In this case, the clamping part comprises at least two parts that are designed such that they can be guided through the opening of the profile groove and subsequently positioned in such a way thatthat the parts each engage behind one of the edge lips, and in which the parts of the clamping part, when assembled, mutually engage behind each other, and each of the parts can be clamped against the fastening part with at least one fastening means. It is intended that the parts have an identical shape.
[0003] Furthermore, the document DE 20 2004 011 539 U1 discloses a hinge for fastening to a sash or frame profile, which has a profile groove with a C-shaped cross section and profile extensions, with a sash hinge part and with a frame hinge part, wherein at least one of the sash or frame hinge parts has a fastening part which, in the mounted state, rests against the sash or frame profile from the outside, and with a clamping device engaging in the profile groove. It is provided that the clamping device comprises an extension provided on the fastening part, which engages behind one of the profile extensions, that a clamping element is provided which engages behind the other profile extension and is mounted in such a way with respect to the fastening part that the latter is pulled against the sash or frame profile, and that means are provided with which, when the clamping element is displaced relative to the fastening part in the sense of clamping, at least the extension of the fastening part is displaced into the profile transversely to the longitudinal direction of the profile groove.

[0005] It is an object of the invention to propose a fastening device for fastening a fitting part to a frame of a building locking device, which has advantages over known fastening devices, in particular ensuring quick and simple assembly and permanently reliable fastening of the fitting part to the frame.
[0006] This is achieved according to the invention with a fastening device for fastening a fitting part to a frame of a building locking device having a groove, with the features of claim 1. It is provided that a base body of the first engagement element has two fastening projections spaced apart from a recess formed in the base body, against which a base plate of the fastening device rests and is fastened.
[0007] Advantageous embodiments with expedient further developments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.
[0008] The fastening device is preferably part of the building locking device and fastens the fitting part to the frame or to a stile of the frame. Of course, the fastening device can also be separate from the building locking device. The building locking device is designed, for example, as a window, door or the like. It preferably has a frame and a sash, wherein the sash is rotatably mounted relative to the frame about at least one axis of rotation, preferably several axes of rotation. For this purpose, the sash is rotatably mounted on the frame, namely by means of a pivot bearing. The sash preferably has or supports glazing, for example single glazing or multiple glazing.
[0009] The window frame is preferably intended and designed for stationary arrangement relative to a building, in particular for stationary arrangement in a recess of a building shell of the building. The sash frame, on the other hand, is displaceable or rotatably mounted in such a way that it can be arranged relative to the window frame both in a closed position and in at least one open position. In the closed position, the sash frame at least partially, preferably completely, closes a recess delimited by the window frame. In the open position, however, the sash frame exposes the recess at least in part. For example, in the closed position, a sash frame plane defined by the sash frame lies in a window frame plane defined by the window frame or parallel to this.
[0010] If the building locking device is intended and designed solely for turn-opening or tilt-opening, there is only a single axis of rotation about which the sash is rotatably mounted relative to the outer frame by means of the pivot bearing. If the building locking device is designed such that both turn-opening and tilt-opening are possible, the sash is preferably rotatably mounted relative to the outer frame about several different axes of rotation, namely about at least or exactly two axes of rotation, by means of the pivot bearing. The axes of rotation are preferably angled relative to one another or are skewed relative to one another. Particularly preferably, the several axes of rotation enclose an angle with one another that is approximately or exactly 90°. A building locking device designed for turn-opening and tilt-opening can be referred to as a turn-tilt building locking device. If the building locking device is in the form of a window, it can be referred to as a tilt and turn window.
[0011] Both the frame and the sash consist of several beams that are attached to one another. Preferably, there are four beams each, with two of the beams being arranged parallel to each other, forming a rectangle. However, other beam arrangements are also possible. The beams of the frame are also called frame beams, and the beams of the sash are also called sash beams.
[0012] The building locking device has a fitting, with the pivot bearing in particular forming a component of this fitting. The fitting has at least the fitting part, which is fastened to the frame, in particular the outer frame, by means of the fastening device. Of course, the fitting part can also be fastened to the sash frame using the fastening device. The only important thing here is that the frame has the groove into which the fastening device engages in order to secure the fitting part to the frame. The fitting part is preferably a component of the pivot bearing or a pivot bearing of the pivot bearing.
[0013] The pivot bearing can be designed as a corner pivot bearing or as a stay pivot bearing. In the former case, it directly serves to rotatably support the sash frame and the outer frame. For this purpose, it is preferably hinged or rigidly attached to the outer frame on the one hand and directly to the sash frame on the other. In the case of a stay pivot bearing, the pivot bearing serves to rotatably support a stay arm, in particular to the outer frame. The stay arm is pivoted to the outer frame on the one hand via the pivot bearing. On the other hand, it is rotatably connected to the sash frame, namely via a further pivot bearing that is separate from the pivot bearing.
[0014] The frame to which the fitting part is fastened or at least is to be fastened has the groove. The groove is designed as a T-slot in one of the frame spars. Accordingly, the groove has a cavity which merges into a mouth opening of the groove delimited by spaced-apart groove edges and via which it opens, in particular, into an external environment. The groove extends in the direction of a longitudinal central axis of the spar of the frame in which it is formed. Preferably, the groove extends in this direction over a large part of the longitudinal extent of the spar in this direction, in particular over at least 80%, at least 90% or over the entire longitudinal extent of the spar. In this case, the groove has a consistently uniform cross-section in the longitudinal direction.
[0015] The mouth opening of the groove lies entirely in a mouth opening plane which runs parallel to the longitudinal central axis of the spar and incorporates the groove edges. A vertical axis of the spar is perpendicular to the mouth opening plane and the longitudinal central axis. A transverse axis of the groove is also perpendicular to the longitudinal central axis and perpendicular to the vertical axis, so that the longitudinal central axis, the vertical axis and the transverse axis span a Cartesian coordinate system. In the direction of the transverse axis, the cavity of the groove has certain dimensions which can also be referred to as the groove width. The mouth opening of the groove, on the other hand, has dimensions in the direction of the transverse axis which are referred to as the mouth width of the groove. The mouth opening width corresponds to the distance between the groove edges which border the mouth opening on both sides in the direction of the transverse axis. The mouth opening width is smaller than the groove width, so that the groove is tapered in the area of the mouth opening, forming the groove edges.
