Abstract

The invention pertains to medical ecology. A method for ecological therapy and rehabilitation involves the creation and use of recreational trails with flowerbeds in local urban areas or inside buildings. The technical result consists of increasing the effectiveness of the anthropobiogeocenosis and improving the psycho-emotional state of participants through targeted bioremediation reclamation of urban soils, the creation of a target aerobiome, and the provision of controlled physical activity. The method is characterized by selecting soils with a density of 1.2-1.8 g / cm³ and ensuring an average greening rate of 85-95% of the total trail area. Automated digital analysis of photographic images from 5-200 megapixel cameras using multimodal neural network models on smartphones is used for quality control and vegetation inventory.Track routing, ranging from 10 to 10,000 meters in length, and the coordination of citizen science volunteers are carried out through mobile applications and websites: global social networks, an information crowdsourcing platform with machine vision functionality for verifying biological species and recording GPS tracks, using the "online photovoice" method. The phytocenosis is formed from 22 species of medicinal herbaceous plants: garbanzo bean, common bean, creeping clover, yellow sweet clover, meadow vetch, hairy vetch, eastern goat's rue, sickle-leaved milk vetch, alfalfa, vetch-leaved sainfoin, sweet pea, common basil, common chicory, white mustard, oilseed radish, peppermint, lemon balm, wormwood, burdock, curly milk thistle, calendula, steppe sage, grown in the formats of meadow lawns and eco-flower beds up to 200 cm high.Targeted modification of the holobiome is carried out through a three-stage irrigation of the urbozems with activated solutions: first, with the addition of 5% sucrose, humates, and Glomus fungi; then, with the bacteria Azotobacter spp. and Bacillus subtilis; and finally, with a complex consortium of Bacillus, Azotobacter, Streptomyces, and Trichoderma strains. The therapeutic effect is verified by online tests (PHQ-9, Zung scale, SAN) and pedestrian traffic monitoring using fitness trackers. Option 2 of the method involves year-round implementation in building interiors using plants in containers with a capacity of 2 to 20,000 liters.
