Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a cut-to-length shell unit according to the preamble of claim 1 as well as to a use of the shell unit according to claim 17 and to a cistern with such a shell unit according to claim 18.
[0002] Cut-to-length shell units are frequently used for the implementation of state-of-the-art plumbing installations. Depending on the application, such a cut-to-length shell unit is used to provide a protected access channel whose length can be adjusted, or to provide a connection between two elements whose length can be adjusted to suit the specific environment by cutting to length.
[0003] For example, such a shell unit is used in the installation of cisterns, such as urinal or toilet cisterns. Such cisterns have a cistern wall that serves to store the flush water, with an access opening provided in the cistern wall above the maximum water level. This access opening can be used, for example, for inspection or maintenance of the cistern. Furthermore, such an access opening usually serves to enable the operation of a cistern drain valve. Typically, actuating plates are provided to operate a cistern, which have actuating buttons. The actuating buttons are connected to the drain valve via actuating pins to enable the drain valve to be actuated. In some embodiments, the access opening can be closed by a protective plate that can be mounted on the cistern wall. This protective plate is often designed so that the actuation can take place through it, for example by allowing actuation pins to pass through recesses provided in the protective plate. Such cisterns are usually mounted on a shell wall, after which a false wall is built in front of the cistern, which then represents the actual room boundary wall. Depending on the desired room design, the false wall may include, for example, wallpaper or tiling on the side facing the room and thus away from the cistern. During the construction phase, the access opening of the cistern must remain accessible so that functional tests can be carried out, and the access opening must also be protected as well as possible.Furthermore, during the construction of the pre-wall, care must be taken to ensure that an opening is provided in the pre-wall that allows access to the access opening. Due to these existing problems, the state of the art uses cut-to-length shell units that are connected to the cistern wall and provide a protective channel around the access opening of the cistern and extending from the cistern wall. On the one hand, such a shell unit protects the access opening, and on the other hand, such a shell unit allows the provision of an opening in the pre-wall with dimensions that allow the shell unit to extend through the opening.
[0004] Due to its ability to be cut to length, the shell unit can be cut to length after the pre-wall has been completed so that it does not protrude beyond the pre-wall on the side of the pre-wall facing away from the cistern, i.e. only insignificantly, so that an actuation plate can be attached to this side of the pre-wall which can be flush with the pre-wall and via which the cistern can be operated. To ensure the properties required for the shell unit, a generic shell unit has a wall which extends all the way around a longitudinal axis and with a wall thickness around the longitudinal axis so that the shell unit can form a channel. A first longitudinal section of the wall is designed as an assembly section, via which the shell unit can be attached to the cistern wall around the access opening of the cistern. A second longitudinal section of the wall is designed as a channel section which can be cut to length. The shell unit should be designed to be as robust as possible and, in addition, the duct section should be able to be cut to length as easily as possible.
[0005] Examples of such shell units already exist in the prior art, which are intended to provide the described properties so that such a shell unit can be used as a protective channel that is mounted on a cistern and through which an access opening of a cistern is accessible. In such generic shell units, the channel section has a plurality of web sections, each with a web length along the longitudinal axis and a circumferential length around the longitudinal axis, which are arranged offset from one another along the longitudinal axis, with two web sections adjacent along the longitudinal axis being connected to one another along their circumferential length. Two adjacent web sections are arranged at an angle to each other so that they form a sharp edge between them that runs perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. This allows the shell unit to be cut to length by creating a break along this edge between two adjacent web sections. In principle, this allows the channel section to be cut to length without the need for tools. However, it is difficult to precisely determine the location of the break line and requires considerable force. In addition, there is a sharp edge along the break edge with irregularities along the surface, which can lead to injuries, for example when functional tests are carried out on the cistern through the cut-to-length shell unit. Shell units are also known that are made of a soft material that can be cut with a knife. However, such shell units often have low stability, and the cutting line cannot be determined in advance. In addition to the example application for generic shell units described above, there are other applications for cut-to-length shell units for the implementation of sanitary installations. For example, two pipe sections often have to be connected to one another using a cut-to-length pipe piece, for example in the case of floor drains in shower rooms. In the prior art, conventional pipe pieces are usually used as cut-to-length shell units, which are sawn or cut to the desired length. However, this cannot be done without tools, and the exact length, cut, or sawing line cannot be determined in advance.Furthermore, there is a significant risk of injury, especially with sufficiently robust shell units, since considerable force must be applied with such sawing or cutting tools, thus increasing the risk of accidents. Furthermore, such shell units are also required, for example, for the installation of shower fittings and the like, when these are installed on a pre-wall that, as explained, has a side facing the room, the distance of which from a shell wall is not known in advance. Even in such cases, the use of cuttable shell units to provide a protective channel is advantageous. From DE 92 10 905 U1, a body shell unit is known which has an assembly section and a cuttable channel section, each of which extends circumferentially around a longitudinal axis of the body shell unit. The channel section has a plurality of web sections arranged one behind the other along the longitudinal axis and connected to one another by connecting sections in which the channel section has a small wall thickness so that a web section can be broken off from its adjacent web section. From EP 1 918 467 A1, a body shell unit with an assembly section and a channel section is known, which extend circumferentially around a longitudinal axis of the body shell unit. The channel section has reinforcing ribs along which it is easy to cut the channel section to length. From DE 298 12 224 U1 a shell unit is known with an assembly section and a channel section which circulate around a longitudinal axis of the shell unit, wherein the channel section can be cut to length.
[0006] The present invention is based on the object of providing a cut-to-length shell unit which at least partially eliminates or satisfies at least one of the described problems and needs.
[0007] As a solution to the aforementioned problem underlying the invention, the invention proposes a cut-to-length shell unit with the features of claim 1. The cut-to-length shell unit according to the invention is suitable for the realization of sanitary installations, for example as explained above for generic shell units. In general, the cut-to-length shell unit according to the invention can, in various embodiments, have features that are explained above with reference to generic shell units. The shell unit according to the invention has a wall that extends along a longitudinal axis and with a wall thickness around the longitudinal axis in a closed circumferential manner. The wall thus provides a channel that runs along the longitudinal axis and has a wall thickness with which it runs flatly around the longitudinal axis in a closed circumferential manner and thus forms the channel casing, wherein the wall thickness indicates the thickness and thus strength of the channel casing. In one embodiment, the wall runs continuously and closed all the way around the longitudinal axis, so that the wall has no interruption and therefore no gap through which a connection of the space enclosed by the wall to the outside is possible through the wall. In one embodiment, the wall has interruptions within its closed circumferential circumference around the longitudinal axis, so that although its closed circumferential extension around the longitudinal axis forms a channel casing which completely defines the interior space enclosed by the wall, the interruptions nevertheless enable a connection of this interior space with the environment outside the wall through the wall. A first longitudinal section of the wall is designed as an assembly section, and a second longitudinal section of the wall is designed as a channel section that can be cut to length.