[0016] This frame design essentially enables a positive fastening of the fitting to the frame by means of the fastening device engaging in the groove. For this purpose, the fastening device has two engagement elements, namely the first engagement element and the second engagement element. These are designed such that they can be inserted into the groove separately from one another, i.e., spaced apart from one another and / or staggered in time. If, however, the engagement elements are arranged side by side, neither insertion into nor removal from the groove is possible.
[0017] When assembling the fastening device, the engagement elements are inserted separately into the groove and then arranged next to one another. As a result, the engagement elements engage behind the groove edges defining the groove and hold the fastening device in the groove. For this purpose, the engagement elements have engagement webs which, when the engagement elements are arranged correctly next to one another in the groove, protrude in opposite directions, namely in particular in the direction of the transverse axis, so that each of the engagement webs engages behind one of the groove edges and thus holds the engagement elements or the fastening device in the groove in a form-fitting manner. The engagement webs run in the direction of a longitudinal central axis of the fastening device, which is preferably arranged parallel to the longitudinal central axis of the groove or the spar.More precisely, the rear gripping webs preferably lie in an imaginary plane which runs parallel to the longitudinal center axis of the fastening device or parallel to the longitudinal center plane of the fastening device which continuously incorporates the longitudinal center axis of the fastening device.
[0018] In order to achieve particularly rapid installation of the fastening device in the groove and particularly reliable and permanent fastening of the fitting part to the frame by means of the fastening device, the engagement elements should each have an inclined surface, namely the first engagement element the first inclined surface and the second engagement element the second inclined surface. The inclined surfaces are preferably continuously flat surfaces. The inclined surfaces are designed and arranged such that when the engagement elements are arranged next to one another they come into contact with one another and thus bear against one another. In addition, they are aligned such that when the engagement elements are subsequently moved towards one another in the direction of the longitudinal central axis of the fastening device or in the longitudinal direction of the groove they are pushed apart transversely to the longitudinal central axis and thus under the groove edges.
[0019] This not only creates a clamping effect between the fastening device and the frame, but also forces the engaging elements against each other transversely, particularly along their inclined surfaces. Due to the static friction between the engaging elements, a holding force is created that locks the engaging elements together along the longitudinal center axis of the fastening device. Accordingly, the engaging elements are also securely held together, reliably preventing the fastening device and thus the fitting from becoming detached from the frame.
[0020] The inclined surfaces are angled relative to the normal plane. The normal plane is perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane and preferably runs parallel to the longitudinal center axis of the fastening device. This means in particular that a respective imaginary plane lying entirely within the corresponding inclined surface encloses an angle with the normal plane which is greater than 0° and less than 180°. Particularly preferably, the angle is greater than 0° and less than 90°, in particular less than 45°. Further preferably, the angle is at least 5° and at most 40°, at least 10° and at least 35°, or at least 15° and at most 30°. Overall, it is therefore not necessary for the normal plane to actually intersect the respective inclined surface. However, it is of course possible to define a separate normal plane for each of the inclined surfaces, which is both perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane and parallel to the longitudinal center axis and intersects the respective inclined surface.
[0021] The described design of the fastening device has the advantage that not only is the fastening device reliably and permanently held to the frame, in particular in the groove of the frame, but that the engagement elements of the fastening device are also secured to one another due to the static friction between them. Accordingly, there is no risk of the fastening device accidentally becoming detached from the frame; rather, the engagement elements are reliably and permanently held in the groove. In principle, the frame can be made of any material. However, aluminum or an aluminum alloy is particularly preferred as the material for the frame. Such a frame places particularly high demands on the quality of a connection between the frame and the fitting part, since the material thickness of the frame is usually only thin.
[0022] A further development of the invention provides that the first rear engagement element is fastened directly and the second rear engagement element is fastened only indirectly, in particular via the first rear engagement element and / or the frame, to the base plate, which has larger dimensions in the transverse direction for engaging over the groove and for resting on the groove edges than the rear engagement elements which bear against one another via the inclined surfaces. In addition to the first rear engagement element and the second rear engagement element, the base plate forms a component of the fastening device. It is fastened to the first rear engagement element, for example it is screwed or riveted to it. This means that the base plate is fastened to the first rear engagement element by means of at least one screw or at least one rivet, preferably by means of several screws, in particular two screws, or several rivets, in particular two rivets.
[0023] The fastening device is designed such that the base plate is arranged outside the groove after the engagement elements have been inserted into the groove. More precisely, the base plate, with its underside facing the engagement element, should rest on the groove edges and be supported on these in the direction of the groove. The base plate accordingly has dimensions in the transverse direction or transversely to the longitudinal center axis of the fastening device, which are at least larger than the dimensions of the mouth openings of the groove in the same direction. Particularly preferably, the base plate has at least the same or even larger dimensions in the transverse direction than the groove. Particularly preferably, the base plate is designed such that it completely engages over both groove edges in the transverse direction.
[0024] The use of the base plate outside the groove enables particularly reliable fastening of the fitting to the frame, as on the one hand the retention of the engagement elements is improved and on the other hand tilting of the fastening device as a whole is reliably prevented. Preferably, the first engagement element is arranged on the frame together with the base plate. When the first engagement element is inserted into the groove, it is already fastened to the base plate, so that the first engagement element and the base plate are mounted together on the frame. This enables particularly quick and easy assembly, as the arrangement of the two engagement elements next to one another in the groove is significantly simplified.
[0025] A further development of the invention provides that the first rear engagement element has a first form-locking device and the second rear engagement element has a second form-locking device which interacts positively with the first form-locking device and holds the rear engagement elements together in a vertical direction perpendicular to the longitudinal central axis. In this respect, the two rear engagement elements interact not only via the inclined surfaces, but also via the two form-locking devices, namely the first form-locking device and the second form-locking device. The two form-locking devices interact positively in order to fasten the rear engagement elements to one another in the vertical direction in at least one direction, preferably in opposite directions. In particular, the form-locking devices also align the rear engagement elements to one another in the vertical direction. This ensures that the inclined surfaces of the rear engagement elements remain permanently in contact with each other and cannot become disengaged vertically. This design of the fastening device further increases reliability.
