Abstract

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a glass-ceramsite concrete (KKB) mixture comprising aggregate, water and at least one binder, wherein the aggregate consists of 100% expanded glass aggregate (VKK) and the binder is cement. The invention provides a lightweight, thermally insulating and environmentally sustainable concrete material that can be produced in existing concrete plants without additional technological modifications.
