Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a working device, in particular a mobile rotary drilling, piling or drilling device, according to the preamble of claim 1, a leader for such a working device and a set comprising a leader and an attachment.
[0002] Many work tools have a mast or leader for supporting a working tool, which can typically be moved along the leader. Examples from specialized foundation engineering include rotary drilling rigs with a drill drive that can be moved along the leader, or piling rigs with a vibrator or hydraulic hammer that can be moved along the leader. These work tools are often designed as attachments that can be removed from the leader, for example, for transport. Furthermore, applications are known in which these attachments are not mounted directly, but rather on a slide that is slidably mounted on the leader (e.g., the feed slide on a rotary drilling rig).
[0003] In many cases, the attachment is removed from the leader for transport and transported separately. This reduces the transport dimensions of the base unit with leader, but at the same time increases the transport effort and associated costs.
[0004] In addition, solutions are known in which the attachment remains on the leader for transport. Since the attachments on such implements are mounted on the front of the leader, and the leader is usually pivoted backward into the transport position so that the front of the leader faces upward, this increases the transport dimensions, particularly the transport height, because the leader is mounted on top of the leader in the transport position. Furthermore, such a solution is not possible for every implement due to the specific leader kinematics.
[0005] A generic working device is known from JP S58 4025 A.
[0006] The present invention is therefore based on the object of enabling simple and cost-effective transport of this type of work machine. In particular, the joint transport of the leader and attachment should be possible without having to accept a significant increase in transport dimensions.
[0007] According to the invention, this object is achieved by a working device having the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention emerge from the subclaims and the following description.
[0008] Accordingly, a working device, in particular a mobile rotary drilling, piling or drilling rig, is proposed which comprises a mobile undercarriage, an uppercarriage which is in particular rotatably mounted on the undercarriage, a leader mounted on the uppercarriage and an attachment. The leader is pivotally mounted on the uppercarriage via leader kinematics so that it can be moved between an operating position with, for example (but not necessarily or exclusively) a vertical orientation and a transport position with, for example (but not necessarily or exclusively) a horizontal orientation. The attachment can be stored in an operating position on a front side of the leader facing away from the uppercarriage, i.e. during operation the attachment is located at the front of the leader.
[0009] According to the invention, the attachment can be removed from the front of the leader, for example, to move the attachment into a transport position or, if necessary, to switch between different attachments. According to the invention, the leader comprises receiving means by which the attachment can be stored in a transport position for transport on a rear side of the leader facing the superstructure. In other words, the attachment can be removed from the operating position at the front of the leader and stored in a transport position at the rear of the leader for transport, with the leader providing suitable receiving means for this purpose.
[0010] According to the invention, the attachment is located in the transport position on the rear of the leader in the area between the leader and the ground, as this typically provides sufficient space and does not increase the transport dimensions. Furthermore, the leader is preferably offset to the side next to a driver's cab on the uppercarriage, so that a transport position of the attachment located below the leader in the transport position on the rear of the leader does not impair the driver's visibility. This is particularly relevant in cases where the work equipment is not mounted on a transport vehicle, but moves independently with the attachment in the transport position. Furthermore, the attachment is securely mounted on the rear of the leader.
[0011] This allows the attachment to remain attached to the leader or base unit without increasing or significantly increasing the transport dimensions. This eliminates the need to transport the attachment separately, reducing transport effort and costs.
[0012] In principle, it is conceivable that the same support means could be used both for storing the attachment at the front of the leader (operating position) and for storing it at the rear of the leader (transport position). For example, symmetrical guide rails could be provided on the side of the leader, with the attachment (or a carriage carrying the attachment) partially encompassing the leader and being movably mounted on the guide rails. In this case, the attachment would have to be separated from the guide rails, positioned at the rear of the leader, and reconnected to the lateral guide rails. In addition, further connections, e.g. bolt connections, could be provided to fix the attachment immovably in the transport position, since the attachment should not be movable in the transport position.
[0013] A design is also possible in which the attachment (or a carriage supporting it) can be secured in the operating position via first support means on the front of the leader and in the transport position via second support means on the rear of the leader. In this case, different support means are provided on the leader for storage at the front and for storage at the rear of the leader. The first support means can be or include guide rails.
[0014] The attachment has corresponding connecting means for connecting to the receiving means. In the embodiment with first and second receiving means, the same connecting means can be connectable to both the first and second receiving means. Alternatively, the attachment (or a carriage supporting it) could also comprise first connecting means for connecting to the first receiving means and second connecting means for connecting to the second receiving means.
[0015] When the terms "bottom" or "top" are used in this case, it is assumed that the work equipment is standing on a horizontal, level surface.
[0016] In one possible embodiment, the leader comprises a leader guide on which the attachment can be displaceably mounted, in particular along a longitudinal axis of the leader. The attachment can therefore be moved via the leader guide, in particular along the leader. Preferably, the leader guide comprises at least one guide rail extending parallel to the longitudinal axis of the leader, which guide rail can be arranged on the front of the leader or on the side of the leader. Preferably, the attachment (or, if it is mounted on the leader via an attachment carriage, the corresponding carriage) has guide rail receptacles which interact with the guide rails of the leader guide and fix the attachment, in particular perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the leader.