[0026] A further development of the invention provides that each of the form-locking devices has a form-locking web extending from the base body of the respective engaging element, wherein the form-locking webs of the form-locking devices abut one another at least temporarily in an imaginary plane, in particular arranged parallel to the longitudinal center plane or angled relative to it. Each of the engaging elements thus has a base body and a form-locking web. The form-locking web of each of the form-locking devices extends from the corresponding base body.
[0027] After the fastening device is mounted on the frame, the form-locking webs abut each other vertically, thus supporting each other in this direction. This ensures that the rear engagement elements are held vertically. The form-locking webs abut each other in the imaginary plane, thus creating surface contact between the form-locking webs and ensuring that the form-locking devices, and thus the rear engagement elements, are supported particularly reliably against each other.
[0028] The imaginary plane is, for example, arranged parallel to the longitudinal center plane. This enables particularly smooth installation of the fastening device. Preferably, however, the imaginary plane is angled relative to the longitudinal center plane, i.e., it forms an angle with it that is greater than 0° and less than 180°. For example, the angle between the imaginary plane and the longitudinal center plane is at least 5° and at most 30°, at least 10° or at most 20°, or approximately or exactly 15°.
[0029] The imaginary plane is angled relative to the longitudinal center plane in such a way that a transverse displacement of the rear engagement elements toward each other forces the rear engagement elements apart vertically, and conversely, a vertical displacement of the rear engagement elements toward each other forces the rear engagement elements apart transversely. This creates an additional clamping or wedging of the rear engagement elements against each other, so that they are held together particularly reliably by static friction.
[0030] A further development of the invention provides that the form-locking web of the first form-locking device, together with the base plate, delimits a form-locking recess into which the form-locking web of the second form-locking device engages in a form-locking manner in order to hold the engagement elements together in the vertical direction. It is therefore not merely provided that the form-locking webs abut one another in order to hold the engagement elements together in the vertical direction. Rather, the form-locking recess is located in the vertical direction between the base plate and the form-locking web of the first form-locking device. The form-locking web of the second form-locking device engages in this recess, at least after the fastening device has been mounted on the frame, so that the form-locking devices are fixed relative to one another in opposite directions in the vertical direction.
[0031] Particularly preferably, in such a configuration, the imaginary plane in which the form-locking webs abut one another is angled relative to the longitudinal center plane in the manner already described. Upon displacement of the engagement elements toward one another in the transverse direction, the engagement web of the second form-locking device is forced against the base plate by the engagement web of the first form-locking device, so that additional friction is created between the engagement web of the second form-locking device and the base plate, which secures the engagement elements against one another. This effectively prevents the engagement elements from accidentally moving out of the groove.
[0032] A further development of the invention provides that the inclined surfaces are formed on the form-fitting webs and / or the base bodies of the rear engagement elements. In principle, the inclined surfaces can be designed as desired on the rear engagement elements, as long as they fulfill the function already described, namely that they push the two rear engagement elements apart in the transverse direction if they are displaced towards one another in the longitudinal direction. Particularly preferably, the inclined surfaces are present at least on the form-fitting webs, namely on their end faces facing away from the respective base body. In addition, however, the inclined surfaces can also be formed on the base bodies or both on the form-fitting webs and on the base bodies. This achieves redundancy between the inclined surfaces.
[0033] A further development of the invention provides that at least one of the inclined surfaces is composed of a plurality of inclined surface regions that are spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction and, viewed in a sectional plane parallel to the longitudinal center plane, run parallel to one another or are aligned with one another. The inclined surfaces are therefore not necessarily continuous inclined surfaces, but can each consist of the plurality of inclined surface regions. Each of the inclined surface regions is particularly preferably continuously flat, i.e., is present as a flat surface. The division of the inclined surface into the plurality of inclined surface regions occurs in particular by an interruption of the inclined surfaces, for example by an edge, a curve, a chamfer, or the like.
[0034] The inclined surface regions are spaced apart from one another in the direction of the longitudinal center axis of the fastening device, namely, for example, by at least 40%, at least 50% or at least 60% of the entire extension of the respective engagement element in this direction. In any case, the inclined surface regions lie in the same plane, wherein this plane is arranged parallel to the longitudinal center plane. In the sectional plane, which is also parallel to the longitudinal center plane, the inclined surface regions are arranged at a distance from one another, parallel to one another, or are aligned with one another. This is to be understood in particular that each of the inclined surface regions lies entirely in an imaginary plane and that these imaginary planes are arranged parallel to one another or coincide. If one of the engagement elements has the plurality of inclined surface regions, the respective other engagement element preferably rests with its inclined surface against at least some of the inclined surface regions, particularly preferably against all of the inclined surface regions. This achieves an excellent supporting effect in the transverse direction.
[0035] A further development of the invention provides that the engagement webs of the engagement elements each have a ramp and / or curve running over their entire longitudinal extent and via this ramp into the base body, so that the engagement webs meet the groove edges during assembly of the fastening device and push the fastening device into the groove. The sides of the engagement webs facing the groove edges are therefore not completely flat, but are designed with the ramp or curve. Preferably, the sides of the engagement webs facing the groove edges are completely flat on their side facing away from the base body, i.e. they have a flat surface there. This flat surface merges into the base body via the ramp or curve, wherein the ramp or curve meets the respective groove edge in the direction of the base body.
[0036] This ensures that when the engagement elements are pushed apart during assembly of the fastening device, the engagement webs counteract the groove edges in a vertical direction and accordingly push the engagement elements into the groove. This creates an additional frictional effect between the engagement webs and the groove edges, which holds the engagement elements stationary in the groove. Furthermore, the base plate is also pressed against the groove edges. Accordingly, a higher frictional force is exerted here to hold the engagement elements stationary. This applies in particular if the engagement elements are positively connected to one another via the form-locking devices.
