Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a translational-rotational arrangement for a piece of furniture, a household appliance or a group of furniture and / or household appliances of a modular interior furnishing system for rooms according to the preamble of claim 1, and to a furniture or household appliance element according to the preamble of claim 3.
[0002] Generic furniture or household appliance elements or translational-rotational arrangements for furniture or household appliances serve to simplify access to hard-to-reach areas in a storage space of the furniture or household appliance element, or also the variable arrangement of furniture or household appliances in a group of such furniture and / or household appliances of a modular interior fittings system for rooms, or the variable positioning of the group as a whole in a room.
[0003] The simultaneous translational and rotational movement of the furniture or household appliance element, or of such a translational-rotational arrangement, is achieved by arranging a translational-rotational fitting between a first body of the furniture and a second body of the furniture that is movable relative to it. Alternatively, the relative movement can also occur between a movable body of the furniture and the ceiling and / or floor of the room.
[0004] In a translational-rotational arrangement, the translational-rotational movement is achieved, for example, by guide cam tracks in bearing areas of a base and a support element arranged on it, with the group of furniture and / or household appliances placed on the support element.
[0005] Such a generic translation-rotation arrangement is known, for example, from WO 2021 / 001395 A1, WO 2020 / 212373 A1, US 2022 / 211206 A1 or US 2022 / 225763 A1.
[0006] A problem with such components that can move relative to each other is the supply of electrical energy to electrical devices that are housed in the translationally and rotationally moving support element or second body.
[0007] The object of the present invention is to further develop a translational-rotational arrangement for a piece of furniture or household appliance or a group of furniture and / or household appliances of a modular interior furnishing system for rooms, as well as a furniture or household appliance element, in such a way that these can be easily equipped with a power supply in the translationally and rotationally moved support element or second body.
[0008] This problem is solved by a translational-rotational arrangement for a piece of furniture, household appliance or a group of furniture and / or household appliances of a modular interior furnishing system for rooms with the features of claim 1 and by a furniture or household appliance element with the features of claim 3.
[0009] The translational-rotational arrangement according to the invention for a piece of furniture, household appliance or a group of furniture and / or household appliances of a modular interior furnishing system for rooms has a base and a support element with mutually facing flat bearing areas.
[0010] The supporting element is mounted so that it can be moved, at least partially, both translationally and rotationally relative to the base.
[0011] InIn one of the bearing areas are guide cam tracks and in the other of the bearing areas are guide elements guided in or on contours of the guide cam tracks, so that the support element is at least partially guided relative to the base, rotatable in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation and movable in a predetermined translational direction.
[0012] The guide cam tracks are shaped in such a way that, when moment action is applied to the support element, the support element can be moved from an initial position via an intermediate position, in which the support element is rotated relative to the base in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation and shifted in the translational direction, by further rotation in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation and shifting against the translational direction to an end position identical to the initial position.
[0013] A guide groove extending in the translational direction is arranged in the base. A guide element projecting into the guide groove is arranged at the bearing area of the support element. Alternatively, the guide groove can also be arranged in the bearing area of the support element and the guide element in the base.
[0014] The guide element is designed as a rotary feedthrough.
[0015] A first electrical connection element is attached to a side of the base facing away from the bearing area of the base, and a second electrical connection element is attached to a side of the supporting element facing away from the bearing area of the supporting element.
[0016] The power connection elements are connected to each other via a power cable that passes through the rotary feedthrough.
[0017] The furniture or household appliance element according to the invention has a first body and a second body that is movable relative to the first.
[0018] The furniture or household appliance element also features a translational-rotational fitting, with which the second body can be moved relative to the first body in a predetermined translational direction and at least partially simultaneously in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation.
[0019] The translational-rotational fitting has a first fitting plate coupled to the first body and a second fitting plate coupled to the second body, which can be moved at least partially simultaneously translationally and rotationally relative to the first fitting plate.
[0020] In the overlapping area of the base or top panel of the first cabinet with the second cabinet when the second cabinet is in a closed position, a recess is provided in the base or top panel of the first cabinet. A power cable passes through this recess, and its first end is connected to a power connection element attached to the side of the second cabinet facing the base or top panel of the first cabinet. The recess may also be in the form of a bore.