[0008] The channel section has several web sections. Each of the web sections forms a longitudinal section of the wall and is thus designed to run around the longitudinal axis. Each of the web sections has a web length along the longitudinal axis. The web length thus corresponds to the respective longitudinal section of the wall formed by the respective web section. Furthermore, each of the web sections runs with a circumferential length around the longitudinal axis.
[0009] The circumferential length is thus the length by which the web rotates around the longitudinal axis so that it can form a corresponding longitudinal section of the wall and thus, according to the definition of the wall, rotates around the longitudinal axis while enclosing an interior space. Analogous to the explanations with regard to the wall, the web section can have at least one interruption so that, while it clearly defines the interior space, it also allows a connection between the interior space and the outside of the wall through it. "Outside" indicates the area on the side of the web section that, with respect to a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, faces away from the interior space enclosed by the web section. The respective web section rotates around the longitudinal axis in a circumferential direction, with the circumferential length indicating the length of the web section in this circumferential direction. The direction of rotation is of course not a straight line but runs over the entire length of rotation so that the web section can rotate around the longitudinal axis. Particularly preferably, the web sections each run in a closed surface and thus without any interruption within their extension around the longitudinal axis and thus over their length of rotation around the longitudinal axis. The web sections are arranged offset from one another along the longitudinal axis, with two web sections adjacent along the longitudinal axis being connected to one another via a connecting section. The connecting section runs around the longitudinal axis and has a connecting length along the longitudinal axis. Particularly preferably, the connecting section runs in a closed direction around the longitudinal axis and thus connects the two adjacent web sections continuously over their length of rotation around the longitudinal axis.
[0010] According to the invention, a wall thickness averaged over the circumferential length across the respective web lengths of the web sections is more than double, in particular more than five times, in particular at least ten times the wall thickness in the connecting section. Each of the web sections has a wall thickness averaged over its circumferential length, and for each of the web sections, the wall thickness assigned to it, averaged over its circumferential length, is more than twice the wall thickness in the connecting section via which it is connected to the adjacent web section. This applies over the longitudinal extent of the respective web section, so that over the entire region of its longitudinal extent determined by its web length, the wall thickness averaged over the circumferential length is more than double, in particular more than five times, in particular at least ten times the wall thickness in the orthe connecting sections adjacent to the web section.
[0011] When averaging over the circumferential length, in embodiments in which a web section has interruptions, the average is taken over this interruption, wherein the web section has a wall thickness equal to zero across the interruption. The wall thickness of the connecting section is preferably also a wall thickness averaged over the circumferential length of the connecting section, with which it revolves around the longitudinal axis, wherein reference is preferably made to the minimum value of the wall thickness within the longitudinal extent of the connecting section and thus within the connecting length over which the connecting section extends circumferentially along the longitudinal axis around the longitudinal axis.Within their course extending over the circumferential length, the web sections each have a predetermined breaking section extending along the longitudinal axis, within which the wall thickness is less than half, preferably less than a fifth, preferably at most a tenth of the wall thickness of the respective web section averaged over the circumferential length. In one embodiment, the wall thickness in the predetermined breaking section has the value zero, in other embodiments a value greater than zero. The predetermined breaking section thus runs in the direction of the longitudinal axis, and within the predetermined breaking section, the respective web section having the respective predetermined breaking section has a minimum of its wall thickness, wherein the term minimum refers to a minimum along the course of the web section around the longitudinal axis, i.e. along its circumferential direction.Accordingly, the wall thickness within the region of the predetermined breaking section is less than half the wall thickness of the respective web section averaged over the circumferential length. Particularly preferably, the predetermined breaking section extends over at least 50%, in particular over at least 70%, in particular over at least 90% of the web length of the web section assigned to it. It should be noted here that the web length of a web section indicates the length of the web section along the longitudinal axis with which the web section extends between two connecting sections, via which it is connected to the adjacent web sections provided at its longitudinal ends. The web length of a web section can be defined, for example, by determining a wall thickness averaged over the circumferential length of the web section within the longitudinal extension area of the web section and assuming the longitudinal end of the web section to be the coordinate along the longitudinal axis at which the wall thickness is less than half, in particular less than a fifth, in particular at most a tenth of the wall thickness averaged over the circumferential length of the web section. Naturally, if the wall thickness averaged over the circumferential length varies along the longitudinal extension of the web section, the maximum averaged wall thickness within the longitudinal extension is used. Accordingly, two coordinates along the longitudinal axis can be defined as the start and end with reference to the longitudinal extension of a web section, the length between these two coordinates specifying the web length of the web section.
[0012] The bodyshell unit according to the invention offers significant advantages compared to conventional bodyshell units.
[0013] By providing web sections and connecting sections, each of which extends circumferentially around the longitudinal axis, wherein the wall thickness of the wall in the connecting section is significantly thinner than in the web sections, two adjacent web sections can be separated from one another easily and along a predetermined line, namely along the extension of the connecting section extending circumferentially around the longitudinal axis, whereby the bodyshell unit can be cut to length. By making the wall thickness in the connecting section significantly thinner than in the web sections, the bodyshell unit can be designed to be sufficiently robust, since the web sections can provide sufficient stability thanks to their thickness, and the thin wall thickness within the connecting section enables the two adjacent web sections to be easily separated from one another.Particularly preferably, the connecting section has a connecting length which is less than one third, in particular less than one fifth, in particular less than one tenth of the web length.