[0037] A further development of the invention provides that each of the engagement elements has an end face and a flat first partial surface of the end face forms the respective inclined surface which is angled at a specific angle relative to the normal plane, wherein at least one flat second partial surface of at least one of the end faces runs parallel to the longitudinal central axis and / or a flat third partial surface of at least one of the end faces is angled at an angle different from the specific angle relative to the normal plane and / or a flat fourth partial surface of at least one of the end faces is oriented perpendicular to the longitudinal central axis.
[0038] The end face is understood to mean, in particular, a surface of the respective rear engagement element that is located on the side of the rear engagement element facing away from the rear engagement web in the transverse direction. The end face of each of the rear engagement elements is arranged, in particular, on the side of the rear engagement element facing the other of the rear engagement elements. The end face can have or include one or more of the following surfaces: the flat first partial surface, the flat second partial surface, the flat third partial surface, and the flat fourth partial surface.
[0039] The partial surfaces differ essentially in their orientation relative to the longitudinal center axis and / or the normal plane. The first partial surface lies entirely in a first plane, the second partial surface lies entirely in a second plane, the third partial surface lies entirely in a third plane, and the fourth partial surface lies entirely in a fourth plane. The first partial surface forms the inclined surface of the corresponding engagement element. For this purpose, it, or rather the first plane, is angled relative to the normal plane, namely by a specific angle. This angle lies within the range already specified above for the inclined surface.
[0040] The second partial surface or the second plane, on the other hand, runs parallel to the longitudinal central axis and therefore has a gradient of zero with respect to it. The third partial surface or the third plane is in turn angled with respect to the normal plane, but by an angle that is different from the specific angle of the first partial surface or the first plane. Accordingly, the first partial surface and the third partial surface, or the first plane and the third plane, are angled with respect to one another and enclose an angle that is greater than 0° and less than 180°. The fourth partial surface or the fourth plane that defines it, on the other hand, is perpendicular to the longitudinal central axis.
[0041] The partial surfaces of each end face can be directly adjacent to one another, but can also be spaced apart longitudinally. For example, in this case, the end faces merge into one another via a curve or curves. The implementation of the different partial surfaces allows for a particularly flexible design of the engagement elements.
[0042] A further development of the invention provides that at least one retaining web is fastened to the base plate, which is arranged flush with the engagement web of the first engagement element. While the base plate is arranged completely outside the groove and rests on the groove edges, the retaining web is arranged in the groove and engages below the groove edge. This means that, viewed in the longitudinal direction, it is located next to the engagement web of the first engagement element and, together with it, engages behind the corresponding groove edge. For this purpose, an upper side of the retaining web assigned to the groove edge is preferably designed to be flush or aligned with an upper side of the engagement web of the first engagement element facing the groove edge. The retaining web, together with the base plate, delimits a groove edge receptacle into which the groove edge is inserted during assembly.
[0043] Particularly preferably, the retaining web is connected to the base plate via a connecting element arranged in an opening in the base body of the first engagement element. The connecting element extends from the base plate and through the opening of the base body into the groove. There, it engages the retaining web, which ultimately engages under the groove edge. The base plate, the connecting element, and the retaining web are particularly preferably designed as a single piece and made of the same material. For example, the base plate, the connecting element, and the retaining web are provided as a formed sheet metal part or as a stamped sheet metal part. This enables simple and cost-effective production.
[0044] The invention provides that the base body of the first engagement element has two fastening projections spaced apart from the recess formed in the base body, against which the base plate rests and is fastened. The fastening projections serve to connect the first engagement element to the base plate. Each of the fastening projections has a flat contact surface on its side facing the base plate, which rests flatly against the base body, so that the first engagement element is arranged on the base plate in a tilt-proof manner.
[0045] The recess is formed in the base body in the longitudinal direction between the fastening projections, so that the recess spaced the fastening projections from each other in the longitudinal direction. The recess extends at least partially through the base body in the vertical direction, in particular at least completely through some areas. The fastening projections ensure a high degree of strength of the first engagement element and its secure and reliable attachment to the base plate.
[0046] A further development of the invention provides that fastening recesses are formed in the fastening projections, in which fastening recesses fastening elements are arranged that hold the base plate to the first rear engagement element. The fastening recesses extend completely through the fastening projections. They are preferably designed as bores. The fastening recesses are penetrated at least partially by the fastening elements, which engage on the one hand on the base plate and on the other hand on the first rear engagement element in order to fasten the base plate and the first rear engagement element to one another. The fastening elements are preferably designed as rivets or screws. It is particularly preferred that a first of the fastening recesses be designed as a round hole and a second of the fastening recesses be designed as an elongated hole. The elongated hole has its greater extension in the longitudinal direction, so that tolerance compensation is realized in this direction and accordingly the first rear grip element can be attached to the base plate extremely quickly and easily.
[0047] A further development of the invention provides that the recess is formed by a taper of the base body in the vertical direction and / or, viewed in longitudinal section, a recess with an open edge. The recess, by which the fastening projections are spaced from one another and which is present in the base body, can be designed in different ways. For example, the recess comprises the taper. This is to be understood as a design of the base body such that it has a lower material thickness between the fastening projections than in the region of the fastening projections. The taper is to be understood in this respect that the base body is thinner between the fastening projections than the fastening projections, but that the material thickness of the base body is always greater than zero, even between the fastening projections. Accordingly, a continuous connection of the fastening projections is realized in the region of the taper.
[0048] Additionally or alternatively, the recess is in the form of an open-edged cutout. The open-edged cutout extends completely through the base body in the vertical direction, thus completely separating the fastening projections from one another in certain regions. The cutout has a U-shape, for example. Particularly preferably, the cutout is formed in some regions by the taper and in some regions by the open-edged cutout. In this case, in particular, the cutout borders on the taper, with the cutout being open-edged on its side facing away from the taper. Such a configuration enables, on the one hand, a weight- and material-saving realization of the first engagement element. On the other hand, a particularly flexible use of the fastening device is enabled, in particular on frames which have an attachment in the region of the groove. In this case, the cutout is designed to accommodate the attachment. For example, a connecting element is used as an attachment part, by means of which the bar, in whose groove the fastening device is arranged, is connected to another bar.