[0021] Both the translational-rotational arrangement and the furniture or household appliance element ensure a simple power supply for electrical consumers that are positioned or placed in the translationally and rotationally movable second body or on or in the support element, thanks to the arrangement described above.
[0022] In addition to a conventional first body used as a support structure with a base plate, top plate and at least one side wall, the second body, which is at least partially mounted to be simultaneously translationally and rotationally movable, can only be fixed directly to a room wall via a base plate and a top plate that form the first body.
[0023] Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
[0024] According to an advantageous embodiment of the arrangement according to the invention, the first power connection element is attached to the base, approximately centrally and parallel to the guide groove, viewed laterally and in the longitudinal extent of the guide groove.
[0025] This positioning of the first power connection element allows for a possible small variance in the distance between the first power connection element and the translationally moving guide sleeve.
[0026] According to an advantageous embodiment of the furniture or household appliance element according to the invention, the recess has a through-opening, a groove-shaped cable channel open to the second body and a flat depression adjoining the cable channel and open to the second body.
[0027] According to an alternative embodiment of the furniture or household appliance element according to the invention, the recess is designed as a guide groove for the power cable.
[0028] According to another alternative embodiment of the furniture or household appliance element according to the invention, the recess is designed as a bore.
[0029] All variants ensure that the power cable can move freely within the recess during the translational-rotational movement of the second body.
[0030] According to a further advantageous embodiment of the arrangement or the furniture or household appliance element, at least one of the power connection elements has a winding mechanism with a cable storage area onto which a section of the power cable can be wound or unwound during the translational-rotational movement of the second body or the support element.
[0031] Such a winding mechanism also prevents the power cable from getting stuck or knotted during the movement of the second body or the support element.
[0032] According to an alternative design variant, the power cable is designed at least in sections as a spiral cable or as a cable loop, thus enabling in particular the length expansion of the power cable required by the translational movement.
[0033] According to another advantageous embodiment, the power cable is guided at least partially in an energy chain.
[0034] This provides additional protection for the power cable against being pinched or similar during the movement of the components that can move relative to each other.
[0035] Preferred embodiments are explained in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0037] In the following figure descriptions, terms such as top, bottom, left, right, front, back, etc., refer exclusively to the exemplary representation and position of the furniture or household appliance element, translation-rotation fitting, base, support element, first body, second body, and the like, as chosen in the respective figures. These terms are not to be understood restrictively; that is, these relationships may change due to different working positions, mirror-symmetrical design, or similar factors.
[0038] The following will be based on the Figures 1-8 A variant embodiment of a translational-rotational arrangement according to the invention for a piece of furniture, household appliance or a group 11 of furniture and / or household appliances of a modular interior furnishing system for rooms is described.
[0039] The further Figures 9-16serve to explain a further embodiment variant of a furniture or household appliance element 100 according to the invention.
[0040] Such a group 11 of furniture or household appliances from a modular interior furnishing system for rooms is exemplified in Figure 8 depicted.
[0041] As can be seen here, the entire group 11 of furniture and / or household appliances is placed on a support element 3, which is mounted on a base 2.
[0042] Examples of furniture in group 11 include: Figure 8 A shelf 12, a chair 13 and a table 14 are shown placed on the support element 3, which, through translational-rotational movement of the support element 3 relative to the base 2, enables, for example, an orientation of the group 11 of furniture in the room rotated by an angle of 90°.
[0043] As in the Figures 1-7As shown, the base 2 and the support element 3 have mutually facing planar bearing areas 21, 31. As mentioned above, the support element 3 is mounted so that it can move both translationally and rotationally relative to the base 2.
[0044] For this purpose, guide cam tracks 22 are arranged in one of the bearing areas 21, 31 of the base 2 or of the support element 3 and guide elements 4 are arranged in the other of the bearing areas 21, 31 in or on contours of the guide cam tracks 22.
[0045] This allows the support element 3 to be at least partially constrained relative to the base 2 in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation R 1 , R 2 and to be movable in a predetermined translational direction A.