[0014] The connection length can be defined as the length along the longitudinal axis in which the wall thickness is less than half the wall thicknesses averaged over the circumferential lengths of the web sections adjacent to the connection section. Furthermore, the provision of the predetermined breaking section enables the connection of a web section to its adjacent web section to be easily broken with little effort and a very low risk of injury, namely within or at the edges of its predetermined breaking section. The web section can then be severed from its adjacent web section along the connection section or from its adjacent web sections along the connection sections provided at its longitudinal ends to cut the shell unit to length. It is essential that the wall thickness in the predetermined breaking section is significantly less than the average wall thickness of the web section, particularly if it is to be ensured that the application of a minimum force to the two areas of the web section immediately adjacent to the predetermined breaking section only produces a break in the predetermined breaking section or at its edges and the connecting sections adjacent to the web sections. In an embodiment in which the wall thickness within the predetermined breaking section is zero, a particularly simple and targeted breaking open of the wall can be ensured, since with little expenditure of force in the predetermined breaking section or at least at one edge of the predetermined breaking section, the already thinner wall thickness of the connecting section can be broken and then, by further breaking along the connecting section, the web section in question which has the predetermined breaking section can be separated from its original position.its adjacent web section(s). Furthermore, this can simplify the production of a functional wall. In an embodiment in which the web section has a wall thickness greater than zero in its predetermined breaking section, although it is initially necessary to break open the web section itself in its predetermined breaking section, this can result in a particularly robust shell unit and / or a shell unit that completely insulates or seals an interior space. Preferably, the wall thickness within the predetermined breaking section is 50% and 200% of the wall thickness within the adjacent section.
[0015] Connecting sections. The wall is particularly preferably formed as a one-piece plastic component. The wall is particularly preferably manufactured as a one-piece plastic component by injection molding. In one embodiment, the mounting section does not have web sections as provided in the channel section. In one embodiment, the mounting section is designed analogously to the channel section, but forms a different longitudinal section of the wall. In one embodiment, the mounting section is integrated into a functional component, for example a cistern wall, and thus formed as part of the functional component.
[0016] In one embodiment, two adjacent web sections have the same circumferential length. In any case, in the preferred embodiment, the two adjacent web sections have the same circumferential length at their mutually facing longitudinal ends and, in particular, the same circumferential direction in their extension around the longitudinal axis. Particularly preferably, all web sections have the same circumferential length. Particularly preferably, the connecting section connecting the two adjacent web sections runs around the longitudinal axis with a length corresponding to the circumferential length. Particularly preferably, the adjacent web sections are connected via the connecting section around the longitudinal axis in a continuously closed circumferential manner, at least apart from the predetermined breaking section, in particular are connected in a continuously closed circumferential manner completely around the longitudinal axis. In other embodiments, the connecting section can also have perforations.By connecting two adjacent web sections around the longitudinal axis in a continuous, closed manner via the connecting section, a wall can be provided in a particularly advantageous manner that is completely closed within the channel section. This makes the cut-to-length shell unit particularly suitable for water conduction, as it essentially represents a type of pipe. Furthermore, the connection of the adjacent web sections around the longitudinal axis in a continuous, closed manner via the connecting section can provide a shell unit that is particularly robust.
[0017] Particularly preferably, the channel section of the wall is designed in the manner of a hollow cylinder. This can be advantageous for various installation situations, for example when using the shell unit as a connecting piece between two pipes or when using the shell unit as a protective channel, for example on a cistern, if a sealing connection is to be achieved on the outside of the shell unit, since the shell unit then has a constant diameter along its channel section. Particularly preferably, the channel section has at least 5 web sections, in particular at least 10, in particular at least 15 web sections, between each of which a connecting section is arranged, wherein in each case two adjacent web sections are connected to one another via the connecting section, as explained above. Particularly preferably, the channel section has a length along the longitudinal axis of at least 10 cm, in particular of at least 15 cm.Particularly preferably, the webs each have a circumferential length of at least 30 cm, in particular of at least 50 cm. With a corresponding shell unit, a duct section with sufficiently large dimensions can be provided, as is required for a variety of applications. By providing a sufficiently large number of web sections, it is further ensured that the shell unit can be cut to length via a sufficient number of sufficiently small discrete steps. The special structural property of the shell unit according to the invention comes into play particularly advantageously here, via which this design can be ensured while maintaining sufficient stability of the shell unit. Particularly preferably, the web sections have a wall thickness between 0.5 mm and 5 mm, in particular between 0.5 mm and 3 mm, in particular between 1 mm and 3 mm.Particularly preferably, the web sections have a web length between 3 mm and 30 mm, in particular between 3 mm and 10 mm.
[0018] In one embodiment, the channel section is made of a material with a hardness that has a type A Shore durometer value of 90, in particular over 100. By making the channel section of a correspondingly hard material, the channel section and thus the bodyshell unit can be designed to be sufficiently robust, even if the bodyshell unit has large dimensions. By providing web sections according to the invention that are connected to one another via a connecting section and each having a predetermined breaking point and in particular a tear-off tab, it is possible to break open the web sections at the level of their predetermined breaking sections despite the use of a correspondingly hard material, and to easily cut the bodyshell unit to length while avoiding sharp edges as best as possible.
[0019] In one embodiment, the channel section is designed as a completely enclosed channel along its longitudinal extent, surrounding the longitudinal axis. Particularly preferably, the entire wall is designed as a completely enclosed channel along its entire longitudinal extent, surrounding the longitudinal axis. This allows the shell unit or the channel section to be designed like a pipe and thus suitable for conducting water.
[0020] In one embodiment, at least the majority, in particular each of the web sections has exactly one predetermined breaking section, wherein the wall thickness within the web section outside the predetermined breaking section is continuously at least twice the wall thickness in the predetermined breaking section. In another embodiment, at least the majority of the web sections, in particular each of the web sections, has at least two predetermined breaking sections within its course extending over the circumferential length. Preferably, the predetermined breaking sections of the respective web section, which has at least two predetermined breaking sections, are spaced from one another by at least 10% of the circumferential length of the respective web section. In general, the at least one predetermined breaking section of the respective web section, in particular each predetermined breaking section of the web section, is preferably formed at a corner formed by the respective web section. This should be understood in particular to mean that the predetermined breaking section is arranged between two sections of the web section which are immediately adjacent to it and which extend along the circumferential direction of the web section over a maximum of 8%, in particular a maximum of 5%, in particular a maximum of 3% of the circumferential length, in particular exactly 8% or exactly 5% or exactly 3% of the circumferential length, and whose courses averaged over their extension along the circumferential direction or whose courses at their mutually facing ends form an angle to one another, based on a rotation about the longitudinal axis, of more than 30° and less than 160°, in particular less than 120°, in particular less than 100°, in particular 90°. In general, the wall thickness in the predetermined breaking section is preferably less than half, in particular less than one fifth, of the wall thickness averaged over the circumferential length of the web section.By ensuring that each web section has only exactly one predetermined breaking section, the wall thickness of which is significantly less than the wall thickness of the web section outside the predetermined breaking section, it can be particularly advantageously ensured that when a force is applied, in particular to the preferably provided tear-off tab, the web section breaks open in its predetermined breaking section, in particular breaks exclusively in its web section, and can be detached with a tear-off movement from the web section(s) to which it was previously connected via the connecting section. By providing at least two predetermined breaking sections within a web section, separating the web section from its adjacent web section(s) can be particularly simplified. By forming the predetermined breaking section at a corner of the web section, the predetermined breaking section can be particularly easily accessible.
[0021] In one embodiment, the predetermined breaking section of at least one of the web sections, which is arranged between two adjacent web sections, is arranged offset from the predetermined breaking sections of the adjacent web sections along a circumferential direction of this web section, with which it runs around the longitudinal axis. In at least one of the web sections of the channel section, the predetermined breaking section is thus arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal axis offset from the predetermined breaking sections of the web sections that are adjacent to this web section. This particularly preferably applies to the majority of the web sections, in particular to all web sections, so that the predetermined breaking section of each of the web sections is arranged offset along its circumferential direction from the respective predetermined breaking section of each web section that is adjacent to this web section, iewhich is offset longitudinally from this web section and is the web section closest to this web section in the longitudinal direction. It should be noted here that two adjacent web sections, i.e., adjacent standing sections along the longitudinal axis, are connected to each other via a connecting section encircling the longitudinal axis and thus encircle one another around the longitudinal axis.By arranging the predetermined breaking section of a web section offset from the predetermined breaking section of the adjacent web section, the adjacent web section runs along the circumferential direction with a section over the predetermined breaking section of the web section in which no predetermined breaking section of the adjacent web section is arranged, preferably the adjacent web section runs uninterrupted along the circumferential direction over the predetermined breaking section of the web section and is connected to the web section via the connecting section at least in the circumferential direction immediately in front of and behind the predetermined breaking section, in particular also over the predetermined breaking section, provided that the predetermined breaking section has a wall thickness of > 0.
[0022] Particularly preferably, the predetermined breaking section of the respective web section and the predetermined breaking section of each of the web sections adjacent to this web section along the longitudinal axis are each provided at a corner formed by the respective predetermined breaking section. In general, the predetermined breaking section of the web section and the predetermined breaking section of each of the adjacent web sections are preferably spaced apart from one another along a direction running perpendicular to the longitudinal axis by at least 50%, in particular by at least 90% of the extension length of the channel section along this direction. In general, the predetermined breaking section of the web section is preferably provided at a first end of the channel section with respect to a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, and the predetermined breaking section of each of the adjacent web sections is provided at a second end of the channel section opposite the first end with respect to this direction. In general, this preferably applies to a majority, in particular to all, of the web sections of the channel section. In general, the predetermined breaking section of the web section is preferably arranged offset only in the longitudinal direction from corners formed by the adjacent web sections, so that it is aligned with these corners along the longitudinal direction. A corner is considered to be, in particular, a section of the web section which, along the circumferential direction of the web section, has an extension of at most 8%, in particular at most 5%, in particular at most 3% of the circumferential length and in which the circumferential direction rotates by more than 30°, relative to the rotation about the longitudinal axis.Particularly preferably, the adjacent web sections extend at their respective corners, which are merely offset longitudinally from the predetermined breaking section of the web section, forming an edge on their outer side that runs along the longitudinal direction and points away from the interior space enclosed by the wall. By arranging the predetermined breaking section of the web section along the longitudinal axis in alignment with the corners of the adjacent web sections, the predetermined breaking section can be particularly easily accessible; in particular, a tear-off tab of the web section adjacent to the predetermined breaking section can be particularly easily accessible.
[0023] According to the invention, a tear-off tab is provided on a majority of the web sections, in particular on each of the web sections, which is adjacent to the predetermined breaking section of the respective web section on which the tear-off tab is provided. In one embodiment, the respective web section comprises the tear-off tab assigned to it, which is provided on it.
[0024] In one embodiment, the tear-off tab is connected via a connection point to a section of the web section adjacent to the tear-off tab. The tear-off tab is arranged next to a section, in particular next to the section adjacent to it, of the respective web section encircling the longitudinal axis and is preferably connected to the predetermined breaking section, in particular by directly merging into the predetermined breaking section. In general, the predetermined breaking section is preferably arranged next to the connection point, in particular directly next to the connection point or at a distance from it, with "next to" referring in particular to a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis.Preferably, the connection point is designed such that such a force can be exerted on the tear-off tab that the web section breaks open at its predetermined breaking section and / or is separated at its predetermined breaking section from at least one, in particular both, web sections adjacent to it, without the tear-off tab being separated from the section of the web section adjacent to it.The connection of the tear-off tab to the section of the web section adjoining it is thus designed in such a way that a force can be applied to the tear-off tab in such a way that the connection between the tear-off tab and the web section does not break if such a force is exerted on the tear-off tab that the web section breaks open at its predetermined breaking section and / or is separated at its predetermined breaking section from at least one, in particular both, web sections adjoining it, wherein this separation takes place in particular by breaking open the connecting section.Advantageously, the wall thickness in the predetermined breaking section is substantially smaller than the material thickness at the connection point between the tear-off tab and the section of the web section adjacent to it, and in particular than the material thickness of the tear-off tab, if it is to be possible that even an untargeted force acting on the tear-off tab, when a minimum force is exceeded, always only produces a break in the predetermined breaking section or the connecting sections adjacent to the web sections.
[0025] Particularly preferably, the web section, tear-off tab, predetermined breaking section and connecting section are designed to correspond to one another in such a way that by applying a force to the tear-off tab which has a force direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, the web section can be broken open within its predetermined breaking section and / or can be broken off from its at least one adjacent web section at the edges of its predetermined breaking section and the web section is detached, i.e. separated, from its adjacent web section, which is located at the other longitudinal end of the connecting section, while maintaining the force acting on the tear-off tab.