[0049] A further development of the invention provides that the fastening projections are connected to one another via a stiffening web projecting beyond the base body. The stiffening web is thus located between the fastening projections. For example, the stiffening web is formed in the region of the tapered portion of the base body in order to achieve sufficient rigidity of the first engagement element. The stiffening web runs continuously and uninterruptedly. Particularly preferably, it is directly adjacent to the engagement web of the first engagement element.
[0050] A further development of the invention provides that the engagement web of the first engagement device extends continuously from the base body in the longitudinal direction. The engagement web thus runs continuously in the longitudinal direction to ensure reliable engagement of the groove edge while simultaneously facilitating simple assembly.
[0051] A further development of the invention provides that the open-edged recess overlaps a closed-edged through-opening in the base plate, wherein the tapering of the base body between the base body and the base plate forms a receiving pocket for receiving a fitting glide. The through-opening is formed in the base plate that overlaps the first engagement element. This is closed-edged, i.e., delimited by a continuous or uninterrupted edge. For example, an edge delimiting the open-edged recess and the edge delimiting the closed-edged through-opening lie in some areas in an imaginary plane, i.e., are aligned with one another. This is preferably the case on at least one side of the recess or on several sides of the recess or through-opening. As already mentioned above, the open-edged recess is preferably U-shaped.In this respect, it is delimited by three edge limbs. In particular, two of these edge limbs are arranged parallel to each other and are connected by another edge limb. Preferably, at least one of these edge limbs, several of these edge limbs, or each of these edge limbs is aligned with a region of the edge of the edge-closed passage opening of the base plate.
[0052] In addition to the open-edged recess, the first engagement element has the tapered portion of the base body. The tapered portion of the base body is arranged vertically between the recess and the through-opening, so that the receiving pocket is formed due to the tapered portion between the base body and the base plate. The receiving pocket opens, in particular, into the open-edged recess of the first engagement element, thus directly bordering it. The receiving pocket serves to at least partially accommodate the fitting slider, which, like the fitting part, is a component of the fitting of the building locking device. In particular, the fitting slider is arranged displaceably in the receiving pocket.
[0053] Particularly preferably, the fitting glider comprises a fitting glider shaft and a fitting glider head extending from the fitting glider shaft. The fitting glider head has larger dimensions in the radial direction relative to a longitudinal center axis of the fitting glider shaft than the latter. Preferably, the fitting glider shaft is received in the closed-edge through-opening of the base plate, whereas the fitting glider head engages in the receiving pocket, in particular with an edge projecting radially beyond the fitting glider shaft. As a result, the fitting glider is reliably fixed in the axial direction relative to the longitudinal center axis of the fitting glider shaft. At the same time, a sliding guide for the fitting glider is realized.
[0054] A further development of the invention provides that the second rear grip element has a fastening projection on the side facing away from its rear grip web, in which a screw hole is formed for receiving a clamping screw, by means of which the second rear grip element can be screwed to the frame. The clamping screw serves to fasten or secure the second rear grip element with respect to the frame, in particular with respect to the frame member. For this purpose, the clamping screw passes through the screw hole and also engages the frame or member. After the fastening device has been mounted in the groove, the second rear grip element is screwed to the frame.
[0055] The screw hole in which the clamping screw is arranged or can be arranged is located in the fastening projection. The fastening projection is located on the side of the second rear engagement element facing away from the rear engagement web; in particular, the rear engagement web and the fastening projection are each arranged, at least in regions, on opposite sides of the normal plane. In any case, the fastening projection and the rear engagement web extend in opposite directions with respect to the normal plane. For example, after the fastening device has been installed in the groove, the fastening projection rests against the groove edge, in particular with its end face facing away from the rear engagement web. However, it is preferably arranged at a distance from it, for example at a parallel distance. The described design ensures a reliable fixing of the second engagement element in the groove and accordingly a high strength of the fastening device.
[0056] A further development of the invention provides that a longitudinal central axis of the screw hole is angled with respect to the normal plane in the direction of the longitudinal central axis of the fastening device. The screw hole is in particular inclined such that screwing the clamping screw into the frame displaces the second rear engagement element in the longitudinal direction towards the first rear engagement element, such that the second rear engagement element is clamped relative to the first rear engagement element. When assembling the fastening device, the second rear engagement element is therefore first displaced as far as possible towards the first rear engagement element, for example by hand or using a suitable tool, e.g. a hammer, until a tight fit of the fastening device in the groove is achieved. The second rear engagement element is then fastened to the frame by means of the clamping screw. As a result, the second engagement element is shifted even further towards the first engagement element, so that a preload is built up which ultimately holds the fastening device permanently and reliably in the groove.
[0057] A further development of the invention provides that a connecting screw for securing the two engagement elements relative to one another is arranged on the first engagement element and / or the second engagement element. After the two engagement elements have been inserted into the groove, they are fastened to one another using the connecting screw and thus secured relative to one another. The connecting screw is arranged and aligned in such a way that it prevents any displacement of the engagement elements relative to one another in the longitudinal direction, so that the engagement webs cannot become detached from the groove edges. The connecting screw can also be angled in accordance with the explanations for the clamping screw or the screw hole, namely in particular with respect to the normal plane in the direction of the longitudinal central axis.In this case, the connecting screw is aligned in such a way that screwing the connecting screw into the engagement elements displaces or at least preloads them in the axial direction in such a way that the engagement webs are reliably held under the groove edges.
[0058] As an alternative to using the connecting screw to secure the two engagement elements against each other, it can be provided that both the first engagement element and the second engagement element are each fastened to the frame by means of a separate clamping screw. Furthermore, in a particularly preferred and easily implemented embodiment, it can be provided that the first engagement element is supported on the frame in the longitudinal direction in the direction away from the second engagement element, particularly preferably on a further member which is perpendicular to the member in which the groove with the first engagement element present therein is formed. This also ensures reliable securing of the first engagement element with respect to the frame and thus in the groove.
