Disposable diaper with integrated pocket for baby wipes, anti-irritant cream and biodegradable plastic pouch comprising at least: A fixed flexible membrane member covering a portion of the waterproof outer support medium forming said panel to which said fixing medium is attached, A first compartment located within the open-end pocket, defined by a flexible dividing wall connected to the flexible membrane member, A second compartment located within the open-end pocket, defined by a second flexible dividing wall connected to the flexible membrane member, for containing a container of baby wipes, and A third compartment located within the open-end pocket, defined by a third flexible dividing wall connected to the flexible membrane member, for containing a small container of anti-irritant cream for treating baby skin irritations,if required,
