Description

[0001] The invention relates to a storage device for storing at least one door leaf with the features of the preamble of claim 1. Furthermore, the invention relates to a guide system for guiding at least one door leaf relative to a furniture body with at least one storage device according to the invention, and to a piece of furniture with a furniture body and at least one door leaf with at least one guide system according to the invention.

[0002] Storage devices for supporting at least one door leaf according to the preamble of claim 1 are already known. Often, with storage devices known from the prior art, it is not possible to adjust a holding device. Therefore, a door leaf arranged on the holding device via hinges is also not adjustable relative to a furniture body.

[0003] The applicant's own AT 51143 / 2018 (published under WO2020124108) therefore proposes two adjustment devices by which the holding device can be adjusted relative to a beam. The first of the two adjustment devices allows the holding device to be adjusted in one direction along and perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the beam, while the second allows adjustment only perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the beam. A disadvantage of such a prior art solution is that the holding device cannot be adjusted independently in one direction along and one direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the beam. Furthermore, the two adjustment devices cannot be operated from the same side, which complicates the adjustment process.

[0004] Another storage device for storing a door leaf is known from DE 10 2008 003557.

[0005] The object of the present invention is to at least partially avoid the disadvantages described in the prior art and to provide a storage device for storing at least one door leaf that is improved compared to the prior art, a guide system with such a storage device and a piece of furniture with such a guide system.

[0006] These problems are solved by the features of independent claim 1.

[0007] According to the invention, it is therefore provided that the at least one holding device comprises at least one first bearing part on which the at least two furniture hinges are arranged, and at least one second bearing part which can be arranged or is arranged between the at least one first bearing part and the at least one support, wherein the two bearing parts are adjustable relative to each other and the at least one second bearing part is adjustable relative to the at least one support.

[0008] This allows the holding device to be easily adjusted in one direction along and, independently, in one direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the support.

[0009] A guide system according to the invention comprises at least one bearing device according to the invention, at least one, preferably at least two, support guide rails and at least one guide device with which the at least one support can be slidably mounted or mounted on the at least one support guide rail, preferably in a direction substantially transverse to the longitudinal direction of the at least one holding device.

[0010] Regarding a piece of furniture according to the invention, it is provided that the furniture has at least one guide system according to the invention, preferably wherein at least one shaft-shaped cavity is provided in which the at least one door leaf can be recessed.

[0011] Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are defined in the dependent claims.

[0012] Preferably at least one, preferably exactly one, height adjustment device can be provided with which the at least one second bearing part can be adjusted in a direction essentially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the at least one holding device relative to the at least one support.

[0013] The height adjustment device thus makes it possible to adjust the holding device and therefore also the door leaf essentially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the at least one holding device, i.e. essentially in a horizontal direction, relative to the at least one support.

[0014] The door leaf can therefore be easily adjusted in a horizontal direction to a furniture body or the like.

[0015] It is also preferable to provide that at least one, preferably exactly two, lateral adjustment device is provided, with which the at least one first bearing part can be adjusted in a direction substantially transverse to the longitudinal direction of the at least one holding device relative to the at least one second bearing part.

[0016] The lateral adjustment device thus makes it possible to adjust at least one first bearing part of the holding device and therefore also the door leaf essentially transversely to the longitudinal direction of the at least one holding device, i.e. essentially in a vertical direction, relative to at least one second bearing part, and thus relative to the support.

[0017] The door leaf can therefore be easily adjusted in a vertical direction to a furniture body or the like.

[0018] In particular, when exactly two lateral adjustment devices are provided, an ideal compromise between simple construction and maximum stability during an adjustment process is achieved.

[0019] It is advantageous if the height adjustment device and / or the side adjustment device each have at least one adjustment element, wherein all adjustment elements can be actuated from the same direction, preferably substantially transverse to the longitudinal direction of the at least one holding device.

[0020] This simplifies the operation of the height and / or lateral adjustment device in an installed state of a device according to the invention. Operation of the height and lateral adjustment device is further facilitated if the at least one adjustment element is helical and / or has a screw head drive.

