Abstract
A method for complex automated ground-air geological exploration and mining of naturally occurring electrically conductive metals (including gold, platinum, or rare earth metals) in real time without soil excavation involves deploying an autonomous mining complex comprising a mobile aerial or ground-based carrier with a universal processing module. The functional switching of the module’s linear stator between exploration and mining modes is performed under the control of an adaptive artificial intelligence (AI) system. In exploration mode, a high-frequency electromagnetic field is generated, electrical conductivity anomalies are detected and analyzed, a dynamic 3D geological map is updated, and mining performance is predicted. In mining mode, soil mass is directed into the influence zone of a low frequency traveling electromagnetic field, where electrically conductive metals are separated by counter-flow movement. The processed zone is immediately re-scanned, ensuring high efficiency and adaptive optimization. The method allows the use of both universal and specialized modules, as well as various types of carriers, all coordinated by a unified AI environment.