[0026] In one embodiment, the tear-off tab is connected to the predetermined breaking section and arranged next to a section of the respective web section running around the longitudinal axis, in particular within a horizontal plane which runs perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, next to a section of the respective web section running around the longitudinal axis. In one embodiment, the tear-off tab is connected to a first section of the web section and to the predetermined breaking section via a connection point, wherein it runs next to, i.e. offset from, a second section of the web section with respect to a first direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, which second section also borders on the predetermined breaking section, wherein the tear-off tab preferably runs along the second section of the web section with respect to a second direction which runs perpendicular to the longitudinal axis and at an angle, in particular perpendicular to the first direction.By connecting the tear-off tab to the predetermined breaking section and arranging it next to a section of the respective web section, i.e. by running at least partially next to the section of the respective web section, the tear-off tab can be particularly easily accessible, so that such a force can be exerted on the tear-off tab that the web section breaks open at its predetermined breaking point without the tear-off tab being separated from the web section. In one embodiment, the tear-off tab of the web section arranged between two adjacent web sections protrudes over at least one, in particular over both of the adjacent web sections in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. As a result, the tear-off tab can be particularly easily accessible.Particularly preferably, the two adjacent web sections each extend without forming a predetermined breaking section, in particular completely uninterrupted, offset in the longitudinal direction to the web section next to the web section over the predetermined breaking section of the web section, wherein the tear-off tab of the web section adjoins the predetermined breaking section of the web section and projects over at least one, in particular over both of the adjacent web sections.Particularly preferably, the adjacent web sections in the circumferential direction at the level of the predetermined breaking section have a section which connects two directly adjacent further sections of the respective web section to one another, wherein the further sections of the web section are angled to one another by an angle of more than 60°, in particular more than 80°, in particular 90°, and wherein the tear-off tab protrudes beyond the web section in the region of the section of the adjacent web section connecting the further sections. As a result of the protrusion, the tear-off tab is particularly easily accessible, wherein in preferred embodiments a protrusion by a very small extent, in particular of a few millimeters, in particular of only one millimeter can be sufficient. In particular, the tear-off tab can only protrude by a portion of its extent.
[0027] Generally, the tear-off tab preferably has a ribbing on its outer side, i.e., on the side facing away from the interior space enclosed by the wall. This can further improve the operability of the tear-off tab. In one embodiment, a majority of the web sections have a first predetermined breaking section, to which a first tear-off tab is assigned, and a second predetermined breaking section, to which a second tear-off tab is assigned. This can particularly simplify the tearing or detachment of the respective web section from its adjacent web sections.
[0028] Particularly preferably, the first and second tear-off tabs are each connected via a respective connection point to a section of the web section that runs between them, in particular in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, and has an extension in the circumferential direction of the web section of at least one-tenth, in particular at least one-eighth, of the circumferential length. Particularly preferably, the first and second predetermined breaking sections are each provided at a corner formed by the respective web section.
[0029] In one embodiment, at least the tear-off tabs provided on web sections that are offset from one another along the longitudinal axis and that are each adjacent to a web section arranged between them are arranged in alignment along the longitudinal axis. The web sections are thus offset from one another along the longitudinal axis, with a web section arranged between them along the longitudinal axis, which is each formed adjacent to each of the two web sections. Particularly preferably, the tear-off tabs of the two web sections are each arranged offset along a respective circumferential direction from the tear-off tab of the further web section that is arranged between them along the longitudinal axis.Particularly preferably, the tear-off tabs provided on the web sections offset from one another along the longitudinal axis of all web sections, between which a further, in particular exactly one further web section is arranged along the longitudinal axis, are arranged in alignment along the longitudinal axis. By arranging the web sections in alignment along the longitudinal axis, both the manufacture of the bodyshell unit and its use can be simplified, since the bodyshell unit only has tear-off tabs at a limited number of locations on its outer side. Furthermore, by only designing the tear-off tabs of two web sections, between which a further web section is arranged, to be aligned with one another, but by arranging these two tear-off tabs offset from the tear-off tab of the further web section provided between them, particularly good accessibility of the tear-off tabs can be ensured. In a particularly advantageous embodiment, for each of the web sections, its tear-off tab is arranged along the longitudinal direction in alignment with the tear-off tab of another web section, which is offset from it along the longitudinal axis and separated from it by one, in particular exactly one, further web section, making production and handling particularly easy. Particularly preferably, the tear-off tabs of two web sections adjacent along the longitudinal direction are offset from one another along the circumferential direction of the web sections, whereby this preferably applies to all web sections, so that the tear-off tab of one web section is always offset from the tear-off tab of the web section arranged adjacent to it in the longitudinal direction.
[0030] In one embodiment, a majority of the web sections, in particular each of the web sections, has a pair of tear-off tabs, both of which adjoin a same predetermined breaking section of the web section and which are each connected via a connection point to a section of the web section adjoining it.The pair of tear-off tabs is thus formed by two tear-off tabs, each of which borders on the same predetermined breaking section of the web section and is each connected via a connection point to a section of the web section that borders on it, wherein, of course, different sections of the web section preferably border on the two different tear-off tabs of the pair of tear-off tabs and thus the connection points, via which the two tear-off tabs of the pair of tear-off tabs are connected to the section of the web section that borders on them, are spaced from one another, in particular are spaced from one another in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. By forming two tear-off tabs on both sides of the predetermined breaking section, the web section can be detached particularly easily from the web section that borders it.The opening of adjacent web sections can be made particularly easy by actuating one or both of the tear-off tabs of the pair of tear-off tabs. Particularly preferably, the predetermined breaking section has a wall thickness of 0 and is thus formed as a recess in the web section. In this particularly preferred embodiment, the two tear-off tabs are particularly easily accessible.
[0031] In one embodiment, the tear-off tabs provided on the web sections offset from one another along the longitudinal axis are arranged in alignment along the longitudinal axis. Particularly preferably, all tear-off tabs of the channel section are arranged in alignment along the longitudinal axis. The aligned arrangement of the tear-off tabs can particularly simplify the manufacture of the channel section and thus of the bodyshell unit. Furthermore, handling of the bodyshell unit can be particularly simplified, since an irregularity in the wall needs to be provided only at one horizontal point along the longitudinal extent of the bodyshell unit to form the tear-off tabs.