[0017] The drive for the movement of the attachment along the leader can be carried out in a manner known in principle from the state of the art by means of a hydraulic cylinder, feed cable or another drive.
[0018] In a further possible embodiment, the leader kinematics are designed to pivot the leader in a vertical pivot plane relative to the superstructure. This allows the leader to be pivoted between the operating position and the transport position. Preferably, one or more hydraulic pivot cylinders are provided to pivot the leader. The leader kinematics can be designed to also enable pivoting movements of the leader beyond the aforementioned pivot plane, i.e., lateral tilting. For this purpose, for example, two hydraulic cylinders can be provided whose extension length ratio enables such a pivoting movement of the leader.
[0019] In the transport position, the leader is oriented horizontally or essentially horizontally (i.e., with a slight inclination, e.g., forwards and downwards), so that the front of the leader points upwards. In the operating position, the leader can preferably assume several positions, for example, a vertical position and positions tilted within the pivot plane or laterally relative to it. All of these positions of the leader can be referred to as operating positions. This enables, for example, inclined drilling or the inclined insertion of sheet piles using an upright vibrator.
[0020] According to the invention, the attachment is positioned in the transport position at the rear of the leader, between the leader and the ground, and preferably in front of the superstructure in the direction of travel. This allows for optimal use of the available space without increasing the transport dimensions.
[0021] In another possible embodiment, the receiving means are arranged at an end region of the leader. In particular, the receiving means are located in the region of that end of the leader which, when the leader is vertically erected, forms the lower end of the leader. If the leader is tilted backward into the transport position, said end with the receiving means is located in front of the uppercarriage, particularly in the direction of travel, i.e., it protrudes forward beyond the uppercarriage.
[0022] In another possible embodiment, the receiving means are designed to immovably fix the attachment to the leader in the transport position, wherein the receiving means preferably comprise bolt receptacles for establishing a bolt connection. This prevents the attachment from moving unintentionally during transport. Optionally, an additional locking mechanism can be provided to lock the attachment in the transport position. This can be operated manually or automatically.
[0023] In another possible embodiment, the receiving means are arranged on the rear and / or side of the leader. In particular, it is conceivable that the receiving means or part of the receiving means are located on the side of the leader, but the attachment is still arranged on the rear of the leader in the transport position.
[0024] In a further possible embodiment, the leader is designed to be divisible and / or foldable, and the receiving means are located on a base part of the leader that is permanently connected to the leader kinematics. This allows the present invention to be combined with a foldable and / or divisible leader, as is known, for example, from the prior art. A foldable leader can comprise two or more leader parts that can be pivoted or folded relative to one another, for example by means of hydraulic actuators. The base part permanently connected to the leader can be rigidly or foldably connected to the leader kinematics and / or another leader part.
[0025] In a further possible embodiment, the attachment can be mounted on an attachment carriage at the front of the leader, and the attachment and the attachment carriage each comprise connecting means for establishing a detachable connection between the attachment and the attachment carriage. The attachment carriage can be permanently or detachably connected to the leader. The connecting means for detachably connecting the attachment and the attachment carriage preferably comprise bolt receptacles for establishing a bolt connection and / or suspension elements for establishing a suspension connection. A combination of bolt and suspension connection elements can therefore also be provided, for example to first suspend the attachment in the attachment carriage for pre-positioning and then to bolt it in place and thereby finally secure it to the carriage.
[0026] In another possible embodiment, the attachment carriage is mounted on the leader in a displaceable manner, in particular via a leader guide along a longitudinal axis of the leader. As explained above, the leader guide can have one or more guide rails, with the attachment carriage preferably comprising corresponding rail mounts.
[0027] The attachment carriage can be a feed carriage which can be moved, for example, by means of one or more hydraulic cylinders and / or a feed cable and can apply a feed force directed downwards (or in the direction of the drilling tool) for drilling, for example.
[0028] In general, it is conceivable that the attachment includes a work carriage to which the actual attachment is attached. This work carriage can have the aforementioned connecting elements for connecting to the attachment carriage mounted on the leader.
[0029] In another possible embodiment, the attachment can be connected directly to the leader's support means. In this embodiment, the attachment carriage remains at the front of the leader, while the attachment is removed from the attachment carriage and stored in the transport position at the rear of the leader. In this case, the support means could be designed analogously to the attachment carriage's connecting means, so that the attachment is stored in the same way in the transport position, and the same connecting means of the attachment can be used for this purpose as for connecting the attachment to the attachment carriage.
[0030] Alternatively or additionally, the implement, in particular the leader and attachment carriage, can be designed such that the implement and attachment carriage can be removed from the leader and stored in the transport position at the rear of the leader. In this case, the attachment carriage can be connected to the leader's support elements. To move the implement into the transport position, the implement does not need to be separated from the attachment carriage.
[0031] In a further possible embodiment, it is provided that the attachment comprises a drilling drive, for example a rotary drilling drive for Kelly drilling or a drilling drive for down-the-hole hammer drilling, a double-head drilling drive, a hydraulic hammer or a vibrator, in particular an upright vibrator or belt vibrator.