[0021] In one embodiment of the invention, the at least one mounting device may comprise at least two screw connections. This provides a simple and cost-effective way to detachably attach the holding device to the at least one support.

[0022] Advantageously, it can be provided that the at least one first bearing part is displaceably mounted on the at least one second bearing part in a direction substantially transverse to the longitudinal direction of the at least one holding device, preferably with limitations, preferably via at least one pin which is mounted in at least one elongated hole.

[0023] It may also be provided that at least one first bearing part, at least one second bearing part and / or at least one support are designed in the shape of a beam and / or a strip.

[0024] With regard to a guide system according to the invention, at least one further guide rail can be provided, which can be arranged or is arranged substantially transversely to the support guide rail, wherein at least one carriage is provided, with which a second door leaf, which is pivotally connected or connectable to the at least one door leaf, which can be arranged on the at least one support, can be mounted or is mounted on the at least one further guide rail.

[0025] Further details and advantages of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the figures and the drawings. These show: Fig. 1a a perspective view of a piece of furniture according to the invention in a first door position, Fig. 1b a perspective view of a piece of furniture according to the invention in a second door position, Fig. 2a a perspective view of a holding device, Fig. 2b a partial exploded view of a holding device in a perspective view, Fig. 3a an exploded view of a lateral adjustment device, Fig. 3b an exploded view of a height adjustment device, Fig. 3c an exploded view of an adjustment mechanism of a lateral adjustment device, Fig. 3d an exploded view of an adjustment mechanism of a height adjustment device, Fig. 4a an adjustment mechanism of a height adjustment device in a first position, Fig. 4b a section of a bearing device according to the invention in a first position of an adjustment mechanism of a height adjustment device, Fig.Fig. 4 shows an adjustment mechanism of a height adjustment device in a second position, Fig. 4 shows a section of a bearing device according to the invention in a second position of an adjustment mechanism of a height adjustment device, Fig. 5 shows an adjustment mechanism of a lateral adjustment device in a first position, Fig. 5 shows a section of a bearing device according to the invention in a first position of an adjustment mechanism of a lateral adjustment device, Fig. 5 shows an adjustment mechanism of a lateral adjustment device in a second position, and Fig. 5 shows a section of a bearing device according to the invention in a second position of an adjustment mechanism of a lateral adjustment device.

[0026] The Figure 1aFigure 1 shows a perspective view of a piece of furniture 200 according to the invention in a first door position with a furniture body 101 and a door leaf 2 movable relative to it. A further door leaf 2a is arranged on the door leaf 2 via door leaf hinges 2b.

[0027] The door leaves 2, 2a are movably mounted by a guide system 100 between a first position, in which the door leaves 2, 2a are essentially coplanar to each other, and a second position, in which the door leaves 2, 2a are essentially parallel to each other. In the second (parallel) position, the door leaves 2, 2a can be inserted into lateral cavities 202 of the furniture body 101. The guide system 100 comprises a guide rail 104, wherein a guide carriage 104a, which can be connected to the second door leaf 2a, is movably mounted along the guide rail 104.

[0028] It can be seen that the right door leaves 2, 2a are at an angle to each other. Door leaf 2 is mounted on a support 3 via three or more furniture hinges 6, which can be slid into the cavity in a depth direction (Z) along a support guide rail 102 (not visible).

[0029] In the figure shown, the support 3 is in a transfer position in which it is connected to the guide rail 104, allowing the guide carriage 104a to move back and forth between the guide rail 104 and the support 3. In this transfer position, the support 3 is releasably locked to the guide rail 104, and this locking mechanism can be released by the guide carriage 104a entering or being inserted into the support 3. The support 3 is designed in the form of an elongated column, the length of which is at least half the height of the door leaves 2, 2a.

[0030] Fig. 1b Figure 200 shows the furniture with the door leaves 2, 2a, which are now in a fully retracted state within the cavity 202. The door leaves 2, 2a are thus guided by the guide system 100 from a coplanar position and a second position according to Fig. 1b , in which the door leaves 2, 2a are essentially aligned parallel to each other and can be accommodated within the cavity 202, can be transferred.

