Abstract
The present invention relates to a unit for preparing thin films of iron oxide by thermal evaporation using a graphite crucible. Thin films of iron oxide were prepared by thermal evaporation using a specially designed crucible and electrodes made of graphite. In this unit, the iron oxide raw material was heated to high temperatures, resulting in the formation of thin films. The results showed that the prepared films were crystalline in nature and possessed high-quality optical properties.
