Abstract

The invention relates to ammunition. A subcaliber, semi-jacketed, lobe-shaped bullet for loading cartridges for smoothbore weapons comprises a cylindrical body with a lead core and a shank, a membrane installed between the cylindrical body and the lead core, a container, and an obturator wad. The cylindrical body is open on one side and closed on the other with a base. From the open side of the body, towards the base, straight longitudinal slots are made, forming four petals from the walls, each of which has an inward oblique cut at the upper part. The membrane is made with two plates, an upper and a lower, converging crosswise at the center. The lead core is cylindrical, divided lengthwise in a crosswise manner into four equal lobes and converging into a single common supporting conical base. The shank has an elongated hollow cylindrical shape with external longitudinally inclined aerodynamic protrusions located on its lower part.The container is made of a single piece of plastic and divided lengthwise into two identical halves. The wad obturator is made of a single piece and has an elongated cylindrical shape. The technical result of the claimed invention is to increase the stopping power of the bullet.

Claims

1. A subcaliber semi-jacketed lobe bullet for loading cartridges for smoothbore weapons, made of cylindrical shape and containing a cylindrical body with a lead core and a tail, characterized in that it contains a membrane installed between the cylindrical body and the lead core, a container and an obturator wad, wherein the cylindrical body is made hollow and all-metal, open on one side and closed on the other with a base with a wall thickness at its outer edges of at least 2 mm with a thinning towards the central part of the base, in which a through hole is made for the passage of a connecting protrusion through it for mounting the tail, wherein on the open side of the body in the direction of the base there are straight longitudinal cuts formed from the walls, forming four petals with a thickness of at least 0.5 mm, each of which is an elongated plate concave inward with an oblique cut inward in the upper part, and having a width,allowing the membrane walls to pass tightly in them, and a length, the size of which is made with the possibility of providing rigidity of the case for the stopping action of the bullet, the membrane is made of an all-metal elongated shape with two plates converging crosswise in the center: the upper and lower ones, forming four partitions from the center to the sides, each of which has a thickness of at least 0.5 mm, a width equal to the outer circumference of the case, and a height equal to the height of the core, wherein each of the said plates is made with a bridge and a counter, central, longitudinal slot emanating from it, and on the upper plate the bridge is located above the lower cut of the plate, leaving space for the location of the bridge of the lower plate, the bridge of which is located at the very lower cut of the plate, the lead core is made of an all-metal cylindrical shape, divided lengthwise crosswise into four equal parts having a height equal to the height of the membrane,and converging into one common supporting cone-shaped bottom, turning into a connecting projection made of a cylindrical shape with a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the through hole of the bottom of the housing, and a length equal to the depth of the landing hole of the tail, wherein the supporting bottom is located tightly adjacent to the bottom of the housing and is made with a diameter corresponding to the internal diameter of the housing, and a height equal to the height of the lower part of the membrane, the tail is made entirely of plastic and has an elongated hollow cylindrical shape with external longitudinally inclined aerodynamic projections located on its lower part with an inclination angle of 5° to the right and closed in the lower part by the bottom, while in the central part of the tail there is a connecting blind hole for seating the connecting projection until it stops in the bottom by means of a sealing narrowing of the connecting blind hole at the bottom, the container is made entirely of plastic and has an elongated hollow cylindrical shape,divided lengthwise into two identical halves, each of which has longitudinal rounded edges on the upper part of the outer side, forming a hexagonal relief surface, on the lower part of the outer side there is a narrowing of the seat for placement in the seating wad-obturator, on the upper part of the inner side there is a seat for connection with the body in the form of an expansion, tightly adjacent to the body, on the lower part of the inner side there is a girth made in the form of an opening of a smaller diameter than the seat for connection with the body, for grasping the upper part of the shank and a tight fit of the bottom of the body, four longitudinal recesses made rectangular along the entire height of the girth of the upper part of the shank, and cuts made on the said girth, and the wad-obturator is made entirely of plastic and has an elongated cylindrical shape, closed in the central part by a common bottom with recesses in the center and supports along the circumference, in the upper part of which a rim is made,and seats: a lower one for the shank and an upper one for the container, wherein the rim is a common wall of the lower and upper seats, and from the upper cut of the wad-obturator down along the entire height of the rim there are longitudinal slots, wherein the recesses are located under the lower seat for the shank in the central part in the form of a round recess under the bottom of the shank and along the inner edge of the circle in the form of beveled recesses from the center to the edge under each aerodynamic protrusion of the shank, the supports are located in the lower seat for the shank along the inner wall of the seating rim in the form of protrusions, between which the aerodynamic protrusions of the shank are located, the lower seat for the shank is located above the inner upper part of the mentioned common bottom and recesses, the upper seat for the container is located in the upper part of the wad-obturator above the lower seat.