[0031] In this way, an interior space 201 of the furniture carcass 101, for example in the form of a kitchen, can be completely covered, so that the interior space 201 can be visually separated from the rest of a living space. In the illustrated embodiment, the cavity 202 is formed by two side walls 202a, wherein the door leaves 2, 2a can be inserted between the side walls 202a in a position parallel to each other.

[0032] The Figure 2ashows a perspective view of a holding device 4 and the Figure 2b A partial exploded view of a holding device 4 in a perspective view. A first bearing part 4a and a second bearing part 4b are visible. Several furniture hinges 6 are arranged on the first bearing part 4a, to which a door leaf 2 can in turn be attached. It is also possible that the first bearing part 4a has fastening interfaces for attaching furniture hinges 6 instead of the furniture hinges 6; however, this is not part of the claimed invention. The bearing part 4a is slidably mounted on the bearing part 4b via elongated holes 10 and pins 9, the elongated holes 10 and pins 9 simultaneously limiting the relative movement of the first bearing part 4a with respect to the second bearing part 4b.

[0033] Lateral adjustment devices 8 are arranged on bearing part 4a. Each lateral adjustment device 8 has a housing 8e, which protects the lateral adjustment devices 8 from external influences. Adjustment elements 7c, 8c are accessible from outside the housings 7e, 8e and can be actuated from the same direction.

[0034] Through through openings 8f, an unseen actuating element 8b of a lateral adjustment device 8 can engage in one of the slots 8g. This connects the lateral adjustment devices 8 with the second bearing part 4b.

[0035] A height adjustment device 7 is arranged on the second bearing part 4b, which in turn comprises a housing 7e. The second bearing part 4b has a through-opening 7f through which an unseen actuating element 7b of the height adjustment device 7 can engage in a slot 7g on the support 3. This connects the height adjustment device 7 to the support 3.

[0036] The second bearing part 4b further comprises a part of a mounting device 5, which is implemented in the form of screw connections. The mounting device 5 can, in principle, be implemented by any suitable type of connection, for example, by snap-fit connectors.

[0037] The Figure 3a shows an exploded view of a side adjustment device 8 and the Figure 3c an exploded view of an adjustment mechanism of such a lateral adjustment device 8.

[0038] The adjustment mechanism of the lateral adjustment device 8 essentially comprises a base element 8a, an adjusting element 8b, guide elements 8d and an adjusting element 8c. The guide elements 8d guide the adjusting element 8b during movement relative to the base element 8a, so that the adjusting element 8b does not jam or similarly become jammed.

[0039] In the present embodiment, the adjusting element 8c is helical in shape and has a screw head drive. A thread (not shown) on the adjusting element 8c engages with a thread (not shown) on the adjusting element 8b. The adjusting element 8c is rotatably mounted on the base element 8a.

[0040] Due to the threaded coupling of the adjusting element 8c with the actuating element 8b, a rotation of the adjusting element 8c results in a displacement of the actuating element 8b relative to the base element 8a in a direction parallel to a longitudinal extension of the adjusting element 8c.

[0041] By actuating the adjusting element 8c, the adjusting element 8b can be adjusted relative to the base element 8a. The base element 8a is attached to the first bearing part 4a via screws 8h. Other connection types are also possible, for example rivets.

[0042] The projection 8i of the adjusting element 8b engages with a slot 8g in the second bearing part 4b. Actuation of the adjusting element 8c therefore also results in a displacement of the first bearing part 4a relative to the second bearing part 4b. Thus, the first bearing part 4a can be adjusted relative to the second bearing part 4b by means of the lateral adjusting device 8.

[0043] The adjustment mechanism of the lateral adjustment device 8 is at least partially arranged in a housing 8e. The adjustment element 8c is accessible from outside the housing.

[0044] The Figure 3b shows an exploded view of a height adjustment device 8 and the Figure 3d an exploded view of an adjustment mechanism of such a lateral adjustment device 8.