[0046] The movement in translational direction A is additionally guided by a guide groove 23 extending in translational direction A in the base 2 and by a guide element projecting into the guide groove 23 at the bearing area 31 of the support element 3. The guide element is designed as a rotary feedthrough 5.
[0047] The guide cam tracks 22 are further shaped such that, when moment action is applied to the support element 3, the support element 3 can be moved from an initial position via an intermediate position, in which the support element 3 is rotated relative to the base 2 in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation R 1 , R 2 and displaced in the translational direction A, by further rotation in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation R 1 , R 2 and displacement against the translational direction A to an end position identical to the initial position.
[0048] In order to enable a power supply to furniture and / or household appliances arranged on the support element 3 or to electrical consumers arranged on or in them, a first power connection element 6 is attached to a side of the base 2 facing away from the support element 3 and a second power connection element 7 is attached to a top side of the support element 3 facing away from the base 2.
[0049] The two power connection elements 6, 7 are connected to each other via a power cable 8 passing through the rotary feedthrough 5. The power cable 8 is guided through a preferably cylindrical through-opening 51 of the rotary feedthrough 5, which forms a passage for the power cable from the side of the base 2 facing away from the support element 3 to the upper side of the support element 3 facing away from the base 2.
[0050] As in the Figures 2-7As further shown, the first power connection element 6 is preferably connected via a further power cable 9 to a further power connection element 10, which is designed, for example, as a socket on the wall or on the floor of a room.
[0051] The Figures 3-7 illustrate a translational-rotational movement of the supporting element 3 relative to the base 2, with which the group 11 of furniture, as exemplified in Figure 8 As shown, it can be positioned offset by 90° relative to base 2.
[0052] The routing of the power cable 8 through the through-opening 51 of the rotary feedthrough 5 enables a cable routing that reliably connects the power connection elements 6, 7 arranged on the one hand at the base 2 and on the other hand at the support element 3, even during the translational-rotational movement of the support element 3 relative to the base 2.
[0053] The power cable 8 can preferably be designed as a spiral cable.
[0054] Alternatively, it is also conceivable that the power cable 8 is dragged along during the translational-rotational movement of the support element 3 relative to the base 2.
[0055] As can be seen from the different positioning of the support element 3 relative to the base 2 in the Figures 3 - 7 As illustrated, the suitable arrangement of the first power connection element 6, which is attached to the base 2, is offset approximately centrally parallel to the guide groove 23 and approximately centrally parallel to the guide groove 23 in the longitudinal extension of the guide groove 23, so that the required length of the power cable 8 to bridge the distance between the first power connection element 6 and the rotary feedthrough 5 varies only slightly.
[0056] The distance between the rotary feedthrough 5 and the second power connection element 7 is determined by the fixing of the second power connection element 7 to the support element 3, which is in any case determined by its distance from the rotary feedthrough 5, which is also fixed to the support element 3.
[0057] The guidance of the support element 3 on the base 2 via the guide cam tracks 22 and the guide elements 4 guided along or in these is also not affected by the power cable 8, since the power cable 8 is routed through the through-opening 51 of the rotary feedthrough 5. Figures 9-16 show a variant embodiment of a furniture or household appliance element 100 according to the invention.
[0058] The furniture or household appliance element 100 comprises a first body 110 and a second body 120 that is movable relative to it. The second body 120 is shown here as an example, as in Figure 10It can be recognized as being designed as a shelf with intermediate shelves, closed on two sides by side walls, which is mounted next to a fixed first body 110 and is movable translationally and rotationally relative to it by means of a translational-rotational fitting 130.
[0059] In the illustrated embodiment, a cover plate 150 is located above the first body 110, which also covers the second body 120, and on which a translational-rotational fitting 130 is also arranged for moving the second body 120.
[0060] The translational-rotational fitting 130 enables relative movement to the first body 110 in a predetermined translational direction A and simultaneously in one of two possible opposite rotational directions R 1 , R 2.
[0061] The translational-rotational fitting 130 has a first fitting plate 131 coupled to the first body 110 and a second fitting plate 132 coupled to the second body 120, which can be moved translationally and rotationally to the first fitting plate 131 at the same time.
