreting level, and in the formwork removal position AUP with the support head of the lowering device 20c lowered relative to the concreting level, corresponding to the formwork position EIP and the formwork removal position AUP of the support device 14, 14' equipped with the respective lowering device 20c, 20d. The lowering device 20c and the further lowering device 20d each have a support base 18, which are arranged at the same height in the Y-direction. This is indicated by adjustment bores 35 in each of the support bases 18 of the lowering devices 20c, 20d by a horizontal dashed line connecting both adjustment bores 35.

[0053] A piston 14A is guided in the support base 18. During the lowering mechanism 20d, the piston extends such that the lowering mechanism 20d, and thus the support device 14', reaches the enclosing position EIP. One stroke length of the piston 14A corresponds to a vertical distance or height difference d between the enclosing position AUP and the enclosing position EIP in the Y-direction. The enclosing position AUP is located at the level of an upper end of the support base 18, as shown in the lowering mechanism 20c. The enclosing position EIP is located at the level of an upper end of the piston 14A, as shown in the lowering mechanism 20d. The height difference between the enclosing position and the enclosing position can be, for example, 50 mm.When the lowering device 20d is moved from the stripping position AUP to the formwork position EIP, not only is the upper end of the piston 14A raised by the height difference d between the stripping position AUP and the formwork position EIP, but also the roller 50d arranged on the piston 14A. By moving the roller 50d from the stripping position AUP to the formwork position EIP, the slab formwork 10, which rests slidably on the roller 50d, can be raised to the concreting level.

[0054] In Fig. 8 is one of the in Fig. 7 The lowering device 20d shown without a roller is depicted in a front cross-sectional view with a slide 12A serving as an eccentric lever holding device, with the piston 14A in the extended switching position EIP. The lowering device 20d has a longitudinal axis designated L, the piston 14A, and an eccentric lever 16A. The piston 14A is located, as in the lowering device 20d, in Fig. 7 in the switch-on position EIP, which is shifted relative to the switch-off position AUP by the height difference d in the Y-direction. The support base 18 can be designed in the form of a housing that protectively encloses a locking mechanism, e.g., the eccentric lever 16A.

[0055] Both the support base 18 and the piston 14A have an end plate at their free ends, each of which forms a support head 20A. Stop lugs 22 can be arranged between the support base 18 and the support head 20A of the piston 14A at the piston-side end of the support base 18. The stop lugs 22 can, for example, be welded to an end plate 24 of the support base 18. The end plate 24 has an opening (not shown) formed with the circumferential shape of the cross-section of the piston 14A, through which the piston 14A is inserted. The cross-sectional shape of the piston 14A can, for example, be circular. However, embodiments with a different, in particular polygonal, preferably rectangular, cross-sectional shape can also be used. The direction of the sliding bearing of the piston 14A in the support base 18 is symbolized by a double case 26.

[0056] The piston 14A is moved from its extended working position shown here, in the form of the switching-on position EIP, into the Fig. 7 The lowering device 20c shown in the lowering position in the form of the cut-out position AUP can be inserted in an axial direction to the longitudinal axis L and can be locked in the extended working position by means of the locking device, e.g. the eccentric lever 16A. Fig. 8 Figure 1 shows a lowering device 20d with the piston 14A in its working position, i.e., in its fully extended position (pre-lift position or engagement position) from the support base 18. In other words, the lowering device 20 is in its support position. The components of the locking device, e.g., the eccentric lever 16A, are positioned accordingly. The eccentric lever 16A, which is rotatably mounted on the support base 18 in pivot bearings, is movably connected to the piston 14A via a connecting rod element 32. For this purpose, the eccentric lever 16A and the piston 14A each have a bore that serves as an additional pivot bearing. The connecting rod element 32 has a bolt-like pivot axis 34 at each of its ends. The two pivot axes 34 are each supported in one of the additional pivot bearings of the eccentric lever 16A and the piston 14A.

[0057] The center of gravity of the eccentric lever 16A is located outside the axis of rotation of the eccentric lever 16A formed by a support shaft 30, between the piston 14A and the axis of rotation of the eccentric lever 16A.

[0058] A hub 36 of the pivot axis of the support shaft 30 and thus of the eccentric lever 16A and a screw nut 38 for its fastening are in Fig. 4 The piston 14A, the connecting rod element 32, and the eccentric lever 16A are arranged similarly to the construction of a reciprocating engine, with the connecting rod element 32 and the eccentric lever 16A forming a toggle lever 40 by which the piston 14A is movably connected to the support base 18. In the illustrated operating position, the piston 14A and the support base 18 are supported against each other by the eccentric lever 16A. In the illustrated embodiment of the lowering device 20, this is achieved via the connection with the connecting rod element 32.

[0059] The eccentric lever retaining device formed by the slide 12A can have a return spring 44 (integrated spring return), wherein the slide 12A is attached to the support base 18 by means of the return spring 44, e.g., via a fastening pin 46. Furthermore, the slide 12A can have a visual marking to distinguish the lowered position (off position AUP) from the raised working position (on position EIP). This visual marking can, for example, consist of a red and a green viewing area applied to the free end of the long leg of the slide 12A, whereby, depending on the position of the slide 12A, either only the red viewing area or both the red and green viewing areas are located outside the housing.

[0060] The features of the invention described with reference to the illustrated embodiment, such as the connection of one end of the rotation reduction element to an end section of the support element of the boom facing the side wall when the fixing element is fixed, may also be present in other embodiments of the invention, such as the connection of one end of the further rotation reduction element to an end section of the support element of the boom facing away from the side wall when the fixing element is fixed, unless otherwise specified or is prohibited for technical reasons.