[0045] The adjustment mechanism of the height adjustment device 7 essentially comprises a base element 7a, an adjusting element 7b, guide elements 7d, and an adjusting element 7c. Furthermore, the height adjustment device 7 has a deflection device 11. The guide elements 8d guide the adjusting element 8b during movement relative to the base element 8a, so that the adjusting element 8b does not jam or similarly become jammed.

[0046] The adjusting element 7c in the present embodiment has a screw head drive and a toothed section. The toothed section engages with the toothed section of a deflection drive 11b. The two toothed sections form an angle gear 11a. A rotary movement of the adjusting element 7c is deflected by 90° to the deflection drive 11b via the angle gear 11a. The deflection drive 11b can also be actuated directly via a screw head drive 11d on the deflection drive 11b.

[0047] A thread (not shown) on the deflection drive 11b engages with a thread (not shown) on the adjusting element 7b. The adjusting element 7c is rotatably mounted on a deflection housing 11c, which at least partially encloses the deflection device 11, and on the base element 7a.

[0048] Due to the threaded coupling of the deflection drive 11b with the actuating element 7b and the angle gear 11a, a rotation of the adjusting element 7c results in a displacement of the actuating element 7b relative to the base element 7a in a direction transverse to a longitudinal extension of the adjusting element 7c.

[0049] By actuating the adjusting element 7c, the adjusting element 7b can be adjusted relative to the base element 7a. The base element 7a is attached to the second bearing part 4a via screws 7h. Other connection types are also possible, for example rivets.

[0050] The projection 7i of the adjusting element 7b engages with a slot 7g in the carrier 3. Actuation of the adjusting element 7c therefore also results in a displacement of the second bearing part 4b relative to the carrier 3. Thus, the second bearing part 4b is adjustable relative to the carrier 3 by means of the height adjustment device 7.

[0051] The adjustment mechanism of the lateral adjustment device 7 is at least partially arranged in a housing 7e. The adjustment element 7c is accessible from outside the housing.

[0052] The Figure 4a shows an adjustment mechanism of a height adjustment device 7 in a first position and the Figure 4b a corresponding section of a bearing device 1 according to the invention. The housing 7e is not shown.

[0053] It can be seen that the adjusting element 7b is in a position relative to the base element 7a in which the second bearing part 4b, and thus also the first bearing part 4a, has the greatest possible upward displacement relative to the support 3. The actual magnitude of the greatest possible displacement can vary depending on the embodiment of the invention and may exceed or fall short of that shown here.

[0054] The Figure 4c shows an adjustment mechanism of a height adjustment device 7 in a second position and the Figure 4d a corresponding section of a bearing device 1 according to the invention. The housing 7e is not shown.

[0055] It is evident that the adjusting element 7c was actuated and the adjusting element 7b changed its position relative to the base element 7a. Consequently, the position of the second bearing part 4b, and thus also of the first bearing part 4a, relative to the support 3 has also changed. The second bearing part 4b now exhibits a smaller displacement along a vertical axis relative to the support 3 than before. Figure 4b on.

[0056] The Figure 5a shows an adjustment mechanism of a lateral adjustment device 8 in a first position and the Figure 5b a corresponding section of a bearing device 1 according to the invention. The housing 8e is not shown.

[0057] It can be seen that the adjusting element 8b is in a position relative to the base element 8a in which the first bearing part 4a has only a small displacement relative to the second bearing part 4b. The actual magnitude of the displacement can vary depending on the embodiment of the invention and may exceed or fall short of that shown here.

[0058] The Figure 5c shows an adjustment mechanism of a lateral adjustment device 8 in a second position and the Figure 4d a corresponding section of a bearing device according to the invention. The housing 8e is not shown.

[0059] It is evident that the adjusting element 8c was actuated and the adjusting element 8b changed its position relative to the base element 8a. Consequently, the position of the first bearing part 4b relative to the second bearing part 4b has also changed. The first bearing part 4a now exhibits a greater displacement relative to the second bearing part 5b than before. Figure 5b on. Reference symbol list:
