Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, specifically to methods for producing autologous forms of serum enriched with fibronectin, as well as to methods for their medical use to stimulate reparative and regenerative processes in body tissues. A method for producing autologous fibronectin serum from a patient's venous blood is proposed. The method comprises filling a glass test tube with a 10% calcium gluconate solution and venous blood in a 1:9 ratio, coagulating the blood at a temperature of 70°C, shaking, centrifuging to form a supernatant, and extracting the serum. A method for psychosomatic regulation of a patient's body by sequentially administering said serum into specific anatomical areas with decreasing injection volumes is described.A method for producing modified autologous fibronectin serum by combining fibronectin serum with platelet-rich plasma and a method for stimulating the regeneration of the extracellular matrix of the patient's facial skull and periosteal structures using said modified serum is also proposed. The technical result consists of increasing the preservation of fibronectin's biological activity.