[0062] For the purpose of supplying power consumers arranged on or in the second body 120, a recess 160 is provided in an overlap area of a base or cover plate 140, 150, here the base plate 140 of the first body 110 with the second body 120 in a closed position of the second body 120 in the base or cover plate 140, 150 of the first body 110.
[0063] In the illustrated embodiment, the recess 160 is provided in the base plate 140 of the first body 110. A power cable 101 passes through this recess 160 and is connected at one end to a power connection element 170, which is attached to one of the sides of the second body 120 facing the base or top plate 140, 150 of the first body 110.
[0064] The recess 160 provided here in the base plate 140 shows, as in particular in Figure 9 The figure shows a through-opening 161, a groove-shaped cable channel 162 open to the second body 120 and a flat recess 163 adjoining the cable channel 162 and open to the second body 120.
[0065] In the Figures 14-16 are three position positions of the translational-rotational fitting 130, mounted on the base plate 140 of the first body 110, during the translational-rotational movement (starting position in Figure 14 , intermediate position in Figure 15 and final position in Figure 16 ) shown.
[0066] The power cable 101 leading away from the power connection element 170 lies partially in the flat recess 163 in all positions of the translational-rotation fitting 130 when the second fitting plate 132 of the translational-rotation fitting 130 is moved.
[0067] This prevents a section of the power cable 101 from being pinched by driving over the second fitting plate 132, which is movable relative to the base plate 140.
[0068] The second fitting plate 132 of the translational-rotation fitting 130 shown here as an example is rotated relative to the first fitting plate 131 and is simultaneously displaceable in the translational direction A via a rail guide 134.
[0069] A curved track 133, which is attached here to a base 121 of the second body 120 with the second fitting plate 132, serves to guide the translational and rotational movement of the second body 120 relative to the first body 110.
[0070] The provision of the recess 160 in the base or top plate 140, 150 of the first body 110 also enables the routing of power cables in the area between the first body 110 and the second body 120, in which the translational-rotation fitting 130 is also arranged.
[0071] With this furniture or household appliance element 100, it is also possible to design the power cable 101, at least in sections, as a spiral cable or as a cable loop.
[0072] A portion of the power cable 101 is preferably windable with a winding mechanism, which is preferably designed as part of the power connection element 170, as exemplified in the Figures 11a and 11b is shown.
[0073] Figure 11a The figure shows the power connection element 170 with an approximately cylindrical winding body and a cable bearing area 172 on the outer sheath surface of the winding body 171 with the power cable 101 largely unwound.
[0074] Figure 11b The power connection element 170 shows a section of the power cable 101 wound up in the cable storage area 172.
[0075] The height of the electrical connection element 170 is preferably such that, as in Figure 10 The device shown has a slightly lower installation height than the installation height of the translational-rotational fitting 130, so that the electrical connection element 170, attached to the base 121 of the second body 120, slides over the surface of the base plate 140 without contact during the translational and rotational movement of the second body 120.
[0076] The power connection element 170 can also be used, as shown in Figure 12shown, have a central plug connection for receiving a plug 103 passed through an opening in the base 121 of the second body 120.
[0077] The second element of the power cable 108, which passes through the through-opening 161 of the recess 160 in the base plate 140 of the first body 110, can also be connected directly to a socket on a floor or wall of a room or, as shown in Figure 12 It is shown to also be connected to a connector 102.
[0078] It is also conceivable here to additionally protect sections of the power cable 101 with an energy chain 180.
[0079] Instead of the flat recess 160 provided in the base plate 140, as is particularly evident in Figure 9 As shown, it is also conceivable to design the recess as a guide groove for the power cable 101, as shown in the Figures 17a, 17b , 18a and 18b is shown. Figure 17ashows the Figure 14 corresponding position of the translational-rotation fitting 130, Figure 17b The figure shows, in a view from below, the position of the power cable 101 protruding downwards from the base plate 140 of the first body 110, while the Figures 18a and b the Figure 16 show the corresponding position of the translation-rotation fitting 130 and the corresponding position of the power cable 101 protruding downwards from the base plate 140 of the first body 110.
