Abstract

Compounds of Formula (I), or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, are provided, wherein X1, X2, X3, R1-R9, RA, RB, RD, A1, A2, and the subscripts tyw are as described herein. (I) The compounds and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts can trap IL-1β and are expected to be useful as therapeutic agents, for example, for treating cardiovascular diseases and inflammatory disorders. This disclosure also provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds disclosed herein or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. This disclosure also relates to methods for using the compounds or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts in the therapy and prophylaxis of cardiovascular diseases and inflammatory disorders and for preparing pharmaceutical products for this purpose.