[0059] A further development of the invention provides that a tapered support projection extends from the fastening projection, which, after correct installation of the fastening device, is designed to rest on one of the groove edges and overlaps the base plate. The support projection represents, for example, an extension of the fastening projection, but is tapered and therefore has a lower material thickness. The fastening projection is preferably arranged at least partially in the groove, in particular in the mouth of the groove. The support projection, on the other hand, is arranged completely outside the groove. After installation of the fastening device, it completely engages over one of the groove edges and preferably lies flat against it. In particular, the support projection has a lateral extension which corresponds to at least 50%, at least 75% or at least 90% of a width of the groove edge in this direction. For example, the support projection extends as far beyond the groove edge as the base plate, so that a free end of the support projection is aligned with or protrudes beyond an end face of the base plate. Preferably, after assembly, the support projection overlaps the groove edge over an extent that is at least 50%, at least 60%, or at least 70% of the extent over which the base plate overlaps the groove edge. The support projection supports the second engagement element in the lateral direction, reliably preventing tilting of the second engagement element, particularly during and / or after assembly.
[0060] A further development of the invention provides that a flat underside of the support projection is aligned with a flat underside of the base plate. After the fastening device is installed in the groove, the support projection, like the base plate, rests on the groove edge, namely the support projection with its flat underside and the base plate with its flat underside. Accordingly, the undersides are aligned with each other to ensure continuous, flat support. This reliably prevents the fastening device from tilting in the groove.
[0061] A further development of the invention provides that a recess is formed in the support projection which overlaps the screw hole. The screw hole is formed in the fastening projection from which the support projection originates. The support projection overlaps the screw hole. The recess is now formed in the support projection and is located above the screw hole, namely above an opening of the screw hole, which is arranged on the side of the second rear engagement element facing away from the rear engagement web of the second rear engagement element. The recess is, for example, partially circular and cylindrical. Its depth particularly preferably decreases in the direction away from the fastening projection. The recess serves to accommodate a region of the frame which is plastically deformed by screwing in the clamping screw. In other words, during installation of the fastening device in the groove, the clamping screw is passed through the screw hole and screwed into the frame. This causes the frame to plastically deform in certain areas, so that a part of the frame, namely a plastically deformed part of the frame, penetrates the recess. This creates a positive fit, which additionally secures the second engagement element relative to the frame, particularly in the longitudinal direction.
[0062] A further development of the invention provides that the first rear engagement element and / or the base plate on the one hand and the second rear engagement element on the other hand are provided with identical markings which are present as visible identifiers when the fastening device is installed as intended. The markings serve to reliably assign the rear engagement elements and the base plate. For example, the markings are selected such that they indicate different installation locations of the fastening device on the frame. First markings indicate a first installation location and second markings indicate a second installation location. The markings are applied in such a way that after the fastening device has been installed in the groove they are present as visible identifiers, i.e. are visible from the outside of the frame. In particular, the markings are not hidden by the frame, but are freely visible. This ensures easy control of the installation, as even after installation it is easy to determine whether the fastening device is positioned in the correct location.
[0063] A further development of the invention provides that the fastening projection has a recess which, after proper installation of the fastening device, is present without a border between the fastening projection and the base plate. The recess is designed such that, after installation of the fastening device, a disassembly tool can be easily inserted between the fastening projection and the base plate, particularly if the fastening projection and the base plate are in direct contact with one another. Using this disassembly tool, the fastening projection and the base plate, and thus the first engagement element and the second engagement element, can be displaced away from one another in the longitudinal direction. This enables simple and rapid disassembly of the fastening device.Of course, the recess also makes disassembly easier if the mounting projection and the base plate are spaced apart from each other.
[0064] The invention further relates to a building locking device with a frame and a fitting part fastened to the frame by means of a fastening device, in particular by means of a fastening device according to the embodiments in the context of this description, wherein the fastening device has a first rear engagement element and a second rear engagement element which are inserted separately from one another into the groove and, when arranged against one another, are held in the groove in a form-fitting manner by engaging behind opposite groove edges which delimit the groove, for which purpose the rear engagement elements have rear engagement webs which run parallel to one another and to a longitudinal central axis of the fastening device and which run continuously parallel to an imaginary longitudinal central plane which receives the longitudinal central axis.
[0065] It is provided that the first rear grip element has a first inclined surface and the second rear grip element has a second inclined surface for at least partial contact with the first inclined surface, wherein the two inclined surfaces are angled with respect to an imaginary normal plane perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane and the two rear grip elements are designed such that when the rear grip elements are displaced towards one another along the longitudinal center axis, the rear grip elements are forced apart transversely to the longitudinal center axis.
[0066] The advantages of such a design of the fastening device or the building locking device have already been pointed out. Both the building locking device and the fastening device can be further developed according to the details in this description, so reference is made to these details in this regard.
[0067] The invention also relates to a method for fastening a fitting part to a frame of a building locking device by means of a fastening device, in particular by means of a fastening device according to the embodiments in the context of this description, wherein the fastening device has a first rear engagement element and a second rear engagement element which are inserted separately from one another into the groove and, when arranged against one another, are held in the groove in a form-fitting manner by engagement by opposite groove edges which delimit the groove, for which purpose the rear engagement elements have rear engagement webs which run parallel to one another and to a longitudinal central axis of the fastening device and which run continuously parallel to an imaginary longitudinal central plane which receives the longitudinal central axis.
[0068] It is provided that the first rear engagement element has a first inclined surface and the second rear engagement element has a second inclined surface for at least partial contact with the first inclined surface and the two inclined surfaces are angled with respect to an imaginary normal plane perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane, wherein the two rear engagement elements are displaced towards one another along the longitudinal center axis during fastening and are designed such that they are forced apart transversely to the longitudinal center axis during the displacement.
[0069] With regard to the advantages and possible advantageous embodiments, reference is again made to the explanations in this description.
[0070] The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawings, without limiting the invention. In the drawings: Figure 1 shows a schematic representation of a region of a building locking device with a frame and a fitting part fastened to the frame by means of a fastening device, Figure 2 shows a cross-sectional representation through a region of the frame and the fastening device, Figure 3 shows a schematic plan view of the frame and the fastening device, Figure 4 shows a schematic representation of the fitting part and the fastening device, Figure 5 shows a schematic representation of a first rear engagement element of the fastening device with a base plate fastened to it, Figure 6 shows a schematic representation of the first rear engagement element, Figure 7 shows a schematic representation of a second rear engagement element of the fastening device, and Figure 8 shows a further schematic representation of the second rear engagement element in a different view.
