Abstract

Description

[0001] The invention relates to an assembly comprising a liquid dispenser and a support element.

[0002] The invention also relates to a liquid dispenser.

[0003] Liquid dispensers are well known from the prior art. Document WO 2020 / 099379 A1 discloses an assembly including a dispenser.

[0004] Indeed, liquid dispensers can be found in many rooms of public or private buildings, such as a kitchen, a bathroom or a toilet.

[0005] Liquid dispensers generally consist of a body containing the liquid or a liquid pouch and a dip tube allowing the liquid contained in the dispenser body or liquid pouch to be pumped.

[0006] These dispensers can be fixed to any surface, for example on a wall, with or without a support element.

[0007] However, distributors of prior art have disadvantages.

[0008] The well-known distributors, when placed on their support element, offer an aesthetically displeasing appearance.

[0009] Indeed, the support element remains very visible when the distributor is installed and the cooperation between the support element and the distributor clearly shows two distinct elements which are the support element and the distributor.

[0010] As a result, such dispensers appear more cumbersome in the room in which they are installed.

[0011] Furthermore, when a user wants to change the soap pouch, difficulties are encountered in dismantling the dispenser.

[0012] Indeed, in prior art dispensers, the support element must be detached from the dispenser to allow for the insertion of a new soap pouch. Furthermore, the dispenser itself must be completely disassembled to accommodate the replacement liquid pouch.

[0013] The same applies to the support element when a user wishes to move the dispenser.

[0014] This results in a waste of time for these users.

[0015] The invention aims to resolve at least one of the aforementioned drawbacks by providing an assembly comprising a dispenser including a lower body comprising a base from which extends a lower skirt onto which engages an upper body comprising a neck, a pump being designed to be fixed in said neck, the neck from which extends an upper skirt designed to engage on the lower skirt, the lower body and the upper body delimiting a cavity in which a liquid pouch can be placed, the assembly including a support element comprising a wall mounting plate to which is fixed a mounting base, the base comprising a bottom wall arranged on at least a part of the periphery of the base and extending in the opposite direction to the lower skirt, forming an open housing, the base being provided with means for connecting to said support element.

[0016] In one aspect, the invention relates to an assembly comprising a dispenser including: (i) a lower body comprising a base from which a lower skirt extends, the lower body around which engages (ii) an upper body comprising a neck, a pump being designed to be fixed in said neck, the neck from which extends an upper skirt designed to engage over the lower skirt so that the upper skirt surrounds the lower skirt of the lower body, the lower body and the upper body delimiting a cavity in which a liquid pouch can be placed, the assembly comprising a support element including a wall mounting plate to which a mounting base is attached, the assembly comprising a bottom wall arranged on at least part of the perimeter of the bottom and extending outward from the bottom in the opposite direction to the lower skirt, the wall forming an open housing intended to receive the mounting base, the bottom being provided with means for connecting to said support element, and the bottom wall being arranged so as to surround the mounting base when the mounting base is inserted into the housing formed by the bottom wall.

[0018] Thanks to the invention, it is possible to quickly replace the liquid pouch. Indeed, when the dispenser is mounted on the support element via the fixing base which is inserted into the open housing, it is only necessary to remove the upper body which surrounds the lower body to access the liquid pouch.

Claims

1. An assembly comprising a dispenser (1) comprising: (iii) a lower body (14) comprising a bottom (3) from which a lower skirt (62) extends, the lower body around which engages (iv) an upper body (2) comprising a neck (10), a pump being designed to be fastened in said neck (10), an upper skirt (13) extending from the neck (10) and designed to engage on the lower skirt (62) so that the upper skirt (13) surrounds the lower skirt (62) of the lower body (14), the lower body (14) and the upper body (2) delimiting a cavity in which a liquid pouch (11) can be placed, the assembly comprising a support element (30) comprising a wall fastening plate (42) to which a fastening base (41) is fastened, the assembly comprising a bottom wall (61) arranged on at least one portion of the periphery of the bottom (3) and projecting from the bottom (3) in the direction opposite to the lower skirt (62), the wall forming an open housing (67) intended to receive the fastening base (41), the bottom (3) being provided with means for connecting to said support element (30), and the bottom wall being arranged so as to surround the fastening base when the fastening base is introduced into the housing formed by the bottom wall.

2. The assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing (67) is located on an outer surface (60) of the bottom (3) of the dispenser (1), the fastening base (41) being configured to be introduced into the housing (67) in a form-fitting manner.

The assembly according to any one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the fastening base (41) is disposed transversely to a longitudinal extension axis (XX) of the upper body (2), and the wall fastening plate (42) extending parallel to the longitudinal extension axis (XX) of the upper body (2) when the fastening base (41) is introduced into the housing (67), the wall fastening plate (42) comprising orifices (47) configured to receive fastening elements.

4. The assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the fastening base (41) and the wall fastening plate (42) of the support element (30) are molded together.

5. The assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that a height formed by the fastening base (41) of the support element (30) is configured to correspond to a height formed by the housing (67) via the lower skirt (61), such that the fastening base (41) is superimposed on the bottom (3).

The assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the fastening base (41) of the support element (30) comprises a central orifice (45) configured to fasten said fastening base (41) of the support element (30) to the bottom (3) of the lower body (14) by fastening means (70), the bottom (3) of the lower body (14) of the dispenser (1) also comprising a central orifice (65) disposed facing the central orifice (45) of the fastening base (41) of the support element (30) when the dispenser (1) cooperates with the support element (30).

The assembly according to claim 2 or any one of claims 3 to 6 taken in combination with claim 2, characterized in that the outer surface (60) comprises a first row of grooves (63) uniformly distributed around the periphery of said surface (60), the fastening base (41) of the support element (30) comprising lugs (44) configured to be inserted into the corresponding first row of grooves (63).

The assembly according to claim 7, taken in combination with claim 6, characterized in that the outer surface (60) comprises a second row of grooves (64) uniformly distributed so as to fill a gap between each groove of the first row of grooves (63), the second row of grooves (64) being disposed closer to the central orifice (65) than the first row of grooves (63).

9. The assembly according to any one of claims 7 or 8, taken in combination with claim 6, characterized in that the fastening base (41) of the support element (30) comprises slots (46) uniformly distributed between the central orifice (45) of said fastening base (41) and the lugs (44).

10. The assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the lower body (14) and the upper body (2) have reversible connecting means making it possible to remove the upper body (2) from the lower body (14) to replace the liquid pouch (11), the reversible connecting means comprising a lower body thread (66) formed in the lower body (14) and a complementary thread (69) formed in the upper body (2).