[0032] In one embodiment, each of the tear-off tabs is connected to its associated web section at a connection point, with the predetermined breaking section of the associated web section being arranged next to the connection point. The connection point thus designates the transition between the tear-off tab and the web section at which the tear-off tab is provided. By providing the connection point next to the predetermined breaking section of the web section, it can be ensured that the tear-off tab is robustly connected to the web section via the connection point, so that when force is applied to the tear-off tab, the connection point does not break, but rather the predetermined breaking section of the web section breaks.Particularly preferably, the tear-off tab extends from the connection point perpendicular to the longitudinal axis away from a first section of the web section, wherein this first section of the web section is connected to a second section of the web section via the predetermined breaking section, and the first and second sections of the web section are sections along the extension of the web section that runs around the longitudinal axis and are thus offset from one another along the circumference around the longitudinal axis and spaced from one another by the predetermined breaking section. Particularly preferably, the first and second sections directly border on the predetermined breaking section. In any case, arranging the tear-off tab next to a section of the web section ensures that the web section can run in a closed manner around the longitudinal axis and that the tear-off tab can run horizontally next to the web section, at least in sections.Particularly preferably, the tear-off tab runs away from the connection point with a curvature around the longitudinal axis which corresponds exactly to the curvature that the first section of the web section has at the connection point, i.e. with which it merges into the connection point, or that the second section of the web section has immediately after the predetermined breaking section. It is irrelevant whether the curvature has an amount of > 0. In the described embodiment, there is the particular advantage that the tear-off tab does not protrude from the web section as a projection but merges directly into the first section via the curvature or an envelope enclosing the channel section can glide from the tear-off tab to the second section or from the second section to the tear-off tab.
[0033] Particularly preferably, fastening devices are provided on the mounting section, in particular in the form of grooves and / or projections. Particularly preferably, the fastening devices are evenly distributed circumferentially around the longitudinal axis. The fastening devices can be provided, for example, on the inside or on the outside of the mounting section. Particularly preferably, the fastening devices are arranged, starting from the longitudinal end of the bodyshell unit formed by the mounting section, in a longitudinal section region which extends over less than 5 cm, in particular less than 3 cm, in particular less than 2 cm from the longitudinal end. The fastening devices can, for example, each be designed as a projection or as a groove.Particularly preferably, the web section of the channel section that is furthest away from the mounting section along the longitudinal axis has fastening devices corresponding to the fastening devices. The fastening devices can be designed analogously as a groove or a projection into which a fastening device designed as a projection or groove can engage.By providing fastening devices on the web section furthest away from the mounting section along the longitudinal axis, which in particular forms a longitudinal end of the bodyshell unit, and by providing corresponding fastening devices on the mounting section, it is possible, for example, to place two bodyshell units on top of one another by fixing the mounting section of a first bodyshell unit to the web section of the second bodyshell unit, which is furthest away from the mounting section to the second bodyshell unit along the longitudinal axis, by the interaction of the fastening device of the mounting section of the first bodyshell unit with the fastening device of said web section of the second bodyshell unit.
[0034] For the aforementioned fixation, the mounting section of the first body shell unit is particularly preferably arranged at least partially circumferentially around the aforementioned web section of the second body shell unit. In particular, the web section of the second body shell unit is arranged entirely within the extension of the mounting section of the first body shell unit along a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The body shell unit particularly preferably consists of the mounting section and the channel section.Particularly preferably, the channel section has, as two flat sides, an inner side pointing towards the longitudinal axis and an outer side pointing away from the longitudinal axis, wherein the channel section is designed to be smooth on one of its two flat sides over a longitudinal extent in which a plurality of web sections are arranged, in particular all web sections are arranged, of which adjacent ones are connected to one another via a connecting section assigned to them, in particular over its entire longitudinal extent, and transitions between the web sections and the connecting sections are formed by unevenness on the opposite of the two sides.By providing the transitions from one web section to a connecting section connected to it on just one of the two sides, and this applies to all transitions between web sections and connecting sections, the duct section can be smooth on one of its two sides. Only the other side has unevenness, which must be provided for so that the different wall thicknesses can be realized in the various sections of the duct section. On the one hand, this makes it particularly easy to manufacture the shell unit, for example using injection molding. Furthermore, this allows the shell unit to be designed particularly advantageously depending on the desired application. For example, this makes it possible to create a smooth outer wall on which sealing can be carried out particularly well.Particularly preferably, the entire wall is smooth on one of its sides and has unevenness only on the other of its sides.
[0035] The invention further relates to the use of a cut-to-length shell unit according to the invention for a sanitary installation. Preferably, the shell unit is integrated into a cistern wall and encloses an access opening provided in the cistern wall, or it is fastened to the cistern wall via the mounting section such that it encloses the access opening, wherein a pre-wall is then constructed in front of the cistern and an opening is provided in the pre-wall in which the channel section of the shell unit is arranged, wherein the shell unit is then cut to length such that the channel section does not protrude beyond the pre-wall on the side of the pre-wall facing away from the cistern. Particularly preferably, an actuation plate is then attached to this side of the pre-wall, which conceals the opening provided in the pre-wall.In general, when using a cut-to-length shell unit for a sanitary installation according to the invention, the shell unit is preferably first mounted around an access opening and then cut to length, wherein it is cut to length by first separating the web section in its predetermined breaking section and / or breaking it off at the edges of its predetermined breaking section from its adjacent web section or its adjacent web sections, after which the web section is subsequently separated from an adjacent web section to which it is connected via a connecting section, by tearing the web section off from the adjacent web section along the connecting section, starting from the predetermined breaking section. In general, when using a cut-to-length shell unit for a sanitary installation according to the invention, the shell unit is first mounted around an access opening and then cut to length, wherein it is cut to length by first applying a force to the tear-off tab which is so great that the web section on which the tear-off tab is arranged breaks in its predetermined breaking section or breaks off from the remaining channel section at the edges of its predetermined breaking section, after which a further force is subsequently exerted on the tear-off tab, whereby the web section is separated from an adjacent web section to which it is connected via a connecting section, by starting from the predetermined breaking section, the web section is torn off from the adjacent web section along the connecting section.
[0036] The invention further relates to a cistern comprising a cistern wall for storing flush water, in which an access opening is provided through which a drain valve of the cistern can be actuated, wherein a cut-to-length shell unit according to the invention is arranged around the access opening on the cistern wall and is fastened to the cistern wall via its mounting section. The cistern can have further features described above in connection with generic shell units. The mounting section can be fastened to the cistern wall, for example, in that the mounting section and cistern wall have corresponding fastening devices via which the mounting section can be connected, preferably detachably, to the cistern wall, in particular by means of a latching mechanism. In one embodiment, the mounting portion is attached to the cistern wall by the mounting portion being formed in one piece and thus integrally with the cistern wall.
[0037] The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to four figures using four exemplary embodiments.
[0038] They show: Figure 1: two schematic diagrams of a first embodiment of a bodyshell unit according to the invention; Figure 2: two schematic diagrams of a second embodiment of a bodyshell unit according to the invention; Figure 3: two schematic diagrams of a third embodiment of a bodyshell unit according to the invention; Figure 4: three schematic diagrams of a fourth embodiment of a bodyshell unit according to the invention.