[0032] The working equipment can be a construction machine for vibration with edge vibrators or belt vibrators, impact with hydraulic hammer, wet mixing, milling mixing, down-the-hole hammer drilling, Kelly drilling (conventional or low head), double-head drilling, continuous flight auger drilling or full displacement drilling.
[0033] The invention further relates to a leader for a work device according to the invention. With regard to the properties, advantages, and possible embodiments of the leader according to the invention, the previous statements apply analogously, so a repetitive description is omitted. The leader can be connected to a corresponding base device, wherein the base device preferably comprises a mobile undercarriage and a superstructure mounted thereon. The leader comprises receiving means via which the attachment of the work device can be stored for transport on a rear side of the leader facing the superstructure or on the side of the leader in a transport position.
[0034] The invention further relates to a set comprising a leader according to the invention and an attachment, which can be stored in an operating position at the front of the leader and in a transport position via receiving means at the rear of the leader. This also results in the advantages and properties stated above with regard to the leader and the attachment. In particular, the attachment can be designed according to one of the above-mentioned embodiments.
[0035] Further features, details and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the preferred embodiment explained below with reference to the single figure.
[0036] In the Figure 1A preferred embodiment of the working device 10 according to the invention is shown in a side view. The embodiment discussed here is a working device 10 with an attachment 30 designed as a vibrator, more precisely an upright vibrator, although any other attachment may of course also be used.
[0037] The work machine 10 comprises a base unit with a mobile undercarriage 12, which in this embodiment has a crawler track. A superstructure 14 is mounted on the undercarriage 12 for rotation about a vertical axis. The superstructure 14 includes a driver's cab 16 and a device for supporting the work machine (visible at the rear of the superstructure 14 in the figure).
[0038] A leader 20 is connected to the superstructure 14 via a leader kinematics 24. The leader 20 can be moved between a Figure 1 shown transport position, in which the leader 20 is mounted essentially horizontally, and an operating position. The operating position particularly includes a vertical orientation of the leader 20, but can also include any inclined position of the leader 20 enabled by the leader kinematics 24. As a result, the pile driving material, which can be grasped with a gripper of the vibrator 30, can be driven into the ground not only vertically, but also at a specific angle to the vertical.
[0039] The leader 20 has a front side 21 which is facing away from the upper carriage 14 and in the transport position, as shown in the Figure 1 can be seen, points upwards.
[0040] The working device comprises an attachment 30, in the form of a vertical vibrator. During operation, the attachment 30 is located in an operating position on the front side 21 of the leader 20 and can be moved in particular via a Figure 1 not shown movement mechanism along the leader 20. In particular, a downward force (in the operating position of the leader 20) can be applied to the vibrator 30 via the movement mechanism in order to assist the vibrating material into the ground.
[0041] The vibrator 30 can be mounted in the operating position either directly or via an attachment slide on the leader 20. In the Figure 1 An embodiment without such a carriage is shown. However, the following explanations also apply to an embodiment with an attachment carriage. The vibrator 30 has first connecting means for connection to the leader 20.
[0042] The leader 20 preferably has guide rails on which the vibrator 30 is mounted in the operating position via corresponding guide rail mounts 32. The guide rail mounts 32 can represent or comprise the aforementioned first connecting means. Any position of the vibrator 30 on the front side 21 of the leader 20 along the longitudinal axis of the leader 20 can be considered an operating position.
[0043] The Figure 1 shows the transport position of the working device 10, in which the leader 20 is folded back via the leader kinematics 24 and the lower end of the leader 20 projects forward beyond the upper carriage 14. In this position, the working device 10 can be transported, for example, on a transport vehicle (not shown). If the vibrator 30 were to remain in its operating position on the front 21 of the leader 20, it would be in the Figure 1arranged above the leader 20 and would significantly increase the transport height of the attachment 10.
[0044] For this reason, the invention provides a way of removing the vibrator 30 from the front 21 of the leader 20 and storing it in a space-saving transport position spatially separate from the operating position. In the embodiment shown here, the transport position of the vibrator 30 is on the rear 22 of the leader 20 (which is opposite the leader front 21), i.e. the vibrator 30 is arranged in the transport position on the leader rear 22 between the leader 20 and the ground. This allows the vibrator 30 to be transported together with the leader 20 and the base unit without increasing the transport dimensions. By storing the vibrator 30 on the leader rear 22, the operator has a clear view to the front from the driver's cab 16, so that the working device 10 can also be moved independently.
[0045] In order to support the vibrator 30 on the leader rear side 22, the leader 20 has corresponding support means 23, which are arranged in the Figure 1 are covered by the vibrator 30. The support means 23 can be located on the rear side 22 of the leader.
[0046] The vibrator 30 can either have its own (second) connecting means for connection to the receiving means 23 of the leader 20. Alternatively or additionally, the first connecting means (in the Figure 1 represented by the guide rail receptacles 32) of the vibrator 30 for connection to the receiving means 23 of the leader 20.
