Description

Technical field of the invention

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of devices for the treatment of a subject (human or animal) by means of a combination of different techniques, namely in particular lithotherapy, chromotherapy, light therapy or music therapy. State of the art

[0002] Non-conventional medicine, also known as "alternative medicine", encompasses a wide variety of treatment methods.

[0003] For example, we know of treatment methods that use chromotherapy (the use of colors), lithotherapy (the use of crystals, rocks, and minerals), music therapy (the use of music), and aromatherapy (the use of essential plant oils). For instance, JP 2008 272273 discloses a treatment device that includes a pyramid-shaped casing containing a crystal and a cold light source.

[0004] The practitioner often uses a dedicated device to implement these techniques on the subject being treated.

[0005] But most current devices are adapted to the implementation of only one type of treatment.

[0006] There is therefore a need for new devices for the treatment of a subject, which would be capable of combining different techniques of non-conventional medicine. Presentation of the invention

[0007] In order to remedy the aforementioned drawback of the prior art, the present invention proposes a device for the treatment of a subject, comprising an envelope, in the shape of a pyramidion, which has an apex, a base opposite the apex and a central axis passing through said apex.

[0008] The envelope delimits an internal volume in which are placed luminous means comprising a body delimiting a directional chamber which is arranged coaxially to said central axis and which opens on the side of said apex.

[0009] The directional chamber includes: a quartz crystal, oriented coaxially to said central axis, and a cold light source, preferably white in color, opposite the apex, for the production of a cold light beam intended to pass through said quartz crystal, so as to obtain a treatment light beam which is governed by the passage through said quartz crystal and which is emitted at the level of said apex.

[0010] The processing device includes control means to control the operation of said lighting means.

[0011] Such a treatment device is thus adapted to the implementation of a combination of different techniques recognized in non-conventional medicine, namely lithotherapy, chromotherapy, light therapy or music therapy.

[0012] Other non-limiting and advantageous characteristics of the product according to the invention, taken individually or in all technically possible combinations, are as follows: The envelope has a side-to-height ratio ranging from 1.5 to 1.8, with, for example, a side dimension ranging from 225 to 245 mm, and a height dimension ranging from 140 to 180 mm; the directional chamber incorporates an optical filter which is implanted between the quartz crystal and the cold light source; the control means include means for connection to a master processing device comprising: a) lighting means comprising several light units, each intended to emit a processing light beam having a predefined light spectrum, each of which light units comprises a body which delimits a directional chamber in which a quartz crystal is placed, and means for producing a cold light beam intended to pass through said quartz crystal, which body further comprises an aperture at the level of which said processing light beam is emitted, originating from said production means and governed by the passage of said quartz crystal, said luminous units each being adapted to be arranged so as to orient their respective openings with respect to a point on the body of said subject, b) sound means, intended to diffuse sounds, and c) control means, for piloting and coordinating the operation of said luminous means and said sound means; said treatment device comprises a plate which is provided with first symbols and which is traversed by the quartz crystal, said treatment device comprises mechanical connection means to a treatment table comprising second symbols, identical to said first symbols; said treatment device comprises electronic connection means to a human-machine interface, for example a portable electronic device, for piloting said control means; the casing comprises a removable apex piece, oriented coaxially with said central axis, so as to obtain an opening in said envelope at the level of which the directional chamber and said quartz crystal open, and at the level of which the treatment light beam is emitted; said envelope advantageously includes a recess in its base to house said removable apex piece; the quartz crystal consists of a multifaceted quartz crystal.

[0013] The present invention also relates to a subject processing system, comprising: a treatment device according to the invention, and a master treatment device comprising: a) lighting means comprising several light units, each intended to emit a treatment light beam having a predefined light spectrum, each of which light units comprises a body that delimits a directional chamber in which are included: a quartz crystal and means for producing a cold light beam intended to pass through said quartz crystal, which body further comprises an aperture at the level of which is emitted said treatment light beam, originating from said production means and governed by the passage through said quartz crystal, said light units each being adapted to be arranged so as to orient their respective apertures with respect to a point on the body of said subject, b) sound means, intended to diffuse sounds, and c) control means,to control and coordinate the operation of said lighting and sound systems.

[0014] The treatment system according to the invention further advantageously includes the aforementioned treatment table.

[0015] Of course, the different features, variants and embodiments of the invention can be combined with each other in various ways as long as they are not incompatible or mutually exclusive. Detailed description of the invention

[0016] Furthermore, various other features of the invention become apparent from the attached description made with reference to the drawings which illustrate non-limiting embodiments of the invention and where: [ Fig. 1 ] is a general and perspective view of a device according to the invention, for the treatment of a subject; [ Fig. 2] is a general and perspective view of the treatment system according to the figure 1 , and in which a removable apex piece is removed; [ Fig. 3 ] is a general and schematic view, along a vertical cross-section, of the processing device according to the figure 1 ; Fig. 4 ] is a general and perspective view of the treatment system according to the figure 1 , seen from below; Fig. 5 ] is a general and perspective view of a master processing device adapted to be connected to the processing device according to the invention.

[0017] It should be noted that, in these figures, the structural and / or functional elements common to the different variants may have the same references.

[0018] As shown in the figures, the present invention relates to a device 1 for the treatment of a subject, also called "treatment device 1".

[0019] The treatment device 1 is intended to be used by a practitioner for the treatment of a subject.

[0020] By "treatment" we mean conventional medical treatment and / or non-conventional medical treatment (also called "alternative medicine").

[0021] By "subject," we advantageously mean a vertebrate being, and preferably a human or animal being.

[0022] This treatment device 1 according to the invention is, for example, intended for: to acupuncturists, osteopaths, physiotherapists, energy healers, naturopaths, sophrologists, reflexologists and others; to the medical profession as a whole; to palliative care professionals; to hospitals; to medical and biomedical research laboratories; to natural health and fitness centers; to thalassotherapy centers; to massage centers.

[0023] In this case, the treatment device 1 according to the invention is advantageously suited to the implementation of a set of non-conventional and non-invasive medical treatments, in a controlled and coordinated manner, namely chosen for example from: Light therapy, through the use of light flux; chromotherapy, through the use of colors; lithotherapy, through the use of quartz crystals; and even music therapy, through the use of selected musical themes that are advantageously embedded and at a defined frequency, advantageously generated by a master processing device described later in relation to the figure 5 .

[0024] For this purpose, the processing device 1, according to the invention, comprises an envelope 2 which delimits an internal volume 3 in which are placed light means 4 cooperating with control means 5 (adapted to control the operation of these light means 4). Envelope

[0025] Envelope 2 is pyramidion-shaped.

[0026] By "pyramidion" we advantageously mean a small quadrangular pyramid which usually crowns the top of a monument (for example a pyramid or an obelisk).

[0027] Envelope 2 thus advantageously consists of a five-faceted quadrangular pyramid, namely: a base 21, in the shape of a quadrilateral (advantageously square), and four triangular lateral facets 22.

[0028] The envelope 2 still has an apex 23 which is opposite the base 21 and which advantageously forms the apex of the envelope 2.

[0029] The envelope 2 also includes a central axis 2' passing through the aforementioned apex 23.

[0030] In general, the pyramidion has different dimensions, including: a side dimension, corresponding to the dimension of the edges of the base 21, and a height dimension, corresponding to the dimension going from the base 21 to the apex 23. The ratio of side dimension to height dimension is advantageously from 1.5 to 1.8.

[0031] For example, envelope 2 has the following dimensions: a side dimension ranging from 225 to 245 mm, and a height dimension ranging from 140 to 180 mm.

[0032] Preferably, envelope 2 includes a removable apex piece 2a, oriented coaxially to said central axis 2'.

[0033] The removable apex piece 2a also advantageously features a quadrangular pyramidal shape.

[0034] Envelope 2 then advantageously includes: the removable apex piece 2a, bearing the apex 23 and formed by an upper part of the four triangular lateral facets 22, and a base 2b, in the shape of a truncated pyramid, formed by the base 21 and an lower part of the four triangular lateral facets 22.

[0035] Preferably, as illustrated on the figure 3 , the removable apex piece 2a and the base 2b cooperate by means of removable assembly 2c, for example by interlocking by elastic deformation (also called by clipping).

[0036] The base 2b advantageously encloses the lighting means 4 and the control means 5.

[0037] As depicted on the figure 2 , the removable apex piece 2a allows an opening 26 to be obtained in this envelope 2 (and in particular at the level of the base 2b) at the level of which the luminous means 4 open.

[0038] The removable apex piece 2a thus forms a cover which is adapted to close the opening 26 of this envelope 2.

[0039] In this case, the casing 2 (and in particular its base 2b) advantageously includes a recess 27 in its base 21, to house the removable apex piece 2a when the opening 26 is released (see the figures 3 and 4 ). Light sources

[0040] The lighting means 4 comprises a body 41 delimiting a directional chamber 42 which is arranged coaxially to the central axis 2' and which opens on the side of the apex 23.

[0041] Preferably, the body 41 is secured to the base 2b, at the level of its opening 26.

[0042] The body 41 advantageously presents a general tubular shape which delimits the directional chamber 42.

[0043] In this case, the directional chamber 42 opens at the level of the opening 26 carried by the base 2b of the envelope 2.

[0044] Directional chamber 42 includes: a quartz crystal 45, oriented coaxially to the central axis 2', and a cold light source 46, opposite the apex 23, for the production of a beam of cold light intended to pass through the quartz crystal 45.

[0045] Quartz crystal 45 advantageously consists of a multifaceted quartz crystal 45 (for example with twelve facets).

[0046] Generally speaking, "quartz" refers to the mineral species of the silicate group, tectosilicate subgroup, composed of silicon dioxide (silica), with traces of various elements.

[0047] Quartz crystal 45 is advantageously colorless. This quartz crystal 45 is advantageously technologically clear or optically clear.

[0048] This quartz crystal 45 can be chosen and selected, for example, from translucent rock crystals, without inclusions or with low inclusions.

[0049] This quartz crystal 45 advantageously has a cut shape to form three coaxial polyhedral parts, along a longitudinal axis 45', namely: a first terminal part 451, conical and wide, to form a female point, here on the side of the cold light source 46 and advantageously housed within the base 2b, an intermediate part 452, truncated conical, and a second terminal part 453, conical and narrow, to form a male point, here on the side of the apex 23 and advantageously located outside the base 2b (advantageously under the removable apex piece 2a).

[0050] The intermediate part 452 frustoconical advantageously has a decreasing section from the first terminal part 451 to the second terminal part 453.

[0051] The two terminal parts 451, 453 advantageously have an angle between 40° and 55°.

[0052] In general, the quartz crystal 45 is arranged here so that its longitudinal axis 45' is coaxial with the central axis 2' of the envelope 2.

[0053] The quartz crystal 45 passes here through the opening 26 carried by the base 2b of the envelope 2, so that this quartz crystal 45 extends on both sides of this opening 26.

[0054] A section of the intermediate part 452 and the second terminal part 453 are then free, projecting from the opening 26.

[0055] The cold light source 46 preferably generates a cold white light.

[0056] The cold light beam is intended to pass through the quartz crystal 45, so as to obtain a treatment light beam which is governed by the passage through this quartz crystal 45 and which is emitted at the level of the apex 23.

[0057] The cold light source 46 is advantageously chosen from lamps emitting a cold white light, possibly having an ultraviolet output in the visible range and devoid of infrared.

[0058] The cold light source 46 advantageously has a low luminous efficiency, for example less than 90 lumens.

[0059] By "cold light" we mean light emitted by luminescence and advantageously by electroluminescence, for example by means of a light-emitting diode (LED).

[0060] By "white color" we mean a light whose spectrum covers uniformly, or at least approximately uniformly, the visible spectrum.

[0061] By "visible spectrum" or "optical spectrum", we mean the part of the electromagnetic spectrum visible to the human eye, that is to say a representation of all the monochromatic components of visible light.

[0062] This visible spectrum is in particular delimited by wavelengths ranging from 380 nm to 780 nm, in a vacuum.

[0063] By "infrared-free", we mean in particular light devoid of electromagnetic rays whose wavelength is greater than that of visible light.

[0064] By "ultraviolet yield" we mean the possible presence of radiation with a wavelength less than 380 nm, generally between 10 nm and 380 nm.

[0065] In general, the directional camera 42 advantageously incorporates an optical filter 47 which is implanted between the quartz crystal 45 and the cold light source 46.

[0066] Optical filter 47 is advantageously intended to define the color of the light beam being treated (advantageously by a filtering phenomenon by absorption). Ordering methods

[0067] The control means 5 consist, for example, of a printed circuit board on which there is a microcontroller associated with different input / output interfaces.

[0068] The microcontroller can be programmed to analyze and produce electrical signals, in order to perform a wide variety of tasks, from a custom-adapted computer program.

[0069] The control means 5 advantageously include first means of connection 11, adapted for connection to a master processing device 10.

[0070] A master processing device 10 is illustrated, for example, on the figure 5 and described in detail in document FR-3 045 392.

[0071] In general, the master processing device 10 advantageously includes: a) lighting means 10a comprising several lighting units 10a1 which are each intended to emit a treatment light beam having a predefined light spectrum, b) sound means 10b, intended to diffuse sounds, and c) control means 10c, to control and to coordinate the operation of the lighting means 10a and the sound means 10b.

[0072] Each 10a1 light unit comprises a body that delimits a directional chamber into which are placed: a quartz crystal, and means for producing a beam of cold light intended to pass through said quartz crystal.

[0073] The body also includes an opening at the level of which the said treatment light beam is emitted, originating from the said means of production and governed by the passage of the said quartz crystal.

[0074] The 10a1 light units are each adapted to be arranged so as to orient their respective openings towards a point on the subject's body.

[0075] In this case, the treatment device 1 is advantageously located under the treatment table on which the subject lies.

[0076] The processing device 1 can also be oriented on different points in the opposite direction, or in opposition, to the subject's body.

[0077] The processing device 1 also advantageously includes electronic connection means 12 adapted for connection to a human-machine interface (not shown), for example a portable electronic device, for the control of the control means 5. Plate

[0078] Preferably, the processing device 1 comprises a plate 8 which is provided with initial symbols and which is traversed by the quartz crystal 45.

[0079] The treatment device 1 includes mechanical means for connecting to a treatment table (not shown) bearing second symbols, identical to the said first symbols.

[0080] By "mechanical means of connection" we advantageously mean an elongated piece, for example a metal cable, which is connected to plate 8 and to the treatment table. Subject processing system

[0081] The present invention further relates advantageously to a subject processing system, comprising: the treatment device 1 according to the invention, forming an auxiliary treatment device 1, the aforementioned master treatment device 10, and possibly the aforementioned treatment table. Implementation

[0082] The processing device 1 operates advantageously in simultaneous with the master processing device 10, or independently of the master processing device 10.

[0083] It is operated according to a defined program which, without being limited by any theory, allows: vibratory information by torsion field passing through the aforementioned treatment table for an action on the subject's body, or vibratory information by mechanical and torsion field on the aforementioned treatment table for an action on the subject's body.

[0084] Of course, various other modifications can be made to the invention within the scope of the attached claims.