[0039] In Figure 1 comprehensively the Figures 1a and 1bA first embodiment of a body shell unit according to the invention is shown schematically. The body shell unit 1 according to Figure 1 consists of a mounting section 2 and a channel section 3. Mounting section 2 and channel section 3 are two longitudinal sections of the shell unit 1 arranged side by side, which extend along the longitudinal axis of the shell unit 1. In the present case and generally preferably, the shell unit consists of the channel section 3 and the mounting section 2, wherein generally preferably the channel section 3 consists of web sections 30 and connecting sections 31. The mounting section 2 has fastening devices 20, 21. These are, on the one hand, a flange 21, and, on the other hand, projections 20. The shell unit 100 can be attached to the mounting section 2 to a corresponding cistern which is in Figure 1not shown, and fastened thereto in such a way that the flange 21 rests against a counter-portion of the cistern and the projections 20 engage in corresponding grooves provided on the cistern, the wall of the shell unit 1 circumferentially enclosing the access opening of the cistern.
[0040] The channel section 3 of the bodyshell unit 1 has a plurality of web sections 30, each of which runs along the longitudinal axis with a web length and circumferentially around the longitudinal axis with a circumferential length. The web sections 30 are arranged offset from one another along the longitudinal axis, with two adjacent web sections 30 along the longitudinal axis being connected to one another via a connecting section 31 that circumferentially surrounds the longitudinal axis with a connecting length along the longitudinal axis. The web sections 30 each run over the same circumferential length around the longitudinal axis, and the connecting sections 31, which are each provided between two adjacent web sections 30, circumferentially surround the longitudinal axis with a length corresponding to the circumferential length. In the described exemplary embodiment, two adjacent web sections 30 are continuously connected to one another over their circumferential length by the connecting section 31 provided between them.On the one hand, this ensures a high level of stability for the shell unit 1. On the other hand, the channel section 3 is designed as a completely enclosed channel around the longitudinal axis, making it suitable for water conduction in the manner of a pipe. In the described embodiment, the entire wall of the shell unit 1 is designed as such a completely enclosed channel around the longitudinal axis along its longitudinal extent.
[0041] In the described embodiment, the web sections 30 have a wall thickness averaged over their circumferential length, which is more than five times the wall thickness in the connecting section 31, wherein all connecting sections 31 and all web sections 30 are identically designed. The outer side of the channel section 3 is smooth, and the transitions between the web sections 30 and the connecting sections 31 are formed by unevenness on the inner side, i.e. by unevenness that the wall has on its inner side. This particularly advantageously ensures a sealing contact of a sealing element, such as a sealing sleeve, on the outside of the bodyshell unit 1 within the longitudinal extension region of the channel section 3, in this case the entire wall of the bodyshell unit 1.
[0042] In the described embodiment, each of the web sections 30 has, within its course extending over the circumferential length, a predetermined breaking section 311 extending along the longitudinal axis, within which the wall thickness is less than one-fifth of the wall thickness of the respective web section 30 averaged over the circumferential length. Furthermore, a tear-off tab 310 is provided on each of the web sections 30, which is connected to a first section of the web section 30 via a connection point. The thickness of the tear-off tab 310 corresponds to the thickness of the first section of the web section 30 and also to the thickness of the connection point, so that the tear-off tab 310 is robustly connected to the web section 30, which is generally advantageous. The first section of the web section 30, which is connected to the tear-off tab 310 via the connection point, is connected to a second section of the web section 30 via the predetermined breaking section 311. The tear-off tab 310 extends from the connection point perpendicular to the longitudinal axis away from the connection point and forms a section with which it is arranged next to, in this case horizontally next to, a section of the web section 30. In the present exemplary embodiment, the tear-off tab 310 extends horizontally next to the second section of the web section 30. At this point, it should be noted that the term "horizontal" is synonymous with the meaning "in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis." The tear-off tab 310 extends from the connection point toward the longitudinal axis and is thus provided on the inside of the channel section 3.The tear-off tab 310 is designed such that, upon application of a force to its portion extending adjacent to a portion of the web portion 30, the web portion 30 can be broken open at its predetermined breaking portion 311. This is generally advantageous according to the invention. Upon exerting a further force on the tear-off tab 310, the web portion 30 can be detached from its adjacent web portion 311 along the longitudinal axis with a continuous, continuous movement. If the force is exerted on a tear-off tab 310 of a web section 30 that is surrounded by two web sections 30, this web section 30 can be separated from its two adjacent web sections 30 by appropriately exerting a force on the tear-off tab 310, wherein a tear-off line is then formed within the region of the connecting sections 31 provided at its two longitudinal ends, over which it is torn off from its two adjacent web sections 30. During . Figure 1a a perspective view of the body shell unit 1 shows Figure 1b For better explanation, a top view of the bodyshell unit 1 along the longitudinal axis.
[0043] In Figure 2 comprehensively the Figures 2a and 2b A further embodiment of the bodyshell unit 1 according to the invention is shown schematically. Analogous to Figure 1 shows Figure 2a a perspective view, whereas Figure 2bshows a plan view of the body shell unit 1 along the longitudinal axis. Parts of the body shell unit 1 according to Figure 2 , which are functional parts of the shell unit 1 according to Figure 1 are marked with the same reference numerals. The following describes the main differences between the bodyshell unit 1 according to Figure 1 and the shell unit 1 according to Figure 2 For the shell unit 1 according to Figure 2 The inside of the channel section 3 is smooth, whereas the transitions between the web sections 30 and the connecting sections 31 are formed by unevennesses provided on the outside of the channel section 3. Furthermore, the tear-off tab 310 and the web sections 30 at the level of the tear-off tab 310 and the predetermined breaking section 311 are designed differently than in the embodiment according to Figure 1 . In the embodiment according to Figure 2In each case, a tear-off tab 310 is connected to one of the web sections 30 via a connection point, wherein the tear-off tab 310 is connected to a first section of the web section 30 via this connection point. The tear-off tab runs away from the connection point with a curvature around the longitudinal axis that corresponds exactly to the curvature that the first section of the web section 30 has at the connection point. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the curvature has a value of 0. This ensures a smooth transition from the web section 30 to the tear-off tab 310. This ensures that no disruptive projection is formed by the tear-off tab 310 on the outside of the bodyshell unit 1. The tear-off tab 310 runs next to a second section 312 of the respective web section 30, which is connected to the first section of the web section 30 via the predetermined breaking section 311.The second section 312 of the web section 30 extends from the connection point perpendicular to the longitudinal axis toward the longitudinal axis. This allows the tear-off tab 310 to be easily grasped with a finger from the outside, i.e., from the outside of the body shell 1, and a force can be easily applied to the tear-off tab 310, causing the web section 30 to break open at its predetermined breaking section 311.