[0071] The Figure 1shows a schematic representation of a portion of a building locking device 1, which in the illustrated embodiment is designed as a window. The building locking device 1 has a frame 2, which here is a blind frame. A sash (not shown here) is rotatably mounted on the frame 2 by means of a pivot bearing 3. The pivot bearing 3 is in the form of a fitting part 4, which is fastened to the frame 2 by means of a fastening device 5. The fastening device 5 engages in some areas in a groove 6 formed on the frame 2, more precisely on a stile 7 of the frame 2.
[0072] The fitting part 4 is fastened in a corner area in which the beam 7 is fastened to another beam 8, for example via a miter. In this case, it is preferably supported in one direction on the beam 8 and is fixed accordingly in this direction. The beams 7 and 8, or a longitudinal center axis of the beam 7 and a longitudinal center axis of the beam 8, are preferably perpendicular or approximately perpendicular to one another. However, angles other than 90° can also exist between the beams 7 and 8 or their longitudinal center axes. The frame 2, or the beams 7 and 8, are preferably made of aluminum, at least in part. Alternatively, they can be made of plastic.
[0073] The fastening device 5 comprises, as essential elements, a first engagement element 9 and a second engagement element 10. These can be inserted separately into the groove 6, as shown here. However, if the engagement elements 9 and 10 are displaced toward one another in the direction of a longitudinal center axis 11 of the groove and brought into at least partial overlap, they are held in the groove 6 in a form-fitting manner, namely by engaging under groove edges 12 and 13, which delimit the groove 6 and, in particular, accommodate an opening 14 through which the engagement elements 9 and 10 are inserted into the groove 6.
[0074] The Figure 2shows a schematic cross-sectional view through a portion of the frame 2 and the fastening device 5. It can be seen that the groove 6 is designed as a T-slot. It has a cavity 15, to which the mouth opening 14 is connected. The mouth opening 14 is - as already explained - delimited by the groove edges 12 and 13, namely in a transverse direction perpendicular to the longitudinal center axis 11 and preferably parallel to a base 16 of the groove 6. Such a groove 6 is sometimes also referred to as a C-slot.
[0075] It can be seen that the engagement elements 9 and 10 each have an engagement web 17 and 18, respectively, which engage behind the groove edges 12 and 13 in a form-fitting manner and thus hold the fastening device 5 in the groove 6. The engagement webs 17 and 18 run parallel to a longitudinal center plane 19 of the fastening device 5, which includes a longitudinal center axis 20 of the fastening device 5. The longitudinal center plane 19 preferably runs parallel or at least almost parallel to the groove base 16 after the fastening device 5 is arranged in the groove 6. The longitudinal center plane 19 is thus spanned in the longitudinal direction and in the transverse direction of the fastening device 5.
[0076] In addition to the rear engagement elements 9 and 10, the fastening device 5 has a base plate 21, which is firmly connected to the first rear engagement element 9, in particular by means of a fastening element not shown here, for example a rivet or a screw, for receiving which the first rear engagement element 9 has at least one fastening recess 22. The second rear engagement element 10, on the other hand, is preferably only indirectly connected to the base plate 21, in particular via the first rear engagement element 9 and / or the frame 2. The base plate 21 has dimensions in the transverse direction such that it completely overlaps the mouth opening 14 and rests on the groove edges 12 and 13 on both sides of the mouth opening 14. In the exemplary embodiment shown here, it completely overlaps the groove 6 in the transverse direction, thus has larger dimensions in this direction than the groove 6, in particular than the cavity 15.By the base plate 21 flying onto the groove edges 12 and 13, tilting of the first rear grip element 9 is reliably prevented and thus easy assembly of the fastening device 5 is ensured.
[0077] The two engagement elements 9 and 10 have a first form-locking device 23 and a second form-locking device 24. These cooperate in a form-locking manner to hold the engagement elements 9 and 10 against each other in a vertical direction perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane 19, or in a normal plane 25. The normal plane is perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane 19 and incorporates the longitudinal center axis 20 or at least runs parallel to it.
[0078] The first form-locking device 23 has a form-locking web 26, which originates from a base body 27 of the first rear engagement element 9 and extends in the direction of the second rear engagement element 10. The second rear engagement element 10, in contrast, has a form-locking web 28, which in turn originates from a base body 29 of the second rear engagement element 10 and extends in the direction of the first rear engagement element 9. The form-locking web 26, together with the base plate 21, delimits a form-locking recess 30, into which the form-locking web 28 engages in a form-locking manner, such that it is held in a form-locking manner in the vertical direction between the form-locking web 26 and the base plate 21. Accordingly, the rear engagement elements 9 and 10 are fastened to one another in the vertical direction by means of the form-locking devices 23 and 24.
[0079] The Figure 3shows a schematic plan view of the frame 2 and the fastening device 5. It can be seen that the first rear engagement element 9 has a first inclined surface 31 and the second rear engagement element 10 has a second inclined surface 32. These inclined surfaces 31 and 32 are designed to force the rear engagement elements 9 and 10 apart transversely to the longitudinal center axis 20 and consequently under the groove edges 12 and 13 when the rear engagement elements 9 and 10 are displaced towards one another in the longitudinal direction. This ensures reliable fastening of the fastening device 5 in the groove 6. In the embodiment of the fastening device 5 described here, it is provided that the first rear engagement element 9 is supported on the beam 8 in the longitudinal direction, so that it is fixed in this direction. The second rear grip element 10, however, is fastened by means of a clamping screw 33, which is arranged in a screw hole 34 of the second rear grip element 9 and engages in the frame 2 or the bar 7.
[0080] The Figure 4 shows a schematic representation of the fitting part 4 and the fastening device 5 away from the frame 2. Fastening elements 35 can now be seen, rivets in the exemplary embodiment shown here, which are arranged in the fastening recesses 22 and connect the first rear engagement element 9 to the base plate 21. At least one retaining web 36 is fastened to the base plate 21, in the exemplary embodiment shown here via a connecting element 37. In the case of the exemplary embodiment shown, two such retaining webs 36 are fastened to the base plate 21, namely on longitudinally opposite sides of the first rear engagement element 9.