[0044] In Figure 3 comprehensively the Figures 3a and 3b A further embodiment of the bodyshell unit 1 according to the invention is shown schematically. Analogous to Figures 1 and 2 shows Figure 3a a perspective view, whereas Figure 3b shows a plan view of the body shell unit 1 along the longitudinal axis. Parts of the body shell unit 1 according to Figure 3 , which are functional parts of the shell unit 1 according to Figures 1 and 2are marked with the same reference numerals. The following describes the main differences between the bodyshell unit 1 according to Figures 1 and 2 and the shell unit 1 according to Figure 3 For the shell unit 1 according to Figure 3 The inside of the channel section 3 is smooth, whereas the transitions between the web sections 30 and the connecting sections 31 are formed by unevennesses provided on the outside of the channel section 3. Furthermore, the tear-off tab 310 and the web sections 30 at the level of the tear-off tab 310 and the predetermined breaking section 311 are designed differently than in the embodiment according to Figure 1 . In the embodiment according to Figure 3 is, as in the embodiment according to Figure 2, the tear-off tab 310 is connected to the first section of the web section 30 via a connection point, wherein the curvature of the tear-off tab 310, with which it extends from the connection point away from the connection point, is identical to the curvature of the web section 30 at the connection point. The tear-off tab 310 also extends, similar to the embodiment according to Figure 2 , horizontally next to the second section 312 of the web section 30, which is connected to the first section of the web section 30 via the predetermined breaking section 311. In the embodiment according to Figure 3The tear-off tab 310 is provided at a horizontal end of the body shell unit 1, which is generally advantageous according to the invention. This allows the body shell unit 1 to be particularly simple to implement, and at the same time, the tear-off tab 310 is particularly easy to access, so that a force can be applied to the tear-off tab 310 in a particularly simple manner without the need for tools, such that the web section 30 can be broken open in its predetermined breaking section 311 and separated from the adjacent web section 30(s).
[0045] In Figure 4 include the Figures 4a, 4b and 4c a further embodiment of the bodyshell unit 1 according to the invention is shown schematically. Figure 4a shows a perspective view of the entire shell unit 1, Figure 4b a perspective view of the edge area of the shell unit 1 and Figure 4ca plan view along a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the bodyshell unit 1. Parts of the bodyshell unit 1 according to Figure 4 , which are functionally assigned to the parts of the shell unit 1 according to the Figures 1 , 2 and 3 are marked with the same reference numerals. The following describes the main differences between the bodyshell unit 1 according to the Figures 1 , 2 and 3 and the shell unit 1 according to Figure 4 For the shell unit 1 according to Figure 4The web sections 30 of the channel section 3 each have a predetermined breaking section 311 with a wall thickness of 0, so that the predetermined breaking section 311 is formed by a recess provided in the respective web section 30. The connecting section 31 between two web sections 30 adjacent along the longitudinal axis connects the two adjacent web sections 30 continuously over their circumferential length outside the predetermined breaking sections 311 of the web sections 30. In the circumferential direction at the level of the predetermined breaking sections 311, the connecting section 31 does not connect the web sections 30.Each of the web sections 30 has a pair of tear-off tabs 310, both of which adjoin the one predetermined breaking section 311 of the web section 30 and which are both connected via a connection point to an adjacent section of the web section 30, wherein in the present case, this adjacent section continuously transitions across the connection point into the respective tear-off tab 310, which adjoins the predetermined breaking section 311. A ribbing is provided on the outer side of each of the tear-off tabs 310 so that the tear-off tab 310 is particularly easy to grip. In each of the web sections 30, the predetermined breaking section 311 is provided at a corner formed by the respective web section 30.The predetermined breaking sections 311 of two adjacent web sections 30 are arranged offset from one another along the circumferential direction, whereas the predetermined breaking sections 311 of two web sections 30 that are offset from one another along the longitudinal axis and that are each adjacent to a web section 30 arranged between them are arranged in alignment along the longitudinal axis and are thus only offset along the longitudinal axis, but not along their respective circumferential direction, which is generally advantageous according to the invention. Accordingly, the tear-off tabs 310 that are provided on web sections 30 that are offset from one another along the longitudinal axis and that are each adjacent to the web section 30 arranged between them are also arranged in alignment along the longitudinal axis and are thus only offset along the longitudinal axis, but not along their respective circumferential direction, which is generally advantageous according to the invention. From the overview of the . Figures 4a, 4b and 4c , especially when looking at the Figures 4b and 4c It can be seen that the tear-off tab 310 of a web section 30, which is arranged between two adjacent web sections 30, protrudes in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis beyond its two adjacent web sections 30, which is also generally advantageous according to the invention, wherein in the present case the tear-off tab 310 only protrudes with a very small portion beyond the adjacent web sections 30, between which the web section 30 is provided, which has the tear-off tab 310. As a result, the tear-off tab 310 is particularly easy to access and grasp in order to separate the web section 30 on which it is arranged from the adjacent web sections 30. In the embodiment according to Figure 4On the one hand, the offset arrangement of the predetermined breaking sections 311 and tear-off tabs 310 of two adjacent web sections 30 ensures sufficient stability of the body shell unit 1, whereas the design of the predetermined breaking section 311 in the form of a recess in the web section 30 enables a particularly simple detachment of a specific web section 30 and thus targeted cutting of the body shell unit 1. Figures 4a and 4b It is further apparent that the web section 30, which is furthest away from the mounting section 2 along the longitudinal axis, has fastening devices 320, which are designed as a groove in the present case. These fastening devices 320 correspond to the fastening devices 20, which are attached to the mounting section 2 analogously to the embodiment according to Figure 1explained and are designed as projections. This allows two bodyshell units 1 to be joined together and fixed to one another by inserting the web section 30 of a first bodyshell unit 1 furthest away from the mounting section 2 into the mounting section 2 of a second bodyshell unit 1 and locking it with its fastening devices 320 to the fastening devices 20 of the mounting section 2 of the second bodyshell unit 1.