[0081] Here, one of the retaining webs 36 overlaps the first rear engagement element 9 in the longitudinal direction, while another of the retaining webs 36 is spaced apart from the first rear engagement element 9 in the longitudinal direction. The first-mentioned retaining web 36 or its connecting element 37 engages in or passes through an opening 38 of the first rear engagement element 9. This achieves an arrangement of the retaining web 36 or the retaining webs 36 that is aligned with the rear engagement web 17. Just like the rear engagement web 17, the retaining web 36 or the retaining webs 36 extend parallel to the longitudinal center axis and run parallel to the longitudinal center plane 19.
[0082] A recess 39 is formed in the first engagement element 9 or in its base body 27. This recess spaced two fastening projections 40 and 41 from each other, via which the first engagement element 9 is fastened to the base plate 21. The recess 39 is formed on the one hand by a taper 42 of the base body 27 in the vertical direction (not visible here) and additionally by a rimless recess 43 in the first engagement element 9. The taper 42 forms a receiving pocket 44 between the base body 27 and the base plate 21, into which a fitting glider 45 can be inserted. The fitting glider 45 has a fitting glider shaft (not visible here) and a fitting glider head 46.
[0083] The fitting glider head 46 has an edge that projects beyond the fitting glider shaft in a radial direction relative to a longitudinal center axis of the fitting glider shaft, which edge engages - for example, in a form-fitting manner - in the receiving pocket 44 and thus secures the fitting glider 45 therein. Particularly preferably, the fitting glider head 46 is arranged at a distance from the first engagement element 9, the base plate 21, or both, so that there is little friction and correspondingly little wear. The fitting glider 45 is preferably rigidly fastened to a fitting element 47, which is a component of the pivot bearing 3 and is pivotable about a rotation axis relative to the fastening device 5. The fitting element 47 is located on the side of the base plate 21 facing away from the fitting glider head 46.
[0084] The Figure 5shows a schematic representation of the first engagement element 9 of the fastening device 5 with the base plate 21 attached to it. It can be seen that the recess 43 of the first engagement element 9 or its base body 27 overlaps with a closed-edge through-opening 48 of the base plate 21. The through-opening 48 serves to support the fitting slider shaft, in particular as a linear guide for the fitting slider shaft. Furthermore, it can be seen that the inclined surface 31 is formed on the form-fitting web 26.
[0085] The first rear engagement element 9 or its form-fitting web 26 has an end face 49. In the embodiment shown here, this is composed of several partial surfaces 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56 and 57, which follow one another in the longitudinal direction.
[0086] Here, partial surfaces 50 and 56 are present as first partial surfaces, which are angled at a specific angle relative to the normal plane 25. Partial surfaces 52 and 55, in contrast, are present as second partial surfaces, which run parallel to the longitudinal center axis 20. Partial surfaces 54 and 57 represent third partial surfaces, which are angled at an angle relative to the normal plane 25 that is different from the specific angle of the first partial surfaces 50 and 56. Partial surfaces 51 and 53, in turn, represent fourth partial surfaces, which are oriented perpendicular to the longitudinal center axis 20. Partial surfaces 50 and 56 represent the actual first inclined surface 31. Partial surfaces 54 and 57 facilitate the engagement of the two rear engagement elements 9 and 10.
[0087] The Figure 6shows a schematic representation of the first engagement element 9 in an alternative representation. The fastening projections 40 and 41 can be seen. These are connected to one another via a stiffening web 58' projecting beyond the base body 27. It is clear that in addition to the first inclined surface 31, there is a further inclined surface 58, namely offset parallel to the first inclined surface 31. This inclined surface 58 can be formed by an end face of the first engagement element 9 (not further identified). This end face can also be composed of several partial surfaces, whereby only one or more of these partial surfaces form the inclined surface 58.
[0088] The Figure 7shows a schematic representation of the second rear engagement element 10 of the fastening device 5. The rear engagement web 18 of the second rear engagement element 9 has a rounded portion 59, via which it merges into the base body 29. Such a rounded portion 59 can also be present on the form-locking web 26 of the first form-locking device 23. The second engagement element 10 has, on its side facing away from the rear engagement web 18, a fastening projection 60 in which the screw hole 34 is formed. The clamping screw 33 can also be seen. A tapered support projection 61 extends from the fastening projection 60. This support projection is intended and designed to engage over at least part of the groove edge 13.
[0089] The Figure 8shows a further schematic representation of the second engagement element 10 in a different view. The support projection 61 has a flat underside 62 for contact with the groove edge 13. The underside 62 is penetrated by a recess 63, which engages over the screw hole 34. The recess 63 has a decreasing depth in the direction away from the fastening projection 60, so that its greatest depth is immediately adjacent to the fastening projection 60. The recess 63 serves to positively receive plastically deformed material of the frame 2 when the clamping screw 33 is screwed into the frame 2. For example, the fastening projection 60 is designed such that a side surface 64, through which the screw hole 34 extends, rests against the groove edge 13 after the fastening device 5 has been mounted in the groove 6, namely within the mouth openings 14.However, a design is preferably realized such that the side surface 64 is spaced from the groove edge 13 after the fastening device 5 has been mounted in the groove 6.
[0090] Analogous to the design of the first rear engagement element 9, the second rear engagement element 10 has its inclined surface 32 on an end face 65. This can also be divided into several partial surfaces, analogous to the embodiments for the first rear engagement element 9, which will not be discussed in detail here. A particularly preferred design is one in which the inclined surfaces 31 and 32 of the two rear engagement elements 9 and 10 are tilted with respect to the normal plane 25 or the vertical direction in such a way that a displacement of the rear engagement elements 9 and 10 towards one another in the transverse direction generates a force in the vertical direction. This creates an additional frictional force which reliably holds the rear engagement elements 9 and 10 together and thus ensures the fastening of the fastening device 5 in the groove 6.All in all, the fastening device 5 described here or the building locking device 1 described here enables a particularly simple and quick installation of the fitting part 4 on the frame 2, whereby a particularly long service life is also ensured.
